一种化厕自动清除装置的装配方法,由导轨、一号泵、二号泵、三号泵、叶轮、传感器、搅拌机、导出管、一号触动开关、控制模块、二号触动开关、电磁水阀组成。其特征在于:导轨的两端安装有一号触动开关和二号触动开关,传感器安装在搅拌机的顶端,叶轮安装在搅拌机的下方,控制模块的5个信号输出分别与一号泵、二号泵、三号泵、电磁水阀和搅拌机连接,控制模块的3个信号输入分别与传感器、一号触动开关和二号触动开关连接,一号泵安装在三化厕池的A腔,二号泵安装在三化厕池的B腔,三号泵安装在三化厕池的C腔,导出管与一号泵、二号泵和三号泵连接。本发明的有益效果是:具有实现了对三化厕内粪便渣和纸屑的自动清理功能。

技术领域
 本发明涉及一种化厕池内的粪便清除装置的装配方法,具体的讲是一种化厕自动清除装置的装配方法。
背景技术
越来越多的农村自建房使用三次过滤厕所(简称三化厕),所谓三次过滤厕所就是把粪便用水冲入一个有三个隔间的厕所内,让粪便一层一层隔离,使最后排出的污水没有臭味。然而,随着时间的推移,粪便渣和纸屑的沉积,将致使三化厕堵塞,常规的清理办理必须打开三化厕把里面的污物清除,再合上盖板,甚是麻烦。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种化厕自动清除装置的装配方法,使得保证三化厕的正常使用时不用开厕清理。
本发明是以如下技术方案实现的:本一种化厕自动清除装置的装配方法由导轨、一号泵、二号泵、三号泵、叶轮、传感器、搅拌机、导出管、一号触动开关、控制模块、二号触动开关、电磁水阀组成。其特征在于:轨道架在化厕池的墙壁上,两端用水泥封固,导轨的两端分别安装有一号触动开关和二号触动开关,传感器安装在搅拌机的顶端,叶轮安装在搅拌机的下方,控制模块的5个信号输出端分别为A端、B端、C端、D端和E端,A端借助导线和一号泵连接、B端借助导线和二号泵连接,C端借助导线和三号泵连接,D端借助导线和电磁水阀连接,E端借助导线和搅拌机连接,控制模块的3个信号输入端分别为A1端、B1端和C1端,A1端借助导线和传感器连接,B1端借助导线和一号触动开关连接,C1端借助导线和二号触动开关连接,一号泵安装在三化厕池的A腔,二号泵安装在三化厕池的B腔,三号泵安装在三化厕池的C腔,导出管与一号泵、二号泵和三号泵连接,导出管引出化厕池。当粪便渣和纸屑的沉积物触及传感器时,传感器向控制模块提供信号,控制模块向搅拌机输出命令,搅拌机带动叶轮旋转,转动的同时搅拌机从一号触动开关作为始点顺着轨道移动,移至二号触动开关的位置时,二号开关向控制模块输送信号,搅拌机停止工作,搅拌机停止后,控制模块向一号泵、二号泵和三号泵同时输出命令,3台泵机同时把三化厕内的三个化腔里面的粪便渣和纸屑一同从导出管排出,传感器失去信号后,控制模块停止3台泵机的工作并同时开动电磁水阀,自来水被冲入到三化厕的A腔,传感器感触信号后控制模块输出命令关闭电磁水阀并导通一号泵,把A腔的污水抽入B腔,当A腔的污水抽干净后,控制模块停止一号泵的工作同时启动二号泵,二号泵接着把污水抽入C腔,当B腔的污水抽干净后,控制模块停止二号泵的工作同时启动三号泵,三号泵再次把污水从C腔抽出从导出管排出,至此,实现了三化厕内的自动清理功能;以此同时,搅拌机停留在二号触动开关的位置,当粪便渣和纸屑的沉积物再次触及传感器时,传感器向控制模块提供信号,控制模块向搅拌机输出命令,搅拌机带动叶轮旋转,转动的同时搅拌机从二号触动开关作为始点顺着轨道移动,移至一号触动开关的位置时,一号开关向控制模块输送信号,搅拌机停止工作,搅拌机停止后,控制模块向一号泵、二号泵和三号泵再次同时输出命令,3台泵机同时把三化厕内的三个化腔里面的粪便渣和纸屑一同从导出管排出,传感器失去信号后,控制模块停止3台泵机的工作并同时开动电磁水阀,自来水被冲入到三化厕的A腔,传感器感触信号后控制模块输出命令关闭电磁水阀并导通一号泵,把A腔的污水抽入B腔,当A腔的污水抽干净后,控制模块停止一号泵的工作同时启动二号泵,二号泵接着把污水抽入C腔,当B腔的污水抽干净后,控制模块停止二号泵的工作同时启动三号泵,三号泵再次把污水从C腔抽出从导出管排出,得以实现了搅拌机从不同的位置实现始点的功能。
本发明的有益效果是:具有实现了对三化厕内粪便渣和纸屑的自动清理功能。
