Abstract

一种浅海新型浮式储油平台结构是由桩基础、浮箱和上部平台组成，其特征在于所述的桩基础可采用常规桩或者吸力锚做基础；所述储油箱可以凭借自身浮力随着潮位变化沿桩基础上下变化，这样桩基就只受横向环境载荷，从而降低桩基的承载力的要求；所述储油箱下部外形呈圆柱形，上部是有夹角的圆台，用来增加结构的抗冰性。该平台安装方便，容易回收，当油田采尽时可切割桩管并可到下一边际油田上安装，实现浅海新型浮式储油平台结构的多次利用，缩短浅海边际油田平台结构的海上安装工期，并降低油田开发费用。

一种浅海新型浮式储油平台结构
技术领域
本发明属于海上储油平台结构及其施工方法的创新。
背景技术
随着我国石油资源消费的大幅增加，国家战略受到很大挑战，经济有效地快速开发我国浅海石油资源已备受关注。我国海洋石油开发出继续进行大中型油气田开发外，也在积极进行浅海边际油田的开发。然而如果这些油田继续按照以往大型油田开发模式进行开采，必然会投入相当大的成本，甚至会造成多数小油田无法收回成本。因此，研究设施简单、安装方便且投资省的浅海(水深小于15米)海上储油平台已迫在眉睫。目前储油平台结构基本是沉箱式，沉箱式基础平台结构桩腿承受的载荷比较大，对桩基要求高、安装费用高等缺点，不易于浅海油田的开发中。
发明内容
为了适应浅海边际油田的开发，解决沉箱式基础结构桩腿受力大的缺点，本发明提供一种浅海新型浮式储油平台结构，适应水深小于15米，储油能力1000～10000方。这种浅海新型浮式储油平台结构采用桩基础支撑浮箱和上部平台，浮箱可以随潮汐的变化而在桩腿上下运动，使桩腿只受横向的环境载荷，浮箱和上部平台可自浮并且可以重复利用。安装过程不需要驳船和浮吊，可以有效得降低油田的开发费用。
本发明所采用的技术方案是：一种浅海新型浮式储油平台结构是由桩基础、浮箱和上部平台组成，其特征在于，所述的桩基础可采用常规桩或者吸力锚做基础；所述储油箱可以凭借自身浮力随着潮位变化沿桩基础上下变化，当落潮时浮箱可以坐落到泥面上，当涨潮时浮箱可以随着海水的升高而升高，这样桩基就只受横向环境载荷，从而降低桩基的承载力的要求；所述储油箱下部外形呈圆柱形，上部是有夹角的圆台，用来增加结构的抗冰性，储油箱内设四个储油室，设置有常规加热装备和惰性气体保护装置，上表面焊有四根用于支撑上部平台的支撑柱；所述上部平台可以是单层或者多层平台结构，设置有用于生活的电站、热站、吊车、公用设施。
浅海新型浮式储油平台结构依靠自浮由拖轮拖至施工地点，并定位，打桩固定平台结构，最后安装平台上部生活设施。其中储油箱可以为上部生活平台和自身满载时提供足够大的浮力，当储油箱装载原油达到一定程度，通过穿梭油轮外运；该平台安装方便，容易回收，当油田采尽时可切割桩管并可到下一边际油田上安装，实现浅海新型浮式储油平台结构的多次利用。
本发明的成果是，解决了对沉箱式储油平台桩基础承载力高的缺点，使桩腿只受横向的环境载荷，浮箱和上部平台可自浮并且可以重复利用。安装过程不需要驳船和浮吊，有效得降低油田的开发费用，为边际小油田开发提供了一种经济可行的储油平台结构。

具体实施方式
浅海新型浮式储油平台结构见图1、图2，如图所示，是由储油箱1、桩腿2、上部平台3、支撑柱4组成，浅海新型浮式储油平台结构依靠自浮由拖轮拉往安装地点，如图3。
通过两条拖轮定位，并把桩腿插入储油箱的导向孔内，打桩完成平台结构的安装，如图4。

Claims (4)

1.一种浅海新型浮式储油平台结构，是由桩基础、浮箱和上部平台组成，其特征在于，所述的桩基础可采用常规桩或者吸力锚做基础；所述储油箱下部外形呈圆柱形，上部是有夹角的圆台，用来增加结构的抗冰性，储油箱内设四个储油室，设置有常规加热装备和惰性气体保护装置，上表面焊有四根用于支撑上部平台的支撑柱；所述上部平台可以是单层或者多层平台结构，设置有用于生活的电站、热站、吊车、公用设施。
2.根据权利要求1所述的浅海新型浮式储油平台结构，其特征是：储油箱可以凭借自身浮力随着潮位变化沿桩基础上下变化，当落潮时浮箱可以坐落到泥面上，当涨潮时浮箱可以随着海水的升高而升高。
3.根据权利要求1所述的浅海新型浮式储油平台结构，其特征是：桩基就只受横向环境载荷，从而降低桩基的承载力的要求。
4.根据权利要求1所述的浅海新型浮式储油平台结构，其特征是：安装时浮箱和上部平台可自浮，安装过程不需要驳船和浮吊，可以有效得降低油田的开发费用。
