一、技术领域
本发明涉及一种成槽机,特别涉及一种地下连续墙气举四轴成槽机。
二、背景技术
目前,建造地下连续墙所使用的成槽机按其机理可大致分为:挖斗式、冲击式及四转式三种方式。以上设备虽各有特点,但都存在成槽效率低,建造设备所需的费用高等缺点。
三、发明内容
本发明提供了一种成槽效率高,造价低,维修方便的气举四轴成槽机。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的。
一种气举四轴成槽机,包括高压进气管,排浆弯管,出浆钢管以及固定在出浆钢管两边的两条导轨;液压马达A轴连于动力轴A,液压马达B轴连于动力轴B,液压马达C轴连于动力轴C,液压马达D轴连于动力轴B;四液压马达及四支撑轴套均固定在横梁上,四条动力轴均设有数把T型刀。

附图为本发明的一种具体实施例,该实施例包括高压进气管1,排浆弯管2,出浆钢管4以及固定在出浆钢管两边的两条导轨3;液压马达A9轴连于动力轴A10,液压马达B13轴连于动力轴B12,液压马达C14轴连于动力轴C15,液压马达D17轴连于动力轴B16;四液压马达及四支撑轴套11均固定在横梁7上,四条动力轴均设有数把T型刀8。
本发明工作时,液压马达A9,动力轴A10以及液压马达B13,动力轴B12正转;液压马达C14,动力轴C15以及液压马达D17,动力轴D16反转;四条动力轴相互反转,使地层对成槽器的反作用力得以平衡,成槽垂直度高。
本发明在使用过程中应和钻机,空压机,高压油泵,吊车配合使用。造槽初始,首先在槽段中央部位用钻机钻一钻孔,其后将出浆钢管4置入孔中,将成槽机卡入出浆钢管的导轨3上,用吊车吊住吊环5,然后启动四液压马达,使成槽刀具工作,再启动空压机,使气举反循环系统工作,如此,完成其成槽过程。
本发明是地下连续墙成槽的专用器具。

1.一种气举四轴成槽机,包括高压进气管(1),排浆弯管(2),出浆钢管(4)以及固定在出浆钢管两边的两条导轨(3),其特征在于:液压马达A(9)轴连于动力轴A(10),液压马达B(13)轴连于动力轴B(12),液压马达C(14)轴连于动力轴C(15),液压马达D(17)轴连于动力轴B(16);四液压马达及四支撑轴套(11)均固定在横梁(7)上,四条动力轴均设有数把T型刀(8)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的气举四轴成槽机,其特征在于:所述成槽机设有四个互为反向转动的液压马达。
3.根据权利要求1所述的气举四轴成槽机,其特征在于:所述成槽机设有四个互为反向转动的动力轴。
4.根据权利要求1所述的气举四轴成槽机,其特征在于:所述液压马达及支撑轴套均固定在横梁(7)上。
