Abstract

本发明涉及的是一种钴-60远距治疗机的钴源运载装置,由钴源抽屉外壳、封装在外壳中的钴源和填充在钴源两侧的屏蔽材料、封堵在外壳两端的封头以及设置在封头上的由金属导向环和自润滑摩擦环共同构成的导向结构组成,通过自润滑摩擦环改善钴源抽屉与其通道之间的接触条件,减小钴源抽屉运行时的摩擦阻力,使钴源抽屉在通道里运行时的卡滞率降低。

Description

本发明涉及的是一种放射性医疗装置,特别涉及的是一种钴-60远距治疗机。
现有的各种钴-60远距离治疗机,如“FYC-50型回转式钴-60放疗机”、“PYJ-Ⅱ型远距离钴-60治疗机”等,其容纳和运载放射源的钴源抽屉一般均由抽屉外壳、封装在外壳中央段的钴源和填充在钴源两端的屏蔽材料以及封堵在外壳两端的封头所构成,整个钴源抽屉呈整体圆柱面结构,与其圆形通道呈全面积接触,这种呈全面积接触的形式造成运动时的摩擦阻力大,通道或钴源抽屉其中之一稍有变形都会导致钴源抽屉卡滞在通道内造成危害。近年来出现了一种带有金属导向环的钴源抽屉,从减小其接触面积来降低运行时的摩擦阻力,从而降低钴源抽屉的卡滞率。这种单纯的以金属环来导向的结构,由于其与所接触的通道无润滑环境,因而易造成导向环的磨损变形,影响钴源抽屉的使用寿命。
本发明的目的是提供一种使用寿命长且卡滞率低的钴源抽屉。
实现本发明目的的钴源抽屉的构成包括抽屉外壳、封装在抽屉外壳中央段的钴-60放射源和填充在放射源两侧的屏蔽材料、封堵在抽屉外壳两端的封头和设置在封头上的导向结构。该导向结构由金属导向环和自润滑摩擦环共同构成,相挨套装在封头的外圆上,一端通过在封头上设置台阶面限位,另一端可通过与封头螺纹连接的堵盖来定位,或采用固定螺钉将堵盖连接在封头上来定位。也可采用其他可拆卸的安装方式将导向结构安装在封头上。其自润滑摩擦环可采用如尼龙石墨或聚四氟乙烯石墨等抗辐照,耐磨损的非金属材料制造。当钴源抽屉在圆形通道里往复运行时,由自润滑摩擦环向其运行接触面提供润滑条件,使接触面间的摩擦系数大大减小,摩擦阻力大为降低,同时也减小了金属导向环以及其通道的摩擦磨损,从而使得本发明的钴源抽屉的使用寿命长、卡滞机率低。
本发明的钴源抽屉,结构简单,制作容易,成本低,除导向结构需采用耐磨材料外,不必整个抽屉外壳都采用耐磨材料,同时还可降低抽屉外壳的加工精度;可拆卸更换的复合式导向结构,可大大降低钴源抽屉在运行通道内发生卡滞的机率并进一步延长钴源抽屉的寿命。
下面结合实施例和附图对本发明作进一步说明。
图1为本发明的结构示意图。
如图1所示,本发明的钴源抽屉由抽屉外壳1、钴源2、屏蔽材料3、4,封头5、金属导向环6、自润滑摩擦环7、堵盖8、固定螺钉9所组成,钴源2由屏蔽材料3、4封装在抽屉外壳的中央段,两端用封头5焊接封堵,抽屉外壳的内腔在本实施例中采用非等径段构成,在紧靠钴源的两侧填充的屏蔽材料3可采用钨或贫化铀、在该屏蔽段的两侧填充的屏蔽材料4可选用铅,这种迷宫式屏蔽与传统的整体铅屏蔽相比,其屏蔽效果更好。金属导向环6和自润滑摩擦环7相挨套装在封头外圆上,一端靠在封头上设置的台阶面11限位,另一端由堵盖8定位,堵盖8通过螺钉9连接在封头上。

1、一种钴-60远距治疗机的钴源抽屉,由抽屉外壳、封装在抽屉外壳中央段的钴源、填充在钴源两侧的屏蔽材料、封堵在外壳两端的封头以及安装在封头上的可拆卸导向结构组成,其特征是所述的导向结构由金属导向环和自润滑摩擦环共同构成。
