含有丙溴磷和丁醚脲的杀虫杀螨组合物
技术领域
本发明涉及一种农药组合物，尤其涉及一种以丙溴磷和丁醚脲为有效成分，防治农业上的害虫害螨的组合物。
背景技术
丙溴磷，是一种非内吸广谱有机磷杀虫杀螨剂，速效性强，具有很好的渗透作用，对咀嚼式和刺吸式口器的害虫有胃毒和触杀作用，对成螨和若螨效果也显著。
丁醚脲，又名杀螨隆，是一种硫脲类杀虫杀螨剂，用于防治农业上重要的害螨如二斑叶螨，朱砂叶螨等，对鳞翅目害虫小菜蛾、甜菜夜蛾等及烟粉虱近年来也有报道。
在农业生产的实际过程中，害虫害螨防治最容易产生的问题是抗药性的产生。近年来，小菜蛾、红蜘蛛在全国范围内为害逐年加重。在有些严重的区域，常规农药如氨基甲酸酯类的西维因、有机磷类的敌百虫、拟除虫菊酯中的甲氰菊酯等，单用时的防治效果很差。
如何提高农业生产上快速产生抗性的害虫害螨的防治效果，成为广大农药和农业科技工作者所关注的问题。一种办法是推出新的与现有品种无交互抗性的新成份。尽管目前国内的新农药创制条件已很大改善，但新有效成份的开发成本高，开发周期长。其它的方法如作物布局调整、降低药剂的选择压、农药轮换等，在实际操作过程中，很难真正起到明显的效果。
不同品种的成份复配，是防治害虫害螨非常普遍的方法。不同成份进行复配，根据实际应用的效果，来判断某种复配是增效、相加还是拮抗。复配增效很好的配方，由于明显提高了防效，减少了用药量和施药次数，对延缓抗药性的产生有显著的作用，复配是害虫害螨防治的重要手段。目前丙溴磷和丁醚脲的组合物尚无人报道。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于：提供一种利用两种活性组份混配，具有很高的增效作用，提高了防效，减少有效成份用药量，延缓害虫害螨抗药性的产生的含丙溴磷和丁醚脲的杀虫杀螨组合物。
为了实现上述目的，本发明的技术方案为：提供一种含有丙溴磷和丁醚脲的杀虫杀螨组合物，其中，由活性成份丙溴磷和丁醚脲组成，所述丙溴磷与丁醚脲的重量比为1∶40～40∶1。
较佳地，所述丙溴磷和丁醚脲二者的累积重量百分比占总重量的1％～99％。
较佳地，所述丙溴磷和丁醚脲二者的累积重量百分比占总重量的3％～60％。
较佳地，所述含丙溴磷和丁醚脲的杀虫杀螨组合物可制成不同的应用剂型，包括乳油、微乳剂、水乳剂、悬浮剂、可湿性粉剂或水分散粒剂。
本发明的优点在于：本发明含丙溴磷和丁醚脲的杀虫杀螨组合物利用两种活性组份混配，具有很高的增效作用，提高了防效，减少有效成份用药量，延缓害虫害螨抗药性的产生。
具体实施方式
下面结合优选实施例对本发明作进一步说明，但本发明决不限于下述实施
例。以下实施例中各组分百分含量均以重量比计。
实例一
防治小菜蛾
按丙溴磷20％，丁醚脲20％，其余为助剂和溶剂，配制成乳油，稀释1000倍喷雾。药后48小时，对小菜蛾的防效为96.5％，而20％丙溴磷和20％丁醚脲按同样的方法应用，防治效果分别为58.6％和76.5％。所述丙溴磷与丁醚脲的重量比为1∶1。所述丙溴磷和丁醚脲二者的累积重量百分比占总重量的40％。所述含丙溴磷和丁醚脲的杀虫杀螨组合物还可制成不同的应用剂型，包括微乳剂、水乳剂、悬浮剂、可湿性粉剂或水分散粒剂。
在加工成乳油时按以下工艺进行操作：
首先把原药按比例溶解在部分二甲苯、甲醇等有机溶剂中，充分溶解，然后加入乳化剂进行充分搅拌，然后把二甲苯等溶剂量补足100％，并充分搅拌；最后检验合格后进行产品包装。
在加工成可湿性粉剂时按以下工艺进行操作：
首先把原药、助剂、填料按比例混合，并充分搅拌，然后进行粉碎，检验合格后，可湿性粉剂可进行产品包装。
从上述药效试验说明本发明所混配的农药与单剂相比，对害虫的防治具有显著的效果。
实例二
防治朱砂叶螨
按丙溴磷20％，丁醚脲20％，其余为助剂和溶剂，配制成乳油，稀释1000倍喷雾。药后48小时，对朱砂叶螨的防效为98.2％，而20％丙溴磷和20％丁醚脲按同样的方法应用，防治效果分别为59.3％和87.8％。所述丙溴磷与丁醚脲的重量比为1∶1。所述丙溴磷和丁醚脲二者的累积重量百分比占总重量的40％。所述含丙溴磷和丁醚脲的杀虫杀螨组合物还可制成不同的应用剂型，包括微乳剂、水乳剂、悬浮剂、可湿性粉剂或水分散粒剂。
在加工成乳油时按以下工艺进行操作：

生测试验结果
我们以丙溴磷、丁醚脲进行了复配增效研究，下面以试验说明该发明的效果：
1、小菜蛾：
试验采用田间采集的小菜蛾，经饲养2代后用于试验。具体方法为：
药剂配制：试验原药为厂家提供原药，由我公司产品开发中心制成需要的制剂。试验前，根据不同配比方案配制成不同的浓度梯度，每配比6个浓度。
接虫：9cm培养皿中放入大小一致的甘蓝叶碟3片，挑选整齐均匀一致的3龄幼虫于培养皿中，每皿接虫30头。
喷雾：用POTT喷雾塔在50PSI压力下喷雾，每次喷药2毫升。叶碟正反面都进行喷雾。喷雾从低浓度开始，空白对照喷等量清水。每个配比设置6个浓度梯度，每浓度喷三个皿。喷完后放入养虫室(25±1℃，12H/12H)中。
调查统计：处理48小时后检查死虫数，用Abbott公式计算校正死亡率。应用计算机程序求出各供试单剂及各不同配比混用的毒力回归方程式、致死中浓度LC50和95％置信限，根据孙云沛法计算药剂的毒力指数及混用的共毒系数(CTC值)，CTC值大于100的为增效作用，等于100为加和作用，小于100为拮抗作用。
试验结果见表1。

2、朱砂叶螨
试虫：室内用蚕豆苗常年饲养的朱砂叶螨，试验前，将双面胶带贴在载玻片的一端，用毛笔挑选已扩繁的龄期一致的成螨反帖在胶带上，每玻片帖50头左右，放于铺有滤纸保湿的9cm培养皿中。2小时后镜检，弃掉死亡虫体。
药剂配制：试验原药为厂家提供原药，由我公司产品开发中心制成需要的制剂。试验前，根据不同配比方案配制成不同浓度梯度，每配比6个浓度。
浸渍：从低浓度开始，用镊子夹起载玻片，将粘有螨的一端浸入待测的浓度系列溶液中，轻轻摇动3秒后取出，滤去药液并用吸水纸吸去多余的药液，放于培养皿中。每浓度3个玻片。
调查统计：处理48小时后检查死虫数，用Abbott公式计算校正死亡率。应用计算机程序求出各供试单剂及各不同配比混用的毒力回归方程式、致死中浓度LC50和95％置信限，根据孙云沛法计算药剂的毒力指数及混用的共毒系数(CTC值)，CTC值大于100的为增效作用，等于100为加和作用，小于100为拮抗作用。

1.含有丙溴磷和丁醚脲的杀虫杀螨组合物，其特征在于：由活性成份丙溴磷和丁醚脲组成，所述丙溴磷与丁醚脲的重量比为1∶40～40∶1，所述丙溴磷和丁醚脲二者的累积重量百分比占总重量的1％～99％。
2.如权利要求1所述的含有丙溴磷和丁醚脲的杀虫杀螨组合物，其特征在于：所述丙溴磷和丁醚脲二者的累积重量百分比占总重量的3％～60％。
3.如权利要求1所述的含有丙溴磷和丁醚脲的杀虫杀螨组合物，其特征在于：所述含丙溴磷和丁醚脲的杀虫杀螨组合物制成乳油、微乳剂、水乳剂、悬浮剂、可湿性粉剂或水分散粒剂。
