背景技术
关节镜手术通常需要将软组织再附连到骨上。为了实现该目的,锚定器被植入骨中,附连到锚定器的缝线穿过组织以将组织牢固地固定到位。当进行软组织到骨的修复时,有利的是尽可能在骨和组织之间具有大的接触面积。彼此成排地间隔开的锚定器点导致在修复中具有更大的接触面积。需要这样的手术和用于这种手术的装置,其使用在大接触面积上的多个附连点来将组织牢固地附连到骨上。
发明内容

在一个实施例中,外部构件包括位于其外表面上的螺纹。在另一实施例中,外部构件包括位于其外表面上的纵向沟槽,所述沟槽延伸所述外部构件的部分长度。在又一实施例中,内部构件的近端部分包括配置用于接收输送装置的开口。在又一实施例中,外部构件相对于内部构件旋转。在又一实施例中,内部构件的近端部分的直径比内部构件的远端部分的直径更小。
在另一方面,本发明涉及输送装置,其包括内轴,所述内轴包括近端部分和远端部分;第一手柄,所述第一手柄联接到内轴的近端部分;外轴,所述外轴可滑动地接合内轴并且包括近端部分和远端部分;以及第二手柄,所述第二手柄联接到外轴的近端部分。

图1和2示出了本发明的锚定器10。锚定器10包括带有本体11a和内腔11b的外部构件11。本体10包括位于本体11a的外表面11d上的螺纹11c。此外,纵向沟槽11e位于外表面11d上。沟槽11e延伸外部构件11的部分长度并且与螺纹11c交接。沟槽11e的目的将在下文进一步描述。内腔11b包括近端部分11f和远端部分11g。近端部分11f包括通道11f’,该通道配置用于接收输送装置,将在下文进一步描述输送装置。远端部分11g包括增大直径的区域11g’,其目的将在下文进一步描述。

图3示出了输送装置20,其包括内轴21(图2);可滑动地接合内轴21的外轴22(图2);以及分别联接到内轴21和外轴22的第一手柄23和第二手柄24。内轴21包括近端部分(未示出)和远端部分21b。远端部分21b包括叉部21b’,当锚定器10联接到输送装置20时,叉部21b’位于内部构件12的开口12a’’内。外轴22还包括近端部分22a和远端部分22b。远端部分22b包括从其延伸的叉部22c,如图2所示,当锚定器10联接到输送装置20时,该叉部位于外部构件11的通道11f’中。此外,与轴22的其余部分的直径相比,远端部分22b包括较小的直径。该较小的直径基本上减少在插入锚定器10期间轴22b卡塞在骨内的可能性。
图4A-4C示出了在回旋肌腱群的关节镜修复期间锚定器10的使用。图4A示出了已经被插入到骨40(例如,肱骨)的侧面部分中的第一锚定器30。具有联接到其上的柔性构件50(例如,缝线)的锚定器30被插入到骨40中;诸如回旋肌腱群肌腱的软组织60被放置到骨40上,邻近于锚定器30布置;以及柔性构件50的端部51放置成穿过软组织60。
接下来,柔性构件50的至少一个端部51穿过横向通孔12b’,如图4A和4B所示。在柔性构件50穿过该通孔之后,锚定器10随后被插入到在骨40的中间部分中的先前钻好的孔41中,如图4C所示,使得柔性构件50被容纳在横向通孔12b’中并且端部51从孔41中延伸出。通过敲击第一手柄23,锚定器10以轴向定向的方式推进到孔41中,直到沟槽11e位于孔41内并且不再能够看见为止。接着,第二手柄24用于将外部构件11相对于内部构件12旋转并将锚定器10的剩余部分推进到孔41中,直到整个锚定器10位于骨40内或与骨40齐平为止。输送装置20随后从锚定器10脱离并且从孔41移除。
轴21、22包括不锈钢材料,但是可由生物兼容的并且足够强韧以承受在手术期间设置在轴21、22上的力的任何其它金属或非金属材料制成。轴21、22可机加工、模拉并随后机加工、或通过本领域技术人员已知的任何其它方法制成。轴21、22经由压配合工艺联接到手柄23、24。然而,将手柄23、24联接到轴21、22的其它方法也在本发明的范围内。手柄21、22采用非金属材料,但是可使用金属材料制成,并且均通过注模成型工艺制成。然而,其它制造方法也在本发明的范围内。
锚定器10的部件由可生物吸收的聚合体材料并且经由注模成型工艺制成。此外,为了本发明的目的,可使用联接内部构件11和外部构件12的其它方法。
由于在不偏离本发明的范围的前提下可对如上关于相应附图描述的示例性实施例进行各种修改,因此本发明旨在将包含在前述说明以及在附图中示出的所有内容应解释为描述性而不是限制性的。因而,本发明的广泛性和范围不应受任何上述示例性实施例限制,而是仅应当根据所附下述权利要求书及其等同物限定。

Claims (10)

1. 一种锚定器,包括:
外部构件,所述外部构件包括具有内腔的本体,所述内腔包括配置用于接收输送装置的近端部分和具有增大直径的区域的远端部分;和
内部构件,所述内部构件联接到外部构件,所述内部构件包括具有凸起部的近端部分以及具有横向通孔的远端部分,所述凸起部配置用于接收在增大直径的区域中。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的锚定器,其中,外部构件包括位于其外表面上的螺纹。
3. 根据权利要求2所述的锚定器,其中,外部构件包括位于其外表面上的纵向沟槽,这些沟槽延伸所述外部构件的部分长度。
4. 根据权利要求1所述的锚定器,其中,内部构件的近端部分包括配置用于接收输送装置的开口。
5. 根据权利要求1所述的锚定器,其中,外部构件相对于内部构件旋转。
6. 根据权利要求1所述的锚定器,其中,内部构件的近端部分的直径比内部构件的远端部分的直径更小。
7. 一种输送装置,包括:
内轴,所述内轴包括近端部分和远端部分;
第一手柄,所述第一手柄联接到内轴的近端部分;
外轴,所述外轴可滑动地接合内轴并且包括近端部分和远端部分;和
第二手柄,所述第二手柄联接到外轴的近端部分。
8. 根据权利要求7所述的输送装置,还包括锚定器,所述锚定器包括:
外部构件,所述外部构件包括具有内腔的本体,所述内腔包括配置用于接收输送装置的外轴的近端部分和具有增大直径的区域的远端部分;和
内部构件,所述内部构件联接到外部构件,所述内部构件包括具有凸起部的近端部分以及具有横向通孔的远端部分,所述凸起部配置用于接收在增大直径的区域中。
9. 根据权利要求8所述的输送装置,其中,内部构件的近端部分包括开口,所述开口配置用于接收输送装置的内轴。
10. 一种修复组织的方法,包括:
将第一锚定器插入到骨中,所述第一锚定器具有联接到其上的柔性构件;
将柔性构件的端部穿过组织;
提供第二锚定器,所述第二锚定器包括外部构件,所述外部构件包括具有内腔的本体,所述内腔包括配置用于接收输送装置的外轴的近端部分和具有增大直径的区域的远端部分;以及内部构件,所述内部构件联接到外部构件,所述内部构件包括具有凸起部的近端部分以及具有横向通孔的远端部分,所述凸起部配置用于接收在增大直径的区域中;
将柔性构件的端部穿过第二锚定器的通孔;以及
经由轴向和旋转推进作用将第二锚定器推进到骨中。
