Abstract

一种人机交互调速方式的跑步机,具有用于检测手臂摆动幅度或频率的手臂摆动检测单元。其控制方法为:使用者在跑步机上运动,通过手臂摆动检测单元检测使用者手臂摆动幅度或频率;在手臂摆动的幅度或频率的改变值大于预设阈值的情况下,根据新的手臂摆动幅度或频率换算出新的跑步带传送速度,并自动将跑步机的速度调整为该新速度,否则跑步带保持原有的传送速度。
