本发明涉及一种激光器,具体涉及一种龙门式激光切割机用的折叠腔固体激光器,包括振荡激光器、放大激光器,所述腔体一、腔体二并列放置,腔体一置于全反射镜与45°反射镜一之间,45°反射镜一将激光在水平方向改变90°,半反射镜置于45°反射镜一与45°反射镜二之间,激光从半反射镜射出后经45°反射镜二将激光在水平方向改变90°,通过腔体二放大后的激光射出,其激光经过扩束镜扩束后,再次通过45°反射镜三将激光改变90°折成竖直方向,通过切割头里的聚焦镜聚焦到工件表面,所述激光器的前板上面装有工作台,工作台与切割头连接,切割头上装有高度传感器。本发明功率稳定,峰值功率高,结构紧凑,光束质量好。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种激光器。具体涉及一种用于龙门式激光切割机的折叠腔固体激光器。
背景技术
本发明作出以前,激光器大多选用单聚光腔型和双聚光腔型两级振荡激光器。工作过程中,单聚光腔型功率不够、峰值功率低、发散角大;双聚光腔型两级振荡激光器容易损坏器件,加工精度低。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种功率稳定,峰值功率高,结构紧凑,光束质量好、加工精度高的用于龙门式激光切割机的折叠腔固体激光器。
为了达到上述目的,本发明有如下技术方案:
本发明的一种用于龙门式激光切割机的折叠腔固体激光器,包括由全反射镜、腔体一、45°反射镜一、半反射镜组成的振荡激光器,由45°反射镜二、腔体二、扩束镜、45°反射镜三组成的放大激光器,所述腔体一、腔体二并列放置,其中,腔体一置于全反射镜与45°反射镜一之间,45°反射镜一捋激光光路在水平方向改变90°,半反射镜置于45°反射镜一与45°反射镜二之间,激光从半反射镜射出后经过45°反射镜二再次将激光光路在水平方向改变90°,与腔体一的激光光路平行,通过腔体二放大后的激光射出,其激光光束经过扩束镜扩束后,再次通过45°反射镜三将激光光路改变90°折成竖直方向,通过切割头里的聚焦镜聚焦到工件表面,所述激光器的前板上面装有工作台,工作台与切割头连接,切割头上装有高度传感器,用于根据材料表面的实际高度自动移动切割头,使焦平面与工件的平面保持一恒定距离。
其中,所述工作台通过连接板与切割头连接。
由于采取了以上技术方案,本发明的优点在于:
1本发明功率稳定,峰值功率高,光束质量好。
2本发明切割头可根据材料表面的实际高度自动移动切割头,操作简单,加工精度高。
3本发明谐振腔较短,结构紧凑,器件使用稳定。

具体实施方式
以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
参见附图1、图2、图3,本发明是一种用于龙门激光切割机的折叠腔固体激光器,包括振荡激光器,放大激光器、聚焦系统、跟随系统组成。
振荡激光器由全反射镜2、腔体一3、45°反射镜一4、半反射镜5组成。放大激光器由45°反射镜二6、腔体二7、扩束镜8、45°反射镜三9组成。激光在由全反射镜2、腔体一3、45°反射镜一4、半反射镜5组成的振荡激光器谐振,然后经过45°反射镜二6反射进入腔体二7放大激光器进行放大,最后由扩束镜8进行扩束,经过扩束后的光束经45°反射镜三9后变成垂直方向,垂直于被切割工件表面。
由上述结构可知,激光放大器的结构与激光振荡器的结构基本相似,只不过激光放大器不需要激光共振腔系统;输入激光光束通常是采取单次通过放大器内增益媒质的方式获得单次行波放大。
聚焦系统由装有聚焦镜的切割头10组成。聚焦镜将来自45°反射镜三9的光束进行聚焦,通过调节装置使得焦点在工件表面需加工的位置。在加工位置还设有指示光源1,该指示光源1与激光光路平行。指示光源1采用半导体激光器。
跟随系统由高度传感器11、连接板12、工作台13组成。工作台通过连接板12与切割头10连接,切割头10上装有高度传感器11,用于根据材料的厚度自动移动切割头10。高度传感器11在工作的时候对工件进行探测,经过数据处理以后驱动工作台13,保证焦平面与工件的平面保持一恒定距离,从而使切割质量始终一致,避免因“起伏”变化带来的不良产品。

1.一种用于龙门式激光切割机的折叠腔固体激光器,其特征在于:包括由全反射镜、腔体一、45°反射镜一、半反射镜组成的振荡激光器,由45°反射镜二、腔体二、45°反射镜三组成的放大激光器,所述腔体一、腔体二并列放置,其中,腔体一置于全反射镜与45°反射镜一之间,45°反射镜一将激光光路在水平方向改变90°,半反射镜置于45°反射镜一与45°反射镜二之间,激光从半反射镜射出后经过45°反射镜二再次将激光光路在水平方向改变90°,与腔体一的激光光路平行,通过腔体二放大后的激光射出,其激光光束经过扩束镜扩束后,再次通过45°反射镜三将激光光路改变90°折成竖直方向,通过切割头里的聚焦镜聚焦到工件表面,所述激光器的前板上面装有工作台,工作台与切割头连接,切割头上装有高度传感器,用于根据材料表面的实际高度自动移动切割头,使焦平面与工件的平面保持一恒定距离。
2.按照权利要求1所述的一种用于龙门式激光切割机的折叠腔固体激光器,其特征在于:所述工作台通过连接板与切割头连接。
