Abstract

本发明涉及一种便携式电子装置,其包括一本体、一电池盖及一卡持组件,该电池盖包括至少一第一卡钩,该卡持组件包括一卡持件及至少一弹性件,该卡持件滑动地安装于本体上,所述弹性件为一弹性杆,该卡持件的基体上设有一抵持壁及一夹持块,该夹持块与该基体之间形成一夹缝并抵持于该抵持壁上,该夹缝容置该弹性件;该本体上开设有二定位槽,该弹性件的两端分别安装于所述定位槽内;所述弹性件提供使卡钩卡持于卡持件的弹性力。操作所述所述便携式电子装置,通过压合电池盖,该卡持组件将电池盖卡持于本体上,操作简单。

便携式电子装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种可方便拆卸电池盖的便携式电子装置。
背景技术
移动电话、PDA(personal digital assistant,个人数字助理)等便携式电子装置的应用日益广泛,这些便携式电子装置多采用电池作为能量来源。现有的便携式电子装置电池多为可拆式电池,容置在便携式电子装置中,其上设置与机壳本体插接的电池盖。当电池电量不足而无法供电或电池损坏时可打开电池盖,更换电池。因此,人们设计出许多种适合便携式电子装置的电池盖,以求能方便可靠地更换电池。
一种现有便携式电子装置,其包括一本体、一电池盖、一按钮及一弹簧,按钮可滑动的安装在本体上,弹簧抵持于按钮和本体之间,按钮上设一凸起,电池盖上设有凹槽,该凸起和凹槽配合以将电池盖卡合于本体。需取下电池盖时,对按钮施加平行于本体表面且远离电池盖的方向的力,使按钮水平移动,其凸起从电池盖的凹槽中脱出,而使电池盖的卡扣解除。采用此种便携式电子装置,操作不方便。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种操作方便的便携式电子装置。
一种便携式电子装置,其包括一本体、一电池盖及一卡持组件,该电池盖包括至少一第一卡钩,该卡持组件包括一卡持件及至少一弹性件,该卡持件滑动地安装于本体上,所述弹性件为一弹性杆,该卡持件的基体上设有一抵持壁及一夹持块,该夹持块与该基体之间形成一夹缝并抵持于该抵持壁上,该夹缝容置该弹性件;该本体上开设有二定位槽,该弹性件的两端分别安装于所述定位槽内;所述弹性件提供使卡钩卡持于卡持件的弹性力。
一种便携式电子装置,其包括一本体、一电池盖及一卡持组件,该电池盖包括一卡持端,该卡持端上设有至少一第一卡钩,该本体上设有一抵持部,该抵持部弹性地抵持于电池盖上;该卡持组件包括一卡持件及至少一弹性件,该卡持件及弹性件安装于本体上,所述弹性件为一弹性杆,该卡持件的基体上设有一抵持壁及一夹持块,该夹持块与该基体之间形成一夹缝并抵持于该抵持壁上,该夹缝容置该弹性件;该本体上开设有二定位槽,该弹性件的两端分别安装于所述定位槽内,当取下电池盖时,背向该本体滑动卡持件,该电池盖的卡持端与本体解除卡锁并在抵持部的作用下弹起;当安装电池盖时,将电池盖的卡持端压合到本体上,该卡持件在弹性件的作用下卡持于卡持端的第一卡钩上。
与现有技术相比,所述便携式电子装置,通过压合电池盖,该卡持组件将电池盖卡持于本体上,操作简单。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1,本发明的便携式电子装置100,如移动电话、PDA、电子游戏机等,所述便携式电子装置100包括一本体10、一电池盖30及一卡持组件50。该电池盖30通过卡持组件50可拆卸地安装于本体10上。
请结合参阅图2,该本体10包括一第一表面11及一与第一表面11相对的第二表面12。该第一表面11凹陷形成一电池槽111,该电池槽111用于安装电池,以对便携式电子装置100进行供电。该本体10上设有一第一端部13及一与第一端部13相对的第二端部14。该本体10的第二端部14上间隔开设有二定位孔141。
请结合参阅图3及4,该第一端部13上设有一抵持部131及一安装部133,该抵持部131靠近电池槽111设置。该抵持部131由弹性材料制成,其大致呈波浪形且两侧与本体10之间分别开有一长条形的切口1311。从第二表面12上看,该抵持部131上二相邻的波谷处分别凸设有一抵持块1313。该第二表面12上的抵持部131的两端分别凹设有一卡持槽137。该安装部133包括一贯通的安装孔132及一装配槽134,该装配槽134为第二表面12向第一表面11的方向凹陷形成。该安装孔132靠近第二表面12上设有一支撑框1321。该安装孔132的两侧分别凸设有一定位块135,每一定位块135上开设有一定位槽1351。
请结合参阅图5,该电池盖30包括一盖板31及二侧板33,所述二侧板33设于盖板31的两侧并光滑过渡连接。该盖板31包括一卡持端311及一与卡持端311相对的定位端313。该卡持端311上间隔设有二第一卡钩3111,每一第一卡钩3111大致呈L型,其自由端与盖板31平行并伸出盖板31之外。该定位端313上间隔设置有二第二卡钩3131,其结构大致与第一卡钩3111相同,自由端与盖板31平行并伸出盖板31之外。
请结合参阅图6及图7,该卡持组件50包括一弹性件51及一卡持件53,该弹性件51穿过卡持件53,其两端安装于本体10的定位块135上的定位槽1351中。在本发明的较佳实施例中,该弹性件51为一大致圆柱形的弹性杆。
该卡持件53包括一基体533及一从基体533一端延伸的卡持部534。该基体533包括一操作面531及一与操作面531相对的支撑面532。该操作面531上凸设有一操作部5311,以便使用者进行操作。该卡持部534上间隔凸设有二卡持块5341,每一卡持块5341朝向操作部5311的方向的横截面的形状呈一弧形。每一卡持块5341用于容置于一卡持槽137中。该基体533上与卡持部534相对的一端上凸设有一止挡块5331。该基体533的中部开设有二贯通的连接孔5333。由于所述二连接孔5333的开设,该基体533形成一凸台5335。该凸台5335上设有一夹持块5337及一抵持壁5339。该抵持壁5339垂直凸设于凸台5335上,该夹持块5337与凸台5335大致平行,并朝着止挡块5331的方向延伸。该夹持块5337与凸台5335之间形成一夹缝5336,该夹缝5336用于容置弹性件51。该夹持块5337与止挡块5331之间形成一容置空间5332。
请结合参阅图8,装配该便携式电子装置100时,首先,将卡持组件50安装于本体10上。将卡持件53的卡持部534穿过安装孔132并容置于装配槽134上,基体533抵持于支撑框1321上。再将弹性件51穿过卡持件53上夹持块5337与凸台5335之间的夹缝5336,并将其两端分别容置于本体10的定位槽1351上。再滑动卡持件53,使其上的二卡持块5341分别卡持于一卡持槽137上。该卡持件53在滑动的过程中挤压弹性件51,使其向着本体10第一端部13的方向发生弹性弯曲变形。
将电池盖30安装于本体10上时,将电池盖30的定位端313上的第二卡钩3131置入本体10的定位孔141内。再按压电池盖30的卡持端311,使其抵持于本体10的抵持部131上,卡持端311上的二第一卡钩3111分别穿过卡持件53上对应的连接孔5333。该抵持部131受到挤压,向着第二表面12发生弹性弯曲变形。该抵持部131在弹性弯曲变形的过程中,其上的抵持块1313抵持于卡持件53的卡持部534上。该卡持件53受到抵持部131的挤压,向本体10的第二表面12的方向运动。该卡持件53上的卡持块5341从对应的卡持槽137中脱出,并在弹性件51的弹性力的作用下向着本体10的第二端部14的方向运动,从而使电池盖30的卡持端311上的第一卡钩3111卡持于卡持件53的基体533上。至此,完成了该便携式电子装置100的装配。
请结合参阅图9及图10,需要取下便携式电子装置100的电池盖30时,首先,向着本体10第一端部13的方向拨动卡持件53,至卡持件53上的二卡持块5341分别卡持于一卡持槽137上。该卡持件53在滑动的过程中,其基体533从电池盖30卡持端311上的第一卡钩3111中脱出。该电池盖30在本体10的抵持部131的弹力作用下向上弹起。从而可将电池盖30取下。
可以理解,本发明的便携式电子装置100的弹性件51不限于实施例中的弹性杆,其还可以为装设于本体10与卡持件53之间的一个或者多个弹簧,所述弹簧用于提供使电池盖30的第一卡钩3111卡持于于卡持件53的弹性力。
可以理解,本发明的便携式电子装置100的卡持件53可以其他方式滑动地安装于本体10上,如通过在本体10的第一端部13上开设滑槽,将卡持件53的两侧滑动地安装于滑槽内。
另外,本领域技术人员还可在本发明权利要求公开的范围和精神内做其它形式和细节上的各种修改、添加和替换。当然,这些依据本发明精神所做的各种修改、添加和替换等变化,都应包含在本发明所要求保护的范围之内。

Claims (9)

1.一种便携式电子装置,其包括一本体及一电池盖,其特征在于:该电池盖包括至少一第一卡钩;该便携式电子装置进一步包括一卡持组件,该卡持组件包括一卡持件及至少一弹性件,该卡持件滑动地安装于本体上,该本体上设有一抵持部,该抵持部两端分别凹设有卡持槽,所述弹性件为一弹性杆,该卡持件包括基体和卡持部,该基体上设有一抵持壁及一夹持块,该夹持块与该基体之间形成一夹缝并抵持于该抵持壁上,该夹缝容置该弹性件,该卡持部卡持于该卡持槽内;该本体上开设有二定位槽,该弹性件的两端分别安装于所述定位槽内;该电池盖抵持该抵持部以至该卡持部脱离该抵持部,在所述弹性件的弹力作用下,该卡持件移动以使该第一卡钩卡持在该基体上。
2.如权利要求1所述的便携式电子装置,其特征在于:该抵持部由弹性材料制成,该抵持部弹性地抵持于电池盖上。
3.如权利要求2所述的便携式电子装置,其特征在于:该抵持部呈波浪形,其两侧开设有切口,该抵持部与电池盖相抵持的相对的一面上凸设有至少一抵持块,所述抵持块与卡持件相抵持。
4.如权利要求1所述的便携式电子装置,其特征在于:该本体上设有一安装部,该安装部包括一安装孔及一装配槽,该本体上设有一支撑框;该卡持件通过安装孔滑动地安装于装配槽上并抵持于支撑框上。
5.如权利要求4所述的便携式电子装置,其特征在于:该基体上开设有连接孔,该电池盖上的第一卡钩穿过连接孔卡持于基体上,该卡持部上凸设有二卡持块;每一卡持块卡持于对应的卡持槽内。
6.如权利要求5所述的便携式电子装置,其特征在于:该基体上凸设有一止挡块,该电池盖卡持于本体时,该止挡块抵持于支撑框上。
7.一种便携式电子装置,其包括一本体及一电池盖,该电池盖包括一卡持端,其特征在于:该卡持端上设有至少一第一卡钩,该本体上设有一抵持部,该抵持部两端分别凹设有卡持槽,该抵持部弹性地抵持于电池盖上;该便携式电子装置进一步包括一卡持组件,该卡持组件包括一卡持件及至少一弹性件,该卡持件及弹性件安装于本体上,所述弹性件为一弹性杆,该卡持件包括基体和卡持部,该基体上设有一抵持壁及一夹持块,该夹持块与该基体之间形成一夹缝并抵持于该抵持壁上,该夹缝容置该弹性件,该卡持部卡持于该卡持槽内;该本体上开设有二定位槽,该弹性件的两端分别安装于所述定位槽内;当取下电池盖时,背向该本体滑动卡持件,该电池盖的卡持端与本体解除卡锁并在抵持部的作用下弹起;当安装电池盖时,将电池盖的卡持端压合到本体上,该卡持端抵持该抵持部以至该卡持部脱离该抵持部,在所述弹性件的弹力作用下,该卡持件移动以使该第一卡钩卡持于该基体上。
8.如权利要求7所述的便携式电子装置,其特征在于:该抵持部呈波浪形,其两侧开设有切口,该抵持部与电池盖相抵持的相对的一面上凸设有至少一抵持块,所述抵持块与卡持件相抵持。
9.如权利要求7所述的便携式电子装置,其特征在于:该基体上开设有连接孔,该电池盖卡持端上的第一卡钩穿过连接孔卡持于基体上,该卡持部上凸设有二卡持块;每一卡持块卡持于对应的卡持槽内。
