Abstract

本发明提供一种多级调节开关,包括:壳体,壳体上开有孔,壳体内表面上环绕孔形成有彼此间隔设置的多个阻隔块;按钮,包括本体和环绕本体形成的多个支持块,多个支持块分别位于多个阻隔块之间的间隙中,每一阻隔块和每一支持块的顶面在绕孔的一特定方向上自一端向另一端逐渐降低,支持块的最高端的高度等于或小于阻隔块的最低端的高度;多组导电片,对应多个支持块设置于壳体内;旋转件,包括弹性导电部和支撑柱,支撑柱可转动安装于壳体内,弹性导电部两端分别与其中一组导电片弹性接触并连通组导电片;及第一弹性件,驱使弹性导电部顶触于按钮的支持块的顶面,并继而驱使按钮抵触壳体。本发明的多级调节开关可实现逐次单极调节。

多级调节开关
技术领域
本发明涉及一种开关,特别涉及一种多级调节开关。
背景技术
多级调节开关普遍应用于电子和电器设备,用于对设备的某一参数进行量的调节。现有的多级调节开关一般为旋钮,该旋钮可分为若干级,例如1、2、3、4级,分别对应旋钮的不同旋转位置,并分别对应设备的被调节参数的不同量级。该旋钮存在的一个问题是当调节时,旋钮很可能一次跳过过多的量级,例如,直接从1级跳到4级,使得被调节参数的量的变化过快,导致设备不能适应,从而损害设备。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供一种多级调节开关,其只能逐次进行单级调节。
所述多级调节开关,包括:壳体,壳体上开有孔,壳体内表面上环绕孔形成有彼此间隔设置的多个阻隔块,每一阻隔块的顶面在绕孔的一特定方向上自一端向另一端逐渐降低;按钮,位于壳体内,包括本体和环绕本体形成的多个支持块,本体从孔伸出到壳体外,多个支持块分别位于多个阻隔块之间的间隙中,每一支持块的顶面在绕孔的特定方向上自一端向另一端逐渐降低,支持块的最高端的高度等于或小于阻隔块的最低端的高度;多组导电片,对应多个支持块设置于壳体内;旋转件,包括弹性导电部和支撑柱,支撑柱可转动安装于壳体内,弹性导电部两端分别与其中一组导电片弹性接触并连通组导电片;及第一弹性件,驱使弹性导电部顶触于按钮的支持块的顶面,并继而驱使按钮抵触壳体。
由于支持块和阻隔块的顶面为斜面,按钮被按下时,旋转体的弹性导电部会滑动到另一组支持块上,从而连通另一组导电片。由于阻隔块高于支持块,每次按钮被按下都只能滑动到相邻的支持块,从而实现逐次单极调节。

具体实施方式
请参考图1,其揭示了本发明一优选实施方式的多级调节开关10。请参考图2、图3、图4,该多级调节开关10包括一由上壳体20及下壳体30组成的壳体、分别安装于该壳体内的一按钮40、一旋转件50和一弹性件53,在本实施方式中,该弹性件53为弹簧。
上壳体20大致呈矩形,在上壳体20上形成有孔21,在上壳体20内表面上环绕孔21形成有彼此间隔设置的多个阻隔块22,每一阻隔块22的顶面在绕孔21的一特定方向上自一端向另一端逐渐降低。在该多个阻隔块22的外围还形成有若干连接柱23,每一连接柱23上形成有连接孔(未标示)。
下壳体30大致呈圆筒形,下壳体30的一端沿圆周方向形成有凸耳31,凸耳31上形成有连接孔(未标示),螺钉(图未示)穿过凸耳31和连接柱23上的连接孔,将下壳体30安装于上壳体20上。下壳体30的底面的圆心位置向外凸出有容纳柱32,该容纳柱32内形成有通孔33,该通孔33呈台阶状,其在该容纳柱32远离下壳体30的底面的一端具有较小的直径。在下壳体30的圆周方向的内壁上粘贴有多组导电片60、61。导电片60、61分别与该多级调节开关10的多级调节电路连接,当一组导电片60、61被连通时,即开启该多级调节电路的一级电路。由于该多级调节电路是为人们所熟知的,在图中没有示出该多级调节电路。
旋转件50包括彼此垂直的一弹性导电部51和一支撑柱52,支撑柱52呈台阶轴状,支撑柱52较细的一端套有弹簧53并安装于下壳体30的容纳柱32的孔33内。在支撑柱52和弹性导电部51相连的一端,还安装有一抵触盘57。弹性导电部51包括一套筒54、一弹性件55、和两导电头56。在本实施方式中,该弹性件55为弹簧。导电头56分别可滑动的安装于套筒54的两端,弹簧55位于套筒54内并连接该两导电头56。
按钮40包括包括一台阶圆盘状的本体41及沿该本体41的圆周间隔设置的多个支持块42。本体41的直径较小的一端从上壳体20的孔21伸出到壳体外。支持块42位于阻隔块22之间的间隙中,每一支持块42的顶面在绕孔21的一特定方向上自一端向另一端逐渐降低,且支持块42的顶面的倾斜方向和阻隔块22的顶面的倾斜方向相同,支持块42的最高端的高度等于或小于阻隔块22的最低端的高度。
请参考图4、图5,当安装完成后,在支撑柱52上套的弹簧53的弹力作用下,套筒54抵触于按钮40的一对支持块42上,抵触盘57抵触于按钮40的本体41上,并继而驱使按钮40抵触上壳体20。由于阻隔块22的阻挡,旋转件50不能转动。在套筒54内的弹簧55的弹力作用下,导电头56分别抵触一组导电片60、61,从而连通多级调节开关10的其中一级电路。
请参考图6,当需要改变多级调节开关10的输入时,按下按钮40,支持块42向下运动,直至支持块42的顶面的最低端平齐或超出阻隔块22的顶面的最高端。请一并参考图7,由于弹簧53的弹力的作用,套筒54会沿支持块42和阻隔块22的斜面运动,直至相邻的另一支持块42阻挡住套筒54。当松开按钮40后,在弹簧53的弹性力作用下,按钮40复位,套筒54滑动到该相邻的支持块42上,此时导电头56抵触另一组导电片60、61,从而连通多级调节开关10的另一级电路。
由于支持块42和阻隔块22的配合,按钮40每一次按下都只能使得旋转件50的弹性导电部51滑动到相邻的支持块42上,从而只能连通相邻的一组导电片60、61,即只能逐次进行单极调节。

Claims (9)

1.一种多级调节开关,其特征在于,包括:
壳体,该壳体上开有孔,该壳体内表面上环绕该孔形成有彼此间隔设置的多个阻隔块,每一阻隔块的顶面在绕该孔的一特定方向上自一端向另一端逐渐降低;
按钮,该按钮位于该壳体内,包括本体和环绕该本体形成的多个支持块,该本体从该孔伸出到该壳体外,该多个支持块分别位于该多个阻隔块之间的间隙中,每一支持块的顶面在绕该孔的该特定方向上自一端向另一端逐渐降低,该多个支持块顶面的最高点到所述本体的高度等于或小于该多个阻隔块顶面的最低点到所述壳体的高度;
多组导电片,该多组导电片对应该多个支持块设置于该壳体内;
旋转件,该旋转件包括弹性导电部和支撑柱,该支撑柱可转动安装于该壳体内,该弹性导电部两端分别与其中一组导电片弹性接触并连通该组导电片;及
第一弹性件,该第一弹性件驱使该弹性导电部顶触于该按钮的该支持块的该顶面,并继而驱使该按钮抵触该壳体。
2.如权利要求1所述的多级调节开关,其特征在于:该弹性导电部包括套筒、第二弹性件和导电头,该导电头安装于该套筒两端,该第二弹性件安装于该套筒内并连接该导电头。
3.如权利要求2所述的多级调节开关,其特征在于:该第二弹性件为弹簧。
4.如权利要求1所述的多级调节开关,其特征在于:该旋转件还包括抵触盘,该抵触盘和该按钮的该本体弹性接触。
5.如权利要求1所述的多级调节开关,其特征在于:该第一弹性件为弹簧,该弹簧套于该支撑柱上。
6.如权利要求1所述的多级调节开关,其特征在于:该支撑柱和该弹性导电部彼此垂直。
7.如权利要求1所述的多级调节开关,其特征在于:该壳体包括上壳体和下壳体,该下壳体呈圆筒形,该多组导电片粘贴于该下壳体圆周方向的的内壁上。
8.如权利要求7所述的多级调节开关,其特征在于:该下壳体底面向外凸出有空心的容纳柱,该支撑柱安装于该容纳柱内。
9.如权利要求1所述的多级调节开关,其特征在于:该按钮的本体呈台阶圆盘状。
