Abstract

本发明公开一种微钛板磁性附着体,有钛板(1),在钛板(1)上设置有至少两个螺孔,与螺孔相配有微钛螺钉(2),微钛螺钉(2)的长度为3~5毫米,钛板(1)的上表面固定有衔铁(3)。同现有技术相比,主要区别是设置了平面的钛板及至少两个微钛螺钉,在保证与牙槽骨结合力的前提下,可将微钛螺钉的长度缩短至3~5mm且直径变小,手术创面小、固定深度浅,种植周期大大缩短(仅为两周左右),减轻了患者种植义齿附着体时所承受的痛苦;特别是可适用于牙槽骨因骨吸收而萎缩、骨量不足、已无法佩戴活动义齿的老人,使老人可以正常进食、发音和社交活动,同时对于重度骨吸收的单颌义齿修复和尖牙区的义齿固定都有很好的效果。

微钛板磁性附着体
技术领域
本发明涉及一种义齿用附着体,尤其是一种适合于重度骨吸收,常规修复方法无法达到修复目的义齿修复微钛板磁性附着体。
背景技术
根据1995年全国第二次流行病学调查,老年人的牙列缺失率为10.51%,戴用义齿时间越长,骨吸收越重。对重度骨吸收的全口义齿修复,常规的修复方法很难达到义齿的固位和稳定要求,老年人的进食、发音及社交产生很大困难,直接影响老年人的生活质量,寻求新的方法,改善义齿的固位和稳定,是修复医生及技师共同的目标。传统的种植义齿修复,是将一个较长且顶端固定有衔铁的螺纹柱状体种植在牙槽骨内,然后将底部设置有磁铁的义齿与柱状体顶端的衔铁相连。此种植方法其柱状体对口内颌骨的创伤较大、较深,导致手术周期较长(3~6个月),给患者生理和心理均带来极大的伤害。
发明内容
本发明是为了解决现有技术所存在的上述不足,提出一种可减轻患者种植义齿附着体的痛苦、利用微钛板制成的磁性附着体。
本发明的技术解决方案是:一种微钛板磁性附着体,其特征在于:有钛板,在钛板上设置有至少两个螺孔,与螺孔相配有微钛螺钉,微钛螺钉的长度为3~5毫米,钛板的上表面固定有衔铁。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图说明本发明的具体实施方式。如图1、图2所示:一种微钛板磁性附着体,所述的附着体包括作为基础的钛板1,在钛板1上设置有至少两个螺孔,与螺孔相配的微钛螺钉2可将钛板1固定在颌骨的骨皮质表面,每个微钛螺钉2的长度为3~5mm,在钛板1的上表面固定有附着体衔铁3。
种植本发明实施例时,通过多个微钛螺钉2将钛板1固定在牙槽骨内部,每个微钛螺钉2的固定深度2~3mm。将下面有磁铁并与钛板1相配的义齿吸附在钛板1的衔铁3上,在磁性的作用下,患者即可正常使用义齿。

1.一种微钛板磁性附着体,其特征在于:有钛板(1),在钛板(1)上设置有至少两个螺孔,与螺孔相配有微钛螺钉(2),微钛螺钉(2)的长度为3~5毫米,钛板(1)的上表面固定有衔铁(3)。
