本发明公开了一种LED路灯,包括有支撑柱、电源、LED灯、鳍片散热器、热板、灯壳,灯壳套接在支撑柱上,支撑柱的右下端与热板的上端面固定连接,热板嵌接在灯壳上,热板的下端面上连接有LED灯,灯壳内设置有管道,热板为填芯式结构,芯内设置有导热熔剂,热板左端通过连接管与管道相连通,热板右上端连接有第一上升管和第二上升管,第一上升管的另一端与所述灯壳上端相连,第一上升管和所述管道相通,第二上升管的另一端连到鳍片散热器右端,鳍片散热器左端设有冷凝管连接热板左端,鳍片散热器固定连接在支撑柱上,本发明散热效果非常好,大大增加了该路灯的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种LED路灯。
背景技术
由于LED路灯具有寿命长、高光源、无辐低功耗等特点,现有技术中,由于照明需要,LED路灯一般都采用大功率LED发光二极管,大功率LED发光二极管由于功率比较大,发热比较多,影响LED的使用寿命。
发明内容
为了克服上述缺陷,本发明提供了一种散热效率高,重量轻的LED路灯。
本发明为了解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种LED路灯,包括有支撑柱、电源、LED灯、鳍片散热器、热板、灯壳,灯壳套接在支撑柱上,支撑柱的右下端与热板的上端面固定连接,热板嵌接在灯壳上,热板的下端面上连接有LED灯,灯壳内设置有管道,热板为填芯式结构,芯内设置有导热熔剂,热板左端通过连接管与管道相连通,热板右上端连接有第一上升管和第二上升管,第一上升管的另一端与所述灯壳上端相连,第一上升管和所述管道相通,第二上升管的另一端连到鳍片散热器右端,鳍片散热器左端设有冷凝管连接热板左端,鳍片散热器固定连接在支撑柱上。
作为本发明的进一步改进,鳍片散热器一侧设置有电源,电源固定连接在所述支撑柱上。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明灯壳内设置有管道,热板为填芯式结构,芯内设置有导热熔剂,热板右上端连接有第一上升管和第二上升管,第一上升管的另一端与灯壳上端相连,第一上升管和管道相通,第二上升管的另一端与鳍片散热器相连,热板蒸发的气体,通过第一和第二上升管分别在灯壳和鳍片散热器上冷却成液体,再通过管道流回热板,因此在密闭系统内的循环散热,使得该路灯得散热效果非常好,大大增加了该路灯的使用寿命,可以解决LED照明的散热问题。

为了加深对本发明的理解,下面将结合实施例和附图对本发明作进一步详述,该实施例仅用于解释本发明,并不构成对本发明保护范围的限定。
如图1示出了本发明一种LED路灯的一种实施方式,本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来实现:一种LED路灯,包括有支撑柱1、电源2、LED灯3、鳍片散热器4、热板5、灯壳6,灯壳6套接在支撑柱1上,支撑柱1的右下端与热板5的上端面固定连接,热板5嵌接在灯壳6上,热板5的下端面上连接有LED灯3,灯壳6内设置有管道10,热板5为填芯式结构,芯内设置有导热熔剂,热板5左端通过连接管11与所述管道10相连通,热板5右上端连接有第一上升管7和第二上升管8,所述第一上升管7的另一端与所述灯壳6上端相连,第一上升管7和所述管道10相通,第二上升管8的另一端连到鳍片散热器4右端,鳍片散热器4左端设有冷凝管9连接热板5左端,鳍片散热器4固定连接在所述支撑柱1上, LED灯3发光产生的热量通过热板5传导给导热熔剂,导热熔剂吸热蒸发,蒸汽通过第一上升管7到管道10,在管道中放热凝结,通过连接管11返回热板5,蒸汽通过第二上升管8,在鳍片散热器4的作用下放热凝结,然后通过冷凝管9返回热板5,如此形成一个密闭的循环散热系统,使得该路灯得散热效果非常好。

Claims (2)

1.一种LED路灯,包括有支撑柱(1)、电源(2)、LED灯(3)、鳍片散热器(4)、热板(5)、灯壳(6),所述灯壳(6)套接在支撑柱(1)上,所述支撑柱(1)的右下端与所述热板(5)的上端面固定连接,所述热板(5)嵌接在所述灯壳(6)上,所述热板(5)的下端面上连接有所述LED灯(3),其特征在于:所述灯壳(6)内设置有管道(10),所述热板(5)为填芯式结构,芯内设置有导热熔剂,所述热板(5)左端通过连接管(11)与所述管道(10)相连通,所述热板(5)右上端连接有第一上升管(7)和第二上升管(8),所述第一上升管(7)的另一端与所述灯壳(6)上端相连,第一上升管(7)和所述管道(10)相通,所述第二上升管(8)的另一端连到鳍片散热器(4)右端,鳍片散热器(4)左端设有冷凝管(9)连接热板(5)左端,所述鳍片散热器(4)固定连接在所述支撑柱(1)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED路灯,其特征在于:所述鳍片散热器(4)一侧设置有所述电源(2),所述电源(2)固定连接在所述支撑柱(1)上。
