本发明涉及入扣板(stabplate)连接。
背景技术
电力和液压动力、化学灌注和通信通常是通过始自地面或岸基平台的脐带缆输送到水下井,该脐带缆端接于脐带缆终端组件(UTA)。通过多个单独的自密封式连接件,实现了将液压动力和化学灌注从UTA供给至收容井控制系统的井树(或支柱,tree)。为了便于通过遥控潜水器(ROV)使液压动力和化学灌注的连接件在水下配合或分离,通常将它们一起安装在称为入扣板的板件上,以便单个的ROV动作便使得所有连接件相配合。这种入扣板布置一般是为了将液压动力和化学灌注供给至井而预定的。ROV将入扣板定位到安装在水下树上的固定往复式板件上,且通常由ROV操作螺钉结构来迫使两个板件配合和将它们锁定在一起。通常,配合和锁定螺钉机构为入扣板连接的一部分,且在井运营期间保持在水下。为了维护/修理目的而分离入扣板连接涉及通过ROV拧下螺钉结构的操作,该螺钉机构设计成用以迫使配合的板件分开。
上述布置的主要问题在于,将螺钉机构长时间地留在水下可导致腐蚀和污染(例如,生物生长),这可引起螺钉机构卡住。结果需要使入扣板与固定板件分离的其它有效方法(不可避免地导致对井树以及入扣板连接的各部分造成代价高昂的破坏),或需要在入扣板连接的设计中包括辅助释放机构的附加成本。
发明内容
根据本发明的一方面,提供了一种用于将第一入扣板和第二入扣板夹持在一起的机构,该机构包括枢转式凸轮部件和用于与凸轮部件协同操作的夹持装置,该机构使得凸轮部件可在第一位置与第二位置之间移位,在第一位置,该凸轮部件与夹持装置相协作而将入扣板夹持在一起,在第二位置,该凸轮部件已旋转至入扣板之间且入扣板彼此分开。

具体实施方式
参看附图,环形的第一入扣板1和第二入扣板2分别承载多个连接件3和4。通常,其中的一个入扣板附接到井树上,而另一个则附接到始自UTA的线缆上。
图1和图3A示出了入扣板1和2如何通过凸轮机构5夹持在一起,该凸轮机构5接纳在由入扣板限定的中心孔口中,而连接件3与其中对应的连接件4相配合。凸轮机构5包括一对凸轮6、夹持部件7、一对枢轴杆8以及位于凸轮6之间的锁定杆9,枢轴杆8处在杆9的相反两侧。在图3A中,杆9示为处于锁定位置,以防止凸轮6容许入扣板1和2彼此松开。部件7为管状构造,且包括环形的夹持凸缘10和大致圆柱形的部分11,其中,凸缘10与凸轮6相协作以将入扣板1和2夹持在一起,部分11从凸缘10延伸且承载部分12,该部分12具有相反的平坦面13,分别具有凹槽15的部分14从相反的平坦面13延伸,见图2。
各凸轮6均可通过相应的枢轴销16关于枢轴杆8枢转。另外,各凸轮6均承载可在部件7的其中相应的一个槽口15中滑动的相应销17和可在锁定杆9的相应槽口19中滑动的相应销18。各槽口19在各端处均具有凹部20或21,在图3A中,销18示为接合到槽口19的内凹部20中。在图1中,为了清楚起见,省略了销16和18。
图3B示出了分离入扣板1和2的第一阶段。锁定杆9沿图中向下的方向受到拉动以释放凸轮6,且还促使它们围绕枢轴销16相对于杆8旋转。
图3C示出继续该过程直到机构5与其凸轮6可从入扣板1和2的中心孔口退出至图3D中所示的位置。此时,部件7沿图中向上的方向受到推动,以便凸轮6沿相反的方向旋转,且在入扣板1和2之间受压,因此迫使它们分开和使连接件3和4分离,如图3E中所示。此时,锁定杆9沿图中向上的方向受到推动,从而防止机构5变为与入扣板1分离,以及容许入扣板1退出。此时,入扣板1可退出,连同机构5一起完成。
上述移位由销17在槽口15中的运动和销18在槽口19中以及进出凹部20和21的运动来实现。
入扣板的再次配合基本上与上述过程相反。
机构的锁定杆9和部件7的适当运动通常通过ROV而在水下实现。附图图解示出了机构的操作,且实际上,通过ROV操作的元件将设计有操作界面,该操作界面响应于在ROV上可用的设备。
使用本发明的优点
消除了由常规螺钉螺纹机构上的腐蚀引起的难题,以及消除对辅助释放机构的需要。

Claims (6)

1.一种用于将第一入扣板和第二入扣板夹持在一起的机构,所述机构包括:
枢转式的第一凸轮部件;
用于与所述第一凸轮部件相协作的夹持装置;以及
第二凸轮部件,其中所述第一凸轮部件和所述第二凸轮部件可枢转以沿相反的方向旋转,以及所述第一凸轮部件和所述第二凸轮部件中的各个均与所述夹持装置相协作;
所述第一凸轮部件和所述第二凸轮部件可在其与所述夹持装置相协作而将所述入扣板夹持在一起的第一位置和其已旋转至所述入扣板之间且所述入扣板彼此分开的第二位置之间移位。
2.根据权利要求1所述的机构,其特征在于,所述机构包括处在所述第一凸轮部件和所述第二凸轮部件之间且可移位以促使所述第一凸轮部件和所述第二凸轮部件可枢转旋转的锁定部件。
3.根据权利要求1或权利要求2所述的机构,其特征在于,所述机构包括位于所述第一凸轮部件和所述第二凸轮部件之间的枢轴部件,所述第一凸轮部件和所述第二凸轮部件中的各个均可枢转地附接到所述枢轴部件上。
4.一种用于将第一入扣板和第二入扣板夹持在一起或使第一入扣板和第二入扣板彼此松开的方法,所述方法包括:
提供一种机构,所述机构包括枢转式的第一凸轮部件和与所述第一凸轮部件相协作的夹持装置;
其中所述机构通过各所述入扣板的中心孔口接纳,且所述机构进一步包括第二凸轮部件,其中所述第一凸轮部件和所述第二凸轮部件可沿相反的方向枢转旋转,以及所述第一凸轮部件和所述第二凸轮部件中的各个均与所述夹持装置相协作;
使所述第一凸轮部件和所述第二凸轮部件在其与所述夹持装置相协作而将所述入扣板夹持在一起的第一位置和其已旋转至所述入扣板之间且所述入扣板彼此分开的第二位置之间移位。
5.根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一凸轮部件和所述第二凸轮部件通过位于所述第一凸轮部件和所述第二凸轮部件之间的锁定部件移位,以便促使所述第一凸轮部件和所述第二凸轮部件可枢转旋转。
6.根据权利要求4或权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一凸轮部件和所述第二凸轮部件可枢转地附接到位于所述第一凸轮部件和所述第二凸轮部件之间的枢轴部件上以便旋转。
