Abstract

本发明是一种R8弹簧夹头加工工艺,它依序包括有下料、主体部模锻、锻后保温、钻削内孔、钻尾部出气孔、焊接、加工尾部螺纹孔、切削外圆、钻削夹持孔工序,在述下料工序,用圆钢分别截取主体部和尾部原料;主体部模锻成型,然后将尾部与主体部摩擦焊接,形成完整的R8弹簧夹头。本发明采用分体加工工艺,先将主体部模锻成型,内孔钻削后再将尾部与主体部摩擦焊接,可节省大量钢材,优化了加工工序,并且降低了加工难度。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种机床附件的加工技术,具体为R8弹簧夹头加工工艺。
背景技术
R8弹簧夹头是一种用量比较大的机床附件,传统加工工艺主要有下料、退火、加工外型、钻内孔、车内孔、热处理、磨削外圆工序,这种工艺直接使用圆钢下料、退火,而后加工外圆和内孔;R8弹簧夹头头部直径大,而尾部直径小,需要车削大量钢材,材料的利用率很低,浪费了大量钢材,而且内孔需要车削,工艺复杂、工时长,也浪费了大量人力、物力。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种节省钢材、工序少、工时少的R8弹簧夹头加工工艺。为实现上述目的,本发明采用了以下技术方案:
一种R8弹簧夹头加工工艺,它依序包括有下料、主体部模锻、锻后保温、钻削内孔、钻尾部出气孔、焊接、加工尾部螺纹孔、切削外圆、钻削夹持孔工序,在所述的下料工序,用圆钢分别截取主体部和尾部原料备用;在所述的主体部模锻工序,用中频感应炉将原料加热到1000℃-1150℃,然后送入压力机模锻成型,终锻温度≥900℃;所述的锻后保温工序,将模锻后工件直接送入保温箱,控制工件热量散失,保温20小时以上,温度下降到300℃以下时,将工件取出空冷;所述钻削内孔工序,用麻花钻钻削主体部内孔;所述钻尾部出气孔工序,用麻花钻在尾部中心钻一轴向通孔,以便后续焊接工序中的内部热气排放;所述焊接工序,将尾部与主体部摩擦焊接,形成完整的R8弹簧夹头,焊接强度大于基体强度的85%;所述加工尾部螺纹孔工序,用丝锥将尾部出气孔加工成螺纹孔;所述切削外圆工序,车削加工R8弹簧夹头的外圆面、锥面;所述钻削夹持孔工序,用麻花钻钻削头部的夹持孔。
本发明采用分体加工工艺,先将主体部模锻成型,内孔钻削后,再将尾部与主体部摩擦焊接,优化了加工工序,可节省大量钢材,并且降低了加工难度。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明进一步说明。
实施例1:
本发明在实际使用中,具体工艺为:
A.下料:主体部用Φ26MM 65Mn圆钢,截取长度110MM,数量2000只;尾部用Φ26MM 65Mn圆钢,截取长度24MM,数量2000只;
B.主体部模锻:将原料用中频感应炉加热至1100℃,然后用60吨压力机模锻成型,终锻温度910℃;
C.锻后保温:将模锻后工件直接送入保温箱,容量2000只,保温20小时,温度下降到295℃,将工件取出空冷至室温;
D.钻削内孔:用麻花钻钻削主体部内孔,孔径Φ16MM;
E.钻尾部出气孔:用麻花钻在尾部中心钻一轴向通孔,孔径Φ6MM;
F.焊接:将尾部与主体部摩擦焊接,形成完整的R8弹簧夹头,摩擦焊接机顶锻力为200KN,焊接强度大于基体强度的85%;
H.加工尾部螺纹孔:用丝锥将尾部出气孔加工成M12螺纹孔;
I.切削外圆:车削整体R8弹簧夹头的外圆面、锥面;
J.钻削夹持孔:用麻花钻钻削头部的夹持孔,孔径Φ10MM。
实施例2:
本发明在实际使用中,具体工艺为:
A.下料:主体部用Φ26MM 65Mn圆钢,截取长度110MM,数量2000只;尾部用Φ26MM 65Mn圆钢,截取长度24MM,数量2000只;
B.主体部模锻:将原料用中频感应炉加热至1140℃,然后用60吨压力机模锻成型,终锻温度920℃;
C.锻后保温:将模锻后工件直接送入保温箱,容量2000只,保温21小时,温度下降到286℃,将工件取出空冷至室温;
D.钻削内孔:用麻花钻钻削主体部内孔,孔径Φ16MM;
E.钻尾部出气孔:用麻花钻在尾部中心钻一轴向通孔,孔径Φ6MM;
F.焊接:将尾部与主体部摩擦焊接,形成完整的R8弹簧夹头,摩擦焊接机顶锻力为200KN,焊接强度大于基体强度的85%;
H.加工尾部螺纹孔:用丝锥将尾部出气孔加工成M12螺纹孔;
I.切削外圆:车削整体R8弹簧夹头的外圆面、锥面;
J.钻削夹持孔:用麻花钻钻削头部的夹持孔,孔径Φ10MM。

Claims (1)

1.一种R8弹簧夹头加工工艺,其特征是它依序包括以下工序:A、下料,用Φ26MM圆钢分别截取弹簧夹头的主体部和尾部原料备用,主体部长度110MM,尾部长度24MM;B、主体部模锻,用中频感应炉将主体部原料加热到1000℃~1150℃,然后送入60吨压力机模锻成型,终锻温度≥900℃;C、锻后保温,将模锻后工件直接送入保温箱,保温20小时以上,温度下降到300℃以下时,将工件取出空冷至室温;D、钻削主体部内孔,用麻花钻钻削主体部内孔,孔径Φ16MM;E、钻尾部出气孔,用麻花钻在尾部中心钻一轴向通孔,孔径Φ6MM;F、焊接,将尾部与主体部摩擦焊接,形成完整的R8弹簧夹头,摩擦焊接机顶锻力为200kN,焊接强度大于基体强度的85%;G、加工尾部螺纹孔,用丝锥将尾部出气孔加工成M12螺纹孔;H、切削外圆,车削加工R8弹簧夹头的外圆面、锥面;I、钻削夹持孔,用麻花钻钻削弹簧夹头头部的夹持孔,孔径Φ10MM。
