Abstract

可搬迁固定式人工岛筒型基础,由吸力锚、圆弧裙板、环形平板和三角撑板组成。其中6个吸力锚筒型基础均布于一块防海底冲刷的环形平板下方,6块圆弧裙板分别位于相邻两个吸力锚之间,与吸力锚的上部和环形平板相连接,在6个吸力锚的中间位置加有三角撑板,在环形平板上方设置有6个锥台和锥孔。这种可搬迁固定式人工岛筒型基础的有益效果是该结构优化了结构形式,降低了结构重量,在海上安装过程中借助浮吊的作用可以直接进行整体安装;而且该结构形式增加了结构承载力,提高了结构的刚度和水平抗弯力;该结构安装简易,使得海上安装工期缩短,因此可显著降低工程费用;同时该结构可搬迁,达到了重复利用的目的。

可搬迁固定式人工岛筒型基础
技术领域
本发明属于海洋工程领域浅海边际油田固定式人工岛结构形式的创新。
背景技术
随着人们对海洋空间的利用需求和能力的不断增加,人工岛建设的数量和规模在逐年增长。近年来,我国也在逐步摸索建设人工岛的经验,特别是石油工程界,由于人工岛具有接收、处理、储存、转输原油的独特功能,因此,从1991年开始,在渤海埕岛油田动工兴建了第一座先导性试验人工岛,为后来大规模开发浅海石油人工岛提供了经验。另一典型的人工岛是由中国港湾建设总公司承建的澳门国际机场,是在国内软土地基上成功建设的最大型的人工岛工程,面积达1.15km2
就人工岛的工程结构特性而言,尽管已建成的和正在规划设计的用于不同目的的人工岛,曾经和正在面对着设计、施工、使用中的一些特殊技术问题,但从总体分析,人工岛构筑的基本问题仍然未超出海岸工程的基本技术范畴,如:填筑式人工岛岛壁护岸结构型式仍不外于抛石斜坡堤、混合式、重力式、混凝土板桩、地连墙、钢管(板)桩、钢板桩格型围囹,钢筋混凝土大直径圆筒等几类结构型式。此外的桩基式人工岛、着底式人工岛、项开式人工岛、浮式人工岛、半潜式人工岛等多种型式也都是海岸工程中常规结构,但已建成的人工岛中还是以填筑式占多数,在所围成的岛区内吹填(或者回填)就近挖吹海底泥沙或石料、砾石、山皮土等填料形成陆域,并进行地基加固处理,其加固处理的方法更是海岸工程中驾轻就熟的技术。
发明内容
为了缩短浅海边际油田人工岛的海上建造工期,并降低费用,同时为了使人工岛能够搬迁固定,本发明提供一种浅海边际油田可搬迁固定式人工岛筒型基础结构,在一定程度上可以实现人工岛重复利用的功能。该结构由于构造简单、重量轻等特点,可在浮吊的辅助作用下直接实现整体海上安装。本发明优化了结构形式,增加了结构承载力,提高了结构刚度与水平面抗弯能力,在简化海上安装施工程序的同时,达到缩短海上安装工期、降低安装费用的目的。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:可搬迁固定式人工岛筒型基础由吸力锚、圆弧裙板、环形平板和三角撑板组成。其中6个吸力锚筒型基础均布于一块防海底冲刷的环形平板下方,6块圆弧裙板分别在相邻两个吸力锚之间,与吸力锚的上部和环形平板相连接。为了提高筒型基础的强度和水平面抗弯能力,在6个吸力锚的中间位置加有三角撑板。在环形平板的上面与每个吸力锚中心相对应的位置都有一个锥台,在锥台的中心位置设置有锥孔,以连接人工岛上部基础中的管子,以便机械锁紧连接杆插入。可搬迁固定式人工岛筒型基础是采用整体安装的安装方式,其安装过程是各部分结构均在船坞内建造,人工岛筒型基础在船坞内建造完成后,将船坞开闸充水,下部基础充气浮起,用拖轮将下部基础拖运到施工海域并抛锚定位,在浮吊的扶正下,下部基础依靠自重使吸力锚筒形基础初始入泥,达到桩土密封条件后,通过潜水泵抽取吸力桩筒形基础内的水,使其吸力沉放至设计位置,人工岛筒型基础即安装完成。
本发明的有益效果是,该结构优化了结构形式,降低了结构重量,在海上安装过程中借助浮吊的作用下可以直接进行整体安装;而且该结构形式增加了结构承载力,提高了结构的刚度与水平面抗弯能力;该结构安装简易,在简化海上安装施工程序的同时,使得海上安装工期缩短,因此可显著降低工程费用;同时该结构可搬迁,达到了重复利用的目的。

具体实施方式
可搬迁固定式人工岛筒型基础总体结构见图1,该人工岛筒型基础由吸力锚1、圆弧裙板2、环形平板3和三角撑板4组成。其中6个吸力锚1均布于一块防海底冲刷的环形平板3的下方,环形平板3的径向宽度等于相正对两个吸力锚1的直径,6块圆弧裙板2分别在相邻两个吸力锚1之间,与吸力锚的上部和环形平板3连接,在6个吸力锚1筒型基础之间加有三角撑板4,以提高强度和水平面抗弯力。在环形平板3的上面与每个吸力锚1中心相对应的位置都有一个锥台5,在锥台5的中心位置设置有锥孔6,以连接人工岛上部基础中的管子,以便机械锁紧连接杆插入。
本发明的具体施工步骤如下:
人工岛筒型基础在船坞内建造完成后,船坞开闸充水,人工岛筒型基础充气浮起,用拖轮拖出筒型基础,用拖轮拖运到施工海域,抛锚定位后,在浮吊的扶正下,人工岛筒型基础依靠自重使吸力锚1初始入泥,达到桩土密封条件后,通过潜水泵抽取吸力锚筒形基础1内的水,使其吸力沉放至设计位置。然后进行人工岛上部组块就位,上部组块和人工岛筒型基础完成对位并安装。

Claims (5)

1.可搬迁固定式人工岛筒型基础,由吸力锚、圆弧裙板、环形平板和三角撑板组成,其特征在于该结构可搬迁,达到重复利用的效果。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可搬迁固定式人工岛筒型基础,其特征在于所说的圆弧裙板和三角撑板增加了该结构的承载力,提高了结构刚度与水平抗弯能力。
3.根据权利要求1所述的可搬迁固定式人工岛筒型基础,其特征在于该人工岛筒型基础在船坞内建造为一个整体,可在浮吊的扶正下直接进行整体海上安装。
4.根据权利要求1所述的可搬迁固定式人工岛筒型基础,其特性在于在环形平板上与每个吸力锚中心相对应的设置有一个锥台和锥孔,以连接人工岛上部基础中的管子,以便机械锁紧连接杆插入。
5.根据权利要求1所述的可搬迁固定式人工岛筒型基础,其特征在于该安装方式是采用吸力贯入法,完成吸力锚筒形基础的安装。
