Abstract

本发明提供一种芯片卡锁持结构,其包括一本体、一安装于本体的收容框和一盖设本体及收容框的盖体,该收容框形成有一收容芯片卡的收容空间,该收容空间设有抵持芯片卡的抵持壁及与抵持壁相对的用于插入及取出芯片卡的收容口,该盖体设有一抵持块,该抵持块遮盖该收容口且该抵持块与芯片卡之间设有间隙。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种芯片卡锁持结构,尤其涉及一种应用于便携式电子装置的芯片卡锁持结构。
背景技术
随着通信事业的迅速发展,移动电话、个人数位助理(personaldigital assistant,PDA)等各种便携式电子装置的功能日益多元化,应用于这些便携式装置上的用于存储记忆的芯片卡也越来越多,例如SD卡(Secure Digital Memory Card)、CF卡(Compact Flash Card)、SIM卡(Subscriber Identification Module Card,用户识别卡)等。因此,移动电话上亦需有用于安装芯片卡的卡固装置。
现有的芯片卡卡槽一般设置于行动电话的电池容置槽内,该芯片卡装设于卡槽内且部分暴露于该卡槽外,设于电池容置槽内的金属弹片抵持芯片卡并通过电池抵持弹片,防止其脱落,这样在更换电池时容易使芯片卡松动;当需要更换该芯片卡时,先取掉电池盖,将电池取出,拨开弹片并通过使用者手指与该芯片卡之间的摩擦力,而使该芯片卡由该卡槽内滑出,这样在取出芯片卡时比较麻烦。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种便于取出芯片卡的芯片卡锁持结构。
一种芯片卡锁持结构,其包括一本体、一安装于本体的收容框和一盖设本体及收容框的盖体,该收容框形成有一收容芯片卡的收容空间,该收容空间设有抵持芯片卡的抵持壁及与抵持壁相对的用于插入及取出芯片卡的收容口,该盖体设有一抵持块,该抵持块遮盖该收容口且该抵持块与芯片卡之间设有间隙。
相较于现有技术,所述芯片卡锁持结构通过设于盖体的抵持块遮盖装设芯片卡的收容框的收容口,防止芯片卡的脱落,该芯片卡锁持结构只需打开盖体便可取出芯片卡,方便使用者操作。

具体实施方式
本发明的较佳实施例公开一种芯片卡锁持结构,其适用于移动电话等便携式电子装置。
请参阅图1与图2,该芯片卡锁持结构包括一本体10、一装设于本体10的收容框20和一与本体10卡持的盖体30。芯片卡40如SIM卡、存储卡可通过该收容框20固定于该本体10上,且该芯片卡40通过设置于该本体10的电连接器(图未示)实现电连接。
该本体10为便携式电子装置机体的一部分,其设有一表面11。该表面11上开设一容置槽12。该容置槽12大致呈长方形,其包括一开口端13和设于槽底壁(图未标)的数个定位柱14。
该收容框20为一长方形体,其设有第一板21和与第一板21相对设置的第二板23。该第一板21和第二板23之间形成一收容空间24。该收容空间24设有一收容口25和一与收容口25相对的抵持壁26。该收容口25用以装设及取出芯片卡40,该抵持壁26用以与芯片卡40抵持,并且该收容口25到该抵持壁26的长度大于芯片卡40的长度。该第一板21远离收容口25一端设有一缺口27,用以推出芯片卡40。该第二板23外表面上凸设有数个凸起28,该凸起28上开设有与该定位柱14相配合的定位孔281。该第二板23上还设有用于收容本体10的连接器(图未示)的开口29。
该盖体30可以为便携式电子装置的电池盖,其设有一内表面31和一抵持块33。该内表面31包括一侧壁32。该内表面31与本体10的表面11相配合以将该盖体30盖设于该本体10上,侧壁32与该容置槽12的开口端13相对。该抵持块33凸设于该内表面31上靠近该侧壁32,用于遮蔽收容框20的收容口25。该抵持块33与该盖体30一体成型。
请一并参阅图3和图4,装配该收容框20于本体10时,先将该收容框20装设于该容置槽12内,使该定位柱14装设于该凸起28的定位孔281内,使该收容口25方向与该容置槽12的开口端13方向相同;然后将盖体30盖于该本体10的表面11上;此时,该抵持块33与该收容框20的收容口25之间留有一间隙,由于收容框20的收容口25及芯片卡40均与该电池盖30的抵持块33之间采用间隙配合,可以避免电池盖30直接抵触芯片卡40及可以缓解冲击。
所述芯片卡锁持结构通过设于电池盖30的抵持块33遮盖装设芯片卡40的收容框20的收容口25,防止芯片卡40的脱落,该芯片卡锁持结构只需打开盖体30便可取出芯片卡40,方便使用者取出芯片卡。

Claims (10)

1.一种芯片卡锁持结构,其包括一本体、一安装于本体的收容框和一盖设本体及收容框的盖体,该收容框形成有一收容芯片卡的收容空间,该收容空间设有抵持芯片卡的抵持壁及与抵持壁相对的用于插入及取出芯片卡的收容口,该本体包括一容置槽,其特征在于:该容置槽包括一开口端,该收容框容置于该容置槽内,且收容框的收容口方向与该开口端方向相同,该盖体设有一抵持块,当该盖体盖设于该收容框上时,该抵持块遮盖该收容口且该抵持块与芯片卡之间设有间隙,该收容框的一端设有一缺口,当盖体打开时,该缺口用以沿该收容口及开口端的方向推出芯片卡。
2.如权利要求1所述的芯片卡锁持结构,其特征在于:该抵持块与该盖体一体成型。
3.如权利要求1所述的芯片卡锁持结构,其特征在于:该本体设有数个定位柱,该收容框设有定位孔,定位柱装设于定位孔内,以将该收容框固定于该本体上。
4.如权利要求3所述的芯片卡锁持结构,其特征在于:该收容框还包括第一板和第二板,该第二板上设有数个凸起,该定位孔开设于该凸起上。
5.如权利要求4所述的芯片卡锁持结构,其特征在于:该定位柱设于该容置槽的槽底壁上。
6.如权利要求4所述的芯片卡锁持结构,其特征在于:该第一板和第二板之间形成所述收容芯片卡的收容空间。
7.如权利要求4所述的芯片卡锁持结构,其特征在于:该第一板的一端设有该缺口。
8.如权利要求5所述的芯片卡锁持结构,其特征在于:本体上设有与芯片卡电性连接的连接器,第二板上对应于本体上的连接器设有开口。
9.如权利要求1所述的芯片卡锁持结构,其特征在于:该收容口到该抵持壁的长度大于芯片卡的长度。
10.如权利要求1所述的芯片卡锁持结构,其特征在于:该盖体包括内表面,该抵持块凸设于该内表面上与收容框的收容口相对。
