技术领域
本发明涉及一种按权利要求1前序部分所述的流体排出头。
背景技术
由WO2007/009617A1已知一种流体排出头,包括一个有排出孔的排出接管,它容纳一个内套筒。在内套筒中安装一个内体,它构成出口通道的边界以及有一个连接元件,用于与排出设备的相配段连接。内套筒端侧在排出孔附近有一个密封面,处在内体上、封闭出口通道的阀塞,弹簧预紧地压靠在密封面上。因此阀集成在排出头内,在这种情况下阀的闭合通过使用者操纵时的相对运动实现。为此流体排出头与排出设备可沿轴向彼此运动。在操纵力释放时,这些组件在弹簧作用下沿反方向回到起始位置。此外设有防拔出装置,它保证流体排出头与排出设备不会逆操纵方向彼此脱离。为此防拔出装置有一个环形卡块和一个在流体排出头排出接管上的外套。存在的缺点是,所述防拔出装置完全处于流体排出头外壳内部。外壳有伸出很远的帽套,它使由流体排出头和排出设备组成的供体的易使用性变坏。
发明内容
因此本发明要解决的技术问题是创造一种流体排出头,它能够改善操作性。
上述技术问题通过权利要求1的特征得以解决。
由此提供了一种流体排出头,其中附加的第二裙板改善了流体排出头相对于排出设备的导引,确切地说与防拔出装置结合。因此防拔出装置集成在导引件内,在操纵由流体排出头与排出设备组成的供体时,导引件控制流体排出头与排出设备彼此的轴向运动。
由下面的说明及从属权利要求可以看出本发明的其他扩展设计。

具体实施方式
本发明涉及一种与排出设备2共同使用的流体排出头1,其中排出设备2包括一个没有表示的用于流体的介质储存器,介质在压力状态存放在储存器内,或介质借助介质泵3,尤其活塞泵,从储存器排出。优选地,排出设备2有一个相配段4,流体排出头1可安装在相配段4上。
排出设备2与装上的流体排出头1一起,构成一个尤其用于液态介质的供体。
流体排出头1与排出设备2为了排出操作,可通过缩短供体而轴向相对运动。当释放操纵力时,它们在弹簧F的作用下沿反向返回按图1的起始位置。
流体排出头1有一个可安装在排出设备2上的排出接管5,它容纳一个形式上为介质通道的介质导引装置8和一个介质出口,该介质出口有一个在介质导引装置8端头的排出孔6。在介质出口区内设一个可转移到开启位置的可运动的封闭件10,它优选地设计为弹簧预紧的阀体。
排出接管5有一个裙板9,用于与排出设备2上一个区段共同构成一种滑动导引。与排出接管5的裙板9对应地配设附加的第二裙板12,用于构成一个环形套筒13。环形套筒13沿轴向可纵向移动地安装在排出设备2的一个设计为环形柱的区段11上。附加的第二裙板12优选地设计为径向弹性的。此外,附加的第二裙板12可以设计为比所述另一个裙板9短。附加的第二裙板设计得比较短,以便能在这两个裙板9、12之间形成一个径向卡入斜面。
附加的第二裙板12优选地是一个外裙板12,而另一个裙板9是内裙板9。优选地防拔出装置的一个凸块14伸入环形套筒13内。凸块14优选地作为凸边设在内裙板9上。与凸块14相配的凸块15设计在区段11上。
此外优选地,在接管5上设有具有手抓面17的插套部分16。然后在此插套部分16上优选地设计附加的第二裙板12。插套部分16可以用与排出接管5不同的材料制造。由此提供可能性,将这两个裙板9、12用不同的材料制造。尤其是,附加的第二裙板12可以用比另一个裙板9软的塑料制成。
优选地排出接管5容纳一个内套筒18,它构成介质通道8的边界,介质通道8与介质导引装置20的排出段19连接,后者形式上为互相连接并处于流体排出头1内部的通道段和/或介质腔。
内套筒18在其背对排出孔6的端部是罐状。为了关闭排出孔6,内套筒18在此罐状端部内容纳一个弹簧加载的自动关闭排出孔6的阀体10。
阀体10设计为圆柱形活塞,它借助压力弹簧21用预紧力作为弹簧加载的阀体10来封闭排出孔6。阀体10具有一个中间阀盘25,它朝阀体10的上部阀座方向密封一个与介质通道8连接的压力腔22。此外,中间阀盘25优选地用于导引阀体10的运动。
为了打开上部阀座23,可调整压力腔22内的介质排出压力,使之大于关闭阀体10的压力弹簧21的弹簧压力。图1表示被阀体10关闭的排出孔6。
阀体10被介质流过,为此阀体10有一个流动通道24,它连接介质通道8与压力腔22。
在这里,排出接管5具有橄榄头形(Nasenolive)的形状,以便能作为鼻形适配器安装在相配段4上。对于其他应用目的,排出接管5可以有其他外形。

Claims (8)

1.一种流体排出头,包括可安装在排出设备上的排出接管,所述排出接管容纳介质导引装置和在介质导引装置端部的介质出口,在介质出口区内设有可转移到开启位置的可运动的封闭件,以及为了实现排出操纵,所述排出接管与排出设备可沿轴向相对运动,由此所述排出接管具有一个裙板,用于与排出设备上一个区段一起构成一种滑动导引,其特征为:与所述排出接管(5)的裙板(9)对应地配设附加的第二裙板(12),用于构成一个环形套筒(13),所述环形套筒可沿纵向移动地安装在排出设备(2)的设计成环形杆的区段(11)上。
2.按照权利要求1所述的流体排出头,其特征为,所述附加的第二裙板(12)设计为径向弹性的。
3.按照权利要求1或2所述的流体排出头,其特征为,所述环形套筒(13)具有凸块(14)用于防止拔出。
4.按照权利要求1至3之一所述的流体排出头,其特征为,所述附加的第二裙板(12)设计为比所述另一个裙板(9)短。
5.按照权利要求3和4所述的流体排出头,其特征为,所述附加的第二裙板(12)设计得比较短,以便能设置一个径向卡入斜面。
6.按照权利要求1至5之一所述的流体排出头,其特征为,所述封闭件具有弹簧加载的阀体(10),该阀体设计为圆柱形活塞,该活塞可以在一个由排出接管(5)的内套筒(18)构成的罐状端部内轴向移动,以及所述活塞有一个中间阀盘(25),它朝阀体(10)的上部阀座(23)方向密封了与介质导引装置连接的压力腔(22)。
7.按照权利要求6所述的流体排出头,其特征为,为了打开上部阀座(23)可调整所述压力腔(22)内的介质排出压力,使之大于关闭阀体(10)的弹簧压力。
8.按照权利要求1至7之一所述的流体排出头,其特征为,所述介质导引装置作为流动通道(24)延伸通过阀体(10)。
