Abstract

一种电池盖锁持结构,用于锁持电池盖于壳体上,该电池盖锁持结构包括设于壳体的卡持槽及滑动装配于电池盖上的操作件,该操作件设有滑动钮及垂直于滑动钮滑动方向设置的卡持体,该卡持体卡持于卡持槽时,电池盖于壳体滑动方向锁持于壳体上,当向远离电池盖方向滑动滑动钮时,该滑动钮带动卡持体脱离卡持槽,以释放电池盖与壳体的锁持。本发明还包括一种具有该电池盖锁持结构的电子装置,其包括壳体、盖设于壳体的电池盖及电池盖锁持结构。

电池盖锁持结构及具有该电池盖锁持结构的电子装置
技术领域
本发明是关于一种电池盖锁持结构及具有该电池盖锁持结构的电子装置。
背景技术
在便携式电子装置使用过程中,经常需要对便携式电子装置的电池进行更换,因此现有的便携式电子装置的电池盖一般需要能够方便地拆卸和装配,以便更换电池。
现有电池盖包括一主体、一端部、二侧壁及一底端壁。所述主体大致呈矩形板状,所述二侧壁及一底端壁分别由该主体边缘弯折形成。该底端壁上凸设有二卡钩,可与移动电话壳体的凹槽相卡合;电池盖相对底端壁的端部上延伸有二卡块,可与移动电话壳体卡槽配合。装配时,先将电池盖端部、二侧壁对准移动电话壳体,二卡块则对准壳体的卡槽,再向二卡块方向滑动电池盖,电池盖的二卡块卡于卡槽内,同时侧壁贴合于移动电话壳体周壁上,电池盖底端壁的二卡钩卡合于壳体的凹槽内。需要拆下电池盖时,则滑动电池盖,反向进行上述操作步骤即可。
然而,该种结构虽然可以实现随时拆卸和装配的功能,但在电池盖装置于壳体上后,在电池盖相对壳体滑动方向上容易出现电池盖与壳体的相对滑动现象,锁持不够稳定。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种可防止电池盖相对壳体滑动方向滑动的电池盖锁持结构。
还有必要提供一种具有电池盖锁持结构的电子装置。
一种电池盖锁持结构,用于锁持电池盖于壳体上,该电池盖锁持结构包括设于壳体的卡持槽及滑动装配于电池盖上的操作件,该操作件设有滑动钮及垂直于滑动钮滑动方向设置的卡持体,该卡持体卡持于卡持槽时,电池盖于壳体滑动方向锁持于壳体上,当向远离电池盖方向滑动滑动钮时,该滑动钮带动卡持体脱离卡持槽,以释放电池盖与壳体的锁持。
一种电子装置,其包括壳体、盖设于壳体的电池盖及电池盖锁持结构,该壳体设有卡持槽,该电池盖锁持结构包括滑动装配于电池盖上的操作件,该操作件设有滑动钮及垂直于滑动钮滑动方向设置的卡持体,该卡持体卡持于卡持槽时,电池盖于壳体滑动方向锁持于壳体上,当向远离电池盖方向滑动滑动钮时,该滑动钮带动卡持体脱离卡持槽,以释放电池盖与壳体的锁持。
上述电池盖锁持结构通过操作件的卡持体与壳体上的卡持槽的卡持及解锁实现所述电池盖与壳体上的锁持与拆卸,并且电池盖装配时较为牢固,在电池盖相对壳体滑动方向上不易产生电池盖与壳体的相对滑动现象。

具体实施方式
本发明电池盖锁持结构适用于移动电话或个人数位助理(Personal Digital Assistant,PDA)等电子装置。
请参阅图1及图2,应用本发明较佳实施例电池盖锁持机构的电子装置包括壳体10和与壳体10相配合的电池盖20。该电池盖锁持机构包括设于电池盖20上的安装部30、装设于安装部30上的操作件40及两个弹簧50。
所述壳体10具有面板11、顶端壁12、与该顶端壁12相对的底端壁13、两个相对的侧壁14、卡持槽15、配合面16和容置部17。顶端壁12沿该面板11周缘弯折形成。所述两个侧壁14均与该顶端壁12和底端壁13相连接。该卡持槽15为长条形,其凹设于该配合面16靠近顶端壁12的位置。该配合面16为壳体10表面凹陷形成,用于配合装设所述电池盖20。该容置部17凹设于壳体10内,用于收容电池(图未示)。该配合面16的一端凹设有两个间隔的第一凹槽18,另一相对端凹设两个间隔的第二凹槽19。第一凹槽18位于卡持槽15及顶端壁12之间。
请一并参阅图2,所述电池盖20包括大致呈矩形片状的主体21和由主体21的端部弯折延伸形成的两个相对侧壁22、底端部23及开口24。该电池盖20可卡合于所述配合面16上,侧壁22和底端部23与配合面16相互抵持。该开口24开设于该底端部23中部。该电池盖20还包括一个与底端部23相对的端部(图未标),该主体21内表面临近该端部对应于壳体10上的两个第二凹槽19凸设有二凸块25。所述底端部23上对应于所述壳体10上的两个第一凹槽18间隔地凸设有两个卡爪26。
该安装部30包括安装槽部31及两个卡持块33。该安装槽部31于主体21靠近该底端部23的内表面上围绕该开口24凸设形成,该安装槽部31包括位于开口24两侧的槽端壁331及与开口24相对的槽侧壁332。该二卡持块33分别凸设于该二槽端壁331相对的表面上,且分别容置于安装槽部31内。
请一并参阅图3,该操作件40包括矩形板状卡持体41、两个相对的卡钩42、两个固定柱43及滑动钮44。该卡持体41的顶面为一安装端面411。该两个卡钩42由该安装端面411远离卡持体41延伸形成,每一卡钩42设有卡钩部421,其可卡持于卡持块33上。该两个固定柱43间隔凸设于该安装端面411上,且位于该两个卡钩42之间。该卡持体41上临近该二固定柱43且沿垂直于该卡持体41的方向延伸一延伸板413。该延伸板413端部设有一顶板415。顶板415相对该卡持体41具有一倾斜角,更好与电池盖底端部配合。该滑动钮44沿垂直于卡持体41的方向凸设于该顶板415上,并与该延伸板413相对且位于一直线上。
该二弹簧50为螺旋弹簧,分别套设于该二固定柱43上。
请一并参阅图4至图6,将所述电池盖锁持结构装配于电池盖20上时,首先,将二弹簧50一端放置于该安装槽部31内,且抵触主体21的内表面;然后,将操作件40装设于该安装槽部31内,该二弹簧50的另一端套设于二固定柱43上,该滑动钮44由安装槽部31穿过开口24,并露出电池盖20外部。此时,该顶板415抵靠底端部23内表面上并将开口24遮住,施力使二卡钩部421相对靠拢,使二卡钩部421分别位于安装槽部31内的二卡持块33下方,再松开,二卡钩部421分别与二卡持块33相卡持。此时,该操作件40卡持于该安装槽部31内,该卡持体41部分向上露出于该安装槽部31外。
将电池盖20盖设于该壳体10上,先将电池盖20罩设于所述壳体10上,该二卡爪26对准二第一凹槽18,凸块25对准第二凹槽19,同时使操作件40的卡持体41对准壳体10的卡持槽15,向壳体10方向推动并下压电池盖20。在此过程中,卡持体41抵顶配合面16滑入安装槽部31内,弹簧50受压收缩,且卡持体41朝向卡持槽15内运动,同时,向壳体10方向进一步推动并下压电池盖20,直至二卡爪26卡持于第一凹槽18内,凸块25卡持于第二凹槽19内,使电池盖20相对壳体10垂直方向的锁持;弹簧50释放弹力推顶卡持体41进入安装槽部31,卡持体41卡持于卡持槽15内,该电池盖20相对于壳体10滑动方向锁持于壳体10上。该卡持体41沿大致垂直于壳体10的方向与壳体10卡持,防止电池盖20沿平行壳体10方向相对壳体滑动。
参阅图6及7,需要取下电池盖20时,由图6所示滑动钮44的位置向上滑动滑动钮44至图7所示的位置,即向远离壳体10的方向滑动,滑动钮44抵靠且沿底端部23内表面滑动,带动卡持体41压缩弹簧50,该卡持体41从卡持槽15内滑出,此时,该两个卡钩421相对该两个卡持块33远离,然后相对壳体滑动电池盖20,使电池盖20远离壳体10,即可将电池盖20取下。

Claims (10)

1.一种电池盖锁持结构,用于锁持电池盖于壳体上,该电池盖锁持结构包括凹设壳体的卡持槽,其特征在于:该电池盖锁持结构包括滑动装配于电池盖上的操作件,该操作件设有卡持体及垂直于卡持体方向设置的滑动钮,该卡持体卡持于卡持槽时,电池盖相对壳体滑动方向锁持于壳体上,当向远离电池盖方向滑动滑动钮时,该滑动钮带动卡持体脱离卡持槽,以释放电池盖与壳体的锁持。
2.如权利要求1所述的电池盖锁持结构,其特征在于:该操作件还包括两个卡钩,该电池盖锁持结构还包括两个卡持块,当卡持体卡持于卡持槽时,该两个卡钩分别卡持于该两个卡持块上。
3.如权利要求2所述的电池盖锁持结构,其特征在于:该操作件还包括两个固定柱,该电池盖锁持结构还包括两个弹簧和安装槽部,该弹簧的一端固定于该固定柱上,另一端固定于该安装槽部内。
4.如权利要求3所述的电池盖锁持结构,其特征在于:该安装槽部包括两个槽侧壁,该两个卡持块分别凸设于该两个槽侧壁内表面上,该操作件装设于该安装槽部内。
5.如权利要求3所述的电池盖锁持结构,其特征在于:该卡持体设有安装端面,该两个卡钩由该安装端面两边缘远离卡持体延伸形成,该两个固定柱设于该两个卡钩之间的安装端面上。
6.一种电子装置,其包括壳体、盖设于壳体的电池盖及电池盖锁持结构,其特征在于:该壳体设有卡持槽,该电池盖锁持结构包括滑动装配于电池盖上的操作件,该操作件设有卡持体及垂直于卡持体方向设置的滑动钮,该卡持体卡持于卡持槽时,电池盖于壳体滑动方向锁持于壳体上,当向远离电池盖方向滑动滑动钮时,该滑动钮带动卡持体脱离卡持槽,以释放电池盖与壳体的锁持。
7.如权利要求6所述的电子装置,其特征在于:该操作件还包括两个卡钩部,该电池盖锁持结构还包括设于电池盖的安装槽部,及设于安装槽部内的两个卡持块,该卡持体装设于该安装槽部上,该两个卡钩部分别卡持于该两个卡持块上。
8.如权利要求7所述的电子装置,其特征在于:该操作件还包括两个固定柱,该电池盖锁持结构还包括两个弹簧,该弹簧的一端固定于该固定柱上,另一端固定于该安装槽部内。
9.如权利要求6所述的电子装置,其特征在于:该壳体还设有配合面,该配合面的一端凹设有二第一凹槽,另一相对端凹设二第二凹槽,该电池盖对应于第二凹槽凸设有二凸块,应于第一凹槽凸设有二卡爪。
10.如权利要求6所述的电子装置,其特征在于:该卡持槽垂直于配合面方向开设于该配合面靠近设置第一凹槽的位置。
