Abstract

一种紧固件,其包括一头部,一自该头部一体延伸的杆体及一套置于该杆体上的弹性元件,所述紧固件还包括一容置弹性元件的壳体,该壳体包括一侧壁及自侧壁下端向内延伸的一底壁,该杆体穿过该底壁并包括一与壳体的底壁卡掣的铆接部,所述弹性元件通过壳体套设在杆体上并夹设在杆体的头部与壳体的底壁之间。由于该紧固件通过所述壳体将杆体和弹性元件成为一体,弹性元件通过壳体套设在杆体上,所以在该紧固件与一构件锁合之前,不需要费力地保持所述弹性元件套置于所述杆体上,因此,该紧固件在安装操作的过程中方便快捷。本发明还包括一种应用该紧固件的散热装置。

紧固件及应用该紧固件的散热装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种紧固件及应用该紧固件的散热装置。
背景技术
众所周知,紧固件是作紧固连接且应用广泛的一类机械零件,用以将两个或两个以上零件或构件连接成为一个整体。
目前广泛应用的紧固件如图1所示,该紧固件包括一头部10,一自该头部10垂直一体向下延伸的螺杆12及一套置于该螺杆12上的弹簧13。该头部10的顶部开设有相互贯通的十字槽14。该紧固件在使用时,首先将该弹簧13套置于该紧固件的螺杆12上,然后将螺杆12对准开设于第一构件15上的通孔152并穿过该通孔152与开设于第二构件16上的螺纹孔162相对应,最后,通过螺锁工具如螺丝刀等作用于该紧固件头部10的十字槽14内并向下旋拧该紧固件,使该紧固件的螺杆12与该第二构件16的螺纹孔162锁合,此时,该弹簧13弹性夹置于该紧固件的头部10与第一构件15之间,从而将该第一构件15和第二构件16紧固地连接在一起。
然而,在第一构件15与第二构件16锁合的过程中,首先将弹簧13套置于该紧固件的螺杆12上,而且在该螺杆12与第二构件16锁合之前,需要一直保持该弹簧13套于该螺杆12上,因此,该紧固件在使用过程中费时费力,且安装操作不便,故该紧固件需要进一步改进。
发明内容
有鉴于此,实有必要提供一种安装操作方便的紧固件及应用该紧固件的散热装置。
一种紧固件,其包括一头部,一自该头部一体延伸的杆体及一套置于该杆体上的弹性元件,所述紧固件还包括一容置弹性元件的壳体,该壳体包括一侧壁及自侧壁下端向内延伸的一底壁,该杆体穿过该底壁并包括一与壳体的底壁卡掣的铆接部,所述弹性元件通过壳体套设在杆体上并夹设在杆体的头部与壳体的底壁之间。
与现有技术相比,由于该紧固件通过所述壳体将杆体和弹性元件成为一体,弹性元件通过壳体套设在杆体上,所以在该紧固件与一构件锁合之前,不需要费力地保持所述弹性元件套置于所述杆体上,因此,该紧固件在安装操作的过程中方便快捷。
下面参照附图,结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。

具体实施方式
请参阅图23,本发明紧固件90的一较佳实施方式包括一杆体20、一套设于该杆体20上的弹性元件及一容置该杆体20及弹簧30的壳体40。所述紧固件90可安装在一散热器60上以将该散热器60固定在一构件(图未示)上,例如,将散热器60安装在一电路板上与发热电子元件贴合,该散热器60包括一基座61及若干自基座61上表面延伸的若干散热鳍片62。该基座61上设有若干通孔66,散热鳍片62在每一通孔66周围空出一无散热鳍片区域以安装所述紧固件90。
本实施例中,弹性元件为一柱状弹簧30。
该杆体20的一端一体连接有一头部21,该头部21包括一操作部22及自该操作部22的底部水平向外延伸的一挡止部23。该操作部22的顶部开设有一十字槽220以方便螺丝刀之类的螺锁工具操作。该杆体20自头部21向下依次包括一主体部24、一铆接部25及一结合部26。该铆接部25的直径大于主体部24及结合部26的直径,其底端缘倒圆角处理。该结合部26外缘设有螺纹。
该壳体40包括一收容该弹簧30的圆筒状侧壁41、自该侧壁41下端垂直向内一体延伸的一底壁42、及自底壁42向下一体延伸的凸伸端45。该侧壁41的直径大于所述头部21的挡止部23的直径及弹簧30的直径。底壁42开设一通孔420,该通孔420的孔径大于杆体20的结合部26及主体部24的直径,且小于铆接部25的直径。该底壁42于通孔420上方处设有直径较大的导向槽422,以配合导引杆体20的铆接部25顺利嵌入。该导向槽422的直径小于弹簧30的外径。本实施例中,该导向槽422呈上宽下窄状,即导向槽422于邻接通孔420处直径略小,而远离通孔420处直径略大。所述凸伸端45的直径小于侧壁41的直径而大于杆体20的铆接部25的直径。凸伸端45包括若干分离的爪片46,每一爪片46低端设有外凸的若干卡块460。卡块460距离凸伸端45底面具有一定的长度,以使安装紧固件90后的散热器60与所述构件间隔一定的距离。
请同时参阅图4,紧固件组装时,将弹簧30套设在杆体20的主体部24一并自上而下沿轴向插入壳体40内。杆体20的铆接部25底端缘插入导向槽422并强行挤压底壁42的通孔420的内壁,使得底壁42的通孔420内壁适当弹性变形。当铆接部25完全穿过通孔420后,底壁42的通孔420的内壁恢复形变,铆接部25的顶端与底壁42底部抵靠。此时,弹簧30套设杆体20的主体部24并夹设在杆体20的头部21与底壁42的顶部之间。杆体20通过弹簧30的部分压缩处于预固紧状态。在其他实施例中,该弹簧30在该壳体40内可以处于自然无变形状态,所述杆体20活动于该壳体40内。本发明实施方式紧固件通过所述壳体40将杆体20和弹簧30组成一整体。
在本发明实施方式紧固件的使用中,首先将紧固件插入散热器60的固定孔66上,所述壳体40的爪片46受散热器60的固定孔66内壁挤压向内变形收缩,穿过散热器60后爪片46扩张恢复原状,爪片46上的卡块460卡掣在散热器60的底部,从而将紧固件预固定在散热器60上。当将散热器固定在所述构件上时,只需要将该紧固件的杆体20对准该构件的通孔,同时将螺锁工具对准该紧固件头部21的操作部22的十字槽220进行旋拧,如此,本发明实施方式紧固件将散热器60与构件锁合在一起。
与现有技术相比,由于本发明实施方式紧固件通过所述壳体40的底壁42与将杆体20的铆接部25配合,将杆体20和弹簧30固定为一体,弹簧30通过壳体40套设在杆体20上,所以在该紧固件与所述构件锁合之前,不需要费力地保持所述弹簧30套置于所述杆体20上,因此,本发明实施方式紧固件在安装操作的过程中方便快捷。另外,壳体40的筒状结构避免了安装工具旋拧杆体20脱落到紧固件外面,从而保护周围的散热鳍片62。

Claims (10)

1.一种紧固件,其包括一头部、一自该头部一体延伸的杆体及一套置于该杆体上的弹性元件,其特征在于:所述紧固件还包括一容置弹性元件的壳体,该壳体包括一侧壁及自侧壁下端向内延伸的一底壁,该杆体穿过该底壁并包括一与壳体的底壁卡掣的铆接部,所述弹性元件通过壳体套设在杆体上并夹设在杆体的头部与壳体的底壁之间。
2.如权利要求1所述的紧固件,其特征在于:所述壳体还包括自所述底壁向下延伸的凸伸端,该凸伸端设有若干凸块。
3.如权利要求2所述的紧固件,其特征在于:所述凸伸端包括若干爪片,所述凸块对应设置在每一爪片上。
4.如权利要求1所述的紧固件,其特征在于:所述底壁开设有一通孔,所述杆体穿过该底壁的通孔,所述凸块的外径大于通孔的内径。
5.如权利要求4所述的紧固件,其特征在于:所述底壁于所述通孔顶部周缘处设有导向槽以导向安装所述杆体。
6.如权利要求5所述的紧固件,其特征在于:所述底壁通孔及导向槽的直径小于所述弹性元件的直径从而使所述弹性元件抵靠于所述壳体的底壁。
7.如权利要求1所述的紧固件,其特征在于:所述头部包括一操作部及一自该操作部的底部向外延伸的挡止部,弹性元件处于弹性变形状态时,所述挡止部抵靠于所述头部的挡止部及所述壳体的底壁。
8.一种散热装置,包括一散热器及将该散热器固定的至少一紧固件,该紧固件包括一头部、一自该头部一体延伸的杆体及一套置于该杆体上的弹性元件,其特征在于:所述紧固件还包括一容置弹性元件的壳体,该壳体包括一侧壁及自侧壁下端向内延伸的一底壁,该杆体穿过该底壁并包括一与壳体的底壁卡掣的铆接部,所述弹性元件通过壳体套设在杆体上并夹设在杆体的头部与壳体的底壁之间,所述底壁抵靠在散热器顶面。
9.如权利要求1所述的紧固件,其特征在于:所述壳体还包括自所述底壁向下延伸的穿过散热器的凸伸端,该凸伸端设有若干卡掣在所述散热器底面的凸块。
10.如权利要求9所述的紧固件,其特征在于:所述凸伸端包括若干爪片,所述凸块对应设置在每一爪片上。
