Abstract

本发明所要解决的技术问题是:压缩机在运行过程中,若为压缩机提供动力气体的气源发生故障不能正常供气时,压缩机的气缸内的气体压力必须及时卸荷,否则当压力达到一定值时,将导致气缸破裂,甚至会引起火灾、爆炸等重大事故。本发明的积极效果是:在压缩机的气缸上配置故障性卸荷器,当气源发生故障不能正常供气时,卸荷器自动将气缸内的压力迅速降低。这样,有效避免了在压力过大时而发生事故的可能性。

本发明可以应用到石油、化工、化肥等行业的往复活塞式气体压缩机中。
背景技术
往复活塞式气体压缩机在运行过程中,若动力气源发生故障时,不能正常的给压缩机提供动力气源,导致气阀不能及时进行调节,当系统不稳定时,气缸内的气体压力增高超压而得不到及时卸荷。当气缸内气体压力过大达到一定值时,气缸会爆裂,会对系统的安全运行带来相当大的危害。轻者缸体爆裂,机组不能工作;重者会引起火灾甚至爆炸,危及厂房并导致人员伤亡。这是压缩机长期得不到解决的技术难题之一。
发明内容
本发明是针对压缩机的气源发生故障、不能正常的给压缩机提供动力气源时,气缸内气体压力得不到卸荷这一危害进行设计的。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:往复活塞式气体压缩机在运行过程中,当系统发生故障不稳定时,气缸内的气体压力会升高,对设备构成威胁。在气缸中安装故障性卸荷器,其能使气缸内的气体及时排出,降低缸内压力,避免了事故的发生。
本发明与现有的技术方案相比,能够有效的解决气源发生故障时,气缸内气体排不出去这一问题。从而避免了事故的发生。

具体实施方法
往复活塞式压缩机在运行过程中,当供气源发生故障不能正常的提供气体时,气缸一直在工作,使系统处于不稳定状态,会造成缸内气体压力过高。在气缸上安装故障性卸荷器,通过卸荷器,能使气缸内吸入的气体受限,从而降低了气缸内的压力。

Claims (1)

1.故障性卸荷器:动力气源正常情况下,进入卸荷器工作腔,在仪表风压力下,卸荷器不起作用。吸气阀正常工作。当气源发生故障,不能正常提供气体时,故障性卸荷器在弹簧的作用下,顶开吸气阀。是压缩机内的气体卸荷,避免压缩机发生故障。
