Abstract

The invention provides an earth plate and a cabinet using the same. The earth plate comprises a base part, a connection part, an extension part, a first contact part and a second contact part, wherein the connection part, the extension part and the second contact part form a semi-closed space; the connection part, the extension part and the first contact part are arrayed in an approximate 'Z' shape; at least one round hole is formed on the first contact part; and at least one circular arc groove is formed on the end part of the second contact part along the extension direction. When the earth plate provided by the invention is used, the second contact part can be fixed by a fastener, so the contact area of the earth plate and the frame can be increased, the resistance can be reduced, and relatively high electromagnetic compatible requirement can be met.

Background
For some electrical devices, such as frequency converters, different electromagnetic compatibility requirements require different grounding properties. In order to meet the requirement of electromagnetic compatibility, a grounding plate is required to be arranged in the cabinet body.
For the requirement of simpler electromagnetic compatibility, the common grounding plate, the bolt, the washer and the like can be used for meeting the requirement, but the common grounding plate cannot meet the requirement of higher electromagnetic compatibility.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a grounding plate which can meet the requirement for higher electromagnetic compatibility.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a ground plate, including a base, a connecting portion, an extending portion, a first contact portion and a second contact portion, wherein the connecting portion, the extending portion and the second contact portion form a semi-enclosed space, the connecting portion, the extending portion and the first contact portion are substantially in a "Z" shape, the first contact portion is provided with at least one circular hole, and an end of the second contact portion is provided with at least one arc groove along an extending direction.

Meanwhile, because the bus bar is used in the cabinet body, paint sprayed on the frame of the cabinet body in advance does not need to be removed, and special conductive paint or grease does not need to be additionally coated, so that the cost is reduced, and the oxidation reaction of the frame can be effectively reduced.

Detailed Description

The invention provides a grounding plate which comprises a base part, a connecting part, an extending part, a first contact part and a second contact part, wherein the connecting part, the extending part and the second contact part form a semi-closed space, the connecting part, the extending part and the first contact part are approximately Z-shaped, at least one round hole is formed in the first contact part, and at least one arc groove is formed in the end part of the second contact part along the extending direction.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, the ground plate 1 includes a base 13, an extending portion 15, a connecting portion 14, a first contact portion 11 and a second contact portion 12, wherein the extending portion 15, the connecting portion 14 and the second contact portion 12 form a semi-enclosed space 19, the semi-enclosed space 19 is open along the X direction, the first contact portion 11 is provided with at least one circular hole 111, an end of the second contact portion 12 is provided with at least one circular arc groove 121, and the opening points to the direction X. The second contact portion 12 extends from one end of the base portion 13 along the X direction, and is provided with at least one arc groove 121 along the X direction at the extending end thereof, preferably, three arc grooves 121 may be provided, the distance between the arc grooves 121 may be selected according to the design, and with the arc grooves 121, the user may conveniently mount the ground plate 1 on the frame 4 in the cabinet as shown in fig. 8 through fastening devices 23 such as screws or bolts.
The connecting portion 14 may be substantially perpendicular to the base portion 13 in the Y direction away from the second contact portion 12, but of course, other angles may be provided between the connecting portion 14 and the base portion 13. The portion and the base 13 can be smoothly connected and transited through a circular arc.
The extending portion 15 may be substantially perpendicular to the connecting portion 14 in the X direction, and of course, other angles may be provided between the extending portion 15 and the base portion 13 as long as it is ensured that a semi-enclosed space 19 can be formed together with the connecting portion 14 and the second contact portion 12, and the formed semi-enclosed space 19 may be "C" shaped, and of course, the semi-enclosed space 19 may also be "V" shaped, "U" shaped or other similar shapes according to different designs, so as to ensure that the formed space can accommodate the tail portion of a fastening device (such as a prefabricated bolt, a fixing screw, etc.). Preferably, as shown in fig. 3, the extension portion 15 is substantially parallel to the second contact portion 12, and the portion and the base portion 13 may be smoothly connected and transited through a circular arc.
The first contact portion 11 may be substantially perpendicular to the extending portion 15 in the Y direction away from the second contact portion 12, and at least one circular hole 111, preferably three circular holes 111, are formed on the first contact portion 11, and the distance between the circular holes 111 may be selected according to the design. The ground plate 1 may be made of galvanized steel, and is formed by bending a whole piece of material, for example, a steel plate is folded in half, a part of the folded steel plate is folded twice in the Y direction, a connection portion 14, an extension portion 15 and a first contact portion 11 are sequentially formed, the other part of the folded steel plate is a second contact portion 12, and a portion between the connection portion 14 and the second contact portion 12 is a base portion 13.
Of course, it is also possible to fix the parts or parts together by welding or gluing, for example by fixing the connection part and/or the second contact part to the base part by welding or gluing, respectively, on the ends of the base part.

In the ground plate 1d shown in fig. 4, unlike the ground plate 1 shown in fig. 1, the base 13d is located on the first contact portion 11d side, and the end of the base 13d extends to be connected to the extending portion 15 d.
As shown in fig. 7, the present invention further provides a cabinet 100, such as a frequency converter cabinet or a switch cabinet, or other cabinets with electromagnetic compatibility requirements.
In the partial view of the frequency converter cabinet 100 shown in fig. 8, the ground plate 1 provided by the present invention is used, and the ground plate 1 and the bus bar 3 are fixed on the cabinet 100, for example, fixed on the cabinet frame 4, by the fastening devices 21 and 23, the frame 4 is formed by welding sectional materials, and is used as a supporting framework of the whole cabinet, and is provided with a circular hole 42 for mounting and fixing some supporting beams and mounting plates in the cabinet to fix and support electrical components.
The bus bar 3 and the grounding plate 1 are installed on the frame 5 of the cabinet body through a plurality of (for example, 29) prefabricated bolts 21 (teeth at the end part can break paint on the frame 5 of the cabinet body to reduce the resistance), and the paint breaking effect of the prefabricated bolts 21 can well reduce the resistance through the bus bar 3, thereby being beneficial to grounding of the frame of the cabinet shell. As shown in fig. 9, the bus bar 3 can also be connected with a welding bolt 61 welded on the cabinet door 9 through the grounding copper wire 7 (for example, there can be a similar design at 3) to enhance the EMC shielding effect of the cabinet door 9.
By utilizing the grounding plate provided by the invention, as the second contact part can be fixed by the fastening device, the contact area of the grounding plate and the frequency converter frame can be increased, the resistance value is reduced, and the higher electromagnetic compatibility requirement is met. Meanwhile, due to the adoption of the bus bar, paint sprayed on the frame of the frequency converter in advance does not need to be removed, and special conductive paint or grease does not need to be additionally coated, so that the cost is reduced, and meanwhile, the oxidation reaction of the frame can be effectively reduced.
