Abstract

一种节电电磁炉,包括电磁炉及金属水壶,其特征在于水壶的底部,设置有受温度控制的温控形变机构,能够在达到设定温度时产生形变而增大水壶下底面与电磁炉顶面之间的间隙。本发明在水烧开时,水壶底部的温控形变机构发生形变而增大水壶底部与电磁炉顶面的间隙,从而导致水壶底部与电磁炉里面的线圈的距离增大,这容易被电磁炉的控制电路检测到,关闭电路停止加热或降低功率,实现节电的效果,并起到保护水壶,延长电磁炉工作寿命的作用。

一种节电电磁炉
技术领域  本发明涉及一种电磁炉及其配合使用的水壶。
背景技术  电磁炉是常用小家电,与不锈钢水壶配合使用。现有的电磁炉技术,水壶水烧开后电磁炉难以检测水壶里的水温,造成水一直在沸腾,浪费电。
发明内容  本发明目的是公开一种能够节电的电磁炉及其配合使用的水壶。
本发明包括电磁炉及金属水壶,其特征在于:在水壶的底部,设置有受温度控制的温控形变机构,能够在达到设定温度时产生形变而增大水壶下底面与电磁炉顶面之间的间隙。其中一种温控形变机构的方案为:在水壶的下底面,设置有向上凹进的腔体,腔体中间水平安装有碟形的温控双金属片,双金属片通过连杆与下方的托片相连接。
本发明在水壶里面的水烧开时,水壶底部的温控形变机构发生形变而增大水壶底部与电磁炉顶面的间隙,从而导致水壶底部与电磁炉里面的线圈的距离增大,而这很容易被电磁炉的控制电路检测到,关闭电路停止加热或降低功率,实现节电的效果,并起到保护水壶,延长电磁炉工作寿命的作用。

具体实施方式  下面根据附图,对本发明的实施例进行说明。
图1中,1是电磁炉,里面装有电磁线圈2,工作时电磁线圈产生强磁场,可使放在电磁炉上面的金属水壶3吸收电磁波而发热并对水进行加热。
本发明在水壶3的底部,还设置有受温度控制的温控形变机构4,能够在水温达到设定温度时,产生形变而增大水壶下底面与电磁炉顶面之间的间隙。温控形变机构可选用多种实现方式,如采用双金属片,采用记忆金属,采用居里温度特性设计的温控机构等。图2是其中一种方式。在水壶3的下底面,设置有向上凹进的腔体5,腔体5中间水平安装有蝶形的温控双金属片6,双金属片6通过连杆7与下方的托片8相连接。水温低时,双金属片6向上凹,通过连杆7带动托片8向上收,水壶3的下底面与电磁炉1的顶面的间隙很小,如图2,电磁炉正常工作,对水壶3进行加热。当水开时,(或达到某一设定温度),双金属片6慢慢达到其形变温度,产生形变而向下凸,连杆7带动托片8向下托,从而把水壶3向上托,增大水壶3下底面与电磁炉1顶面之间的间隙。该间隙的变大导致水壶3与电磁炉里面的线圈2的距离明显增大,这很容易被电磁炉的控制电路检测到,关闭电路停止加热或降低功率,达到节电的目的。

1.一种节电电磁炉,包括电磁炉及金属水壶,其特征在于:在水壶的底部,设置有受温度控制的温控形变机构,能够在达到设定温度时产生形变而增大水壶下底面与电磁炉顶面之间的间隙。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种节电电磁炉,其特征在于:所述温控形变机构的结构为:在水壶的下底面,设置有向上凹进的腔体,腔体中间水平安装有碟形的温控双金属片,双金属片通过连杆与下方的托片相连接。
