本发明是一种换热器，特别是一种用于热泵热水器的热管式换热器。其包括热水箱和冷媒箱，冷媒箱在下，热水箱在上，互相隔离不连通；热水箱中有若干倒U形管，倒U形管的下部管口与冷媒箱连通，热水箱中存有热水；冷媒箱中有换热盘管，冷媒箱被抽成真空，冷媒箱内设有载冷剂。由于载冷剂和制冷剂及热水之间都是通过强制对流方式传热，所以效率远大于自然对流传热，就可以减少使用换热材料，减小热水箱的体积，传热温差也可减少，以提高系统能效比；同时由于换热盘管是设于冷媒箱中，所以换热盘管中的制冷剂直接泄漏到热水中的风险极小，更安全可靠。

本发明是一种换热器，特别是一种用于热泵热水器的热管式换热器。
背景技术
热泵热水器是一种通过介质把热量从低温物体传递到高温水里由此获取热水的装置。水从高处流向低处，热由高温物体传递到低温物体，这是自然规律。然而，在现实生活中，为了农业灌溉、生活用水等的需要，人们利用水泵将水从低处送到高处；同样，为了生活用热水的需要，人们利用热泵热水器将热量从低温处送到高温处供人使用。热泵热水器工作时，制冷剂从低温环境吸热，提高温度后加热水箱中的水。传统的加热方式是制冷剂在水箱内的盘管中冷凝放热，但是盘管容易腐蚀泄漏，制冷剂溶于水后会危害人体健康。所以把盘管改为包在水箱外面，成为外置式换热器，制冷剂通过盘管壁面和水箱壁面两层壁面向水传热，以提高安全性并满足安全法规。但是这种外置式换热器向水的传热形式是自然对流，传热效率低并且成本高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有的换热器效率低成本高的缺陷，发明一种通过强制对流方式传热的用于热泵热水器的热管式换热器。
本发明的目的是按如下的方式来实现的：所述用于热泵热水器的热管式换热器，包括热水箱和冷媒箱，冷媒箱在下，热水箱在上，互相隔离不连通；热水箱中有若干倒U形管，倒U形管的下部管口与冷媒箱连通，热水箱中存有热水；冷媒箱中有换热盘管，冷媒箱被抽成真空，冷媒箱内设有载冷剂。
本发明的积极效果如下：由于载冷剂和制冷剂及热水之间都是通过强制对流方式传热，所以效率远大于自然对流传热，就可以减少使用换热材料，减小热水箱的体积，传热温差也可减少，以提高系统能效比；同时由于换热盘管是设于冷媒箱中，所以换热盘管中的制冷剂直接泄漏到热水中的风险极小，更安全可靠；载冷剂可使用安全无毒性的流体，保证使用热水的安全可靠。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，所述用于热泵热水器的热管式换热器，包括热水箱1和冷媒箱2，冷媒箱2在下，热水箱1在上，互相隔离不连通；热水箱1中有若干倒U形管3，倒U形管3的下部管口与冷媒箱2连通，热水箱1中存有热水4；冷媒箱2中有换热盘管5，冷媒箱2被抽成真空，冷媒箱2内设有载冷剂6。
本发明的工作过程如下：冷媒箱中的载冷剂蒸发后相变为气态进入到热水箱中的倒U形管内，与热水箱中的热水交换热量后冷凝为液体，再由重力作用流回冷媒箱，而热水箱中的热水被高温气态载冷剂加热使其温度更高，以供用户使用；换热盘管内通入制冷剂，使冷媒箱内的载冷剂蒸发。
