水溶性玻璃腻子,由氯化镁、石英粉、氧化镁、木粉、钙镁磷肥、硫酸亚铁六种粉末混合而成,使用时加水搅匀即可。其中氯化镁与氧化镁形成氯氧粘合剂,石英粉、木粉为填充剂,钙镁磷肥起防潮作用,硫酸亚铁起助强作用,其最佳配方是:氯化镁30%、石英粉28%、氧化镁37%、木粉4.5%、钙镁磷肥0.2%、硫酸亚铁0.3%。

Description

本发明涉及一种新型的玻璃腻子。
目前,我国镶嵌门窗玻璃仍然使用传统的油腻子,这种油腻子主要以桐油(天然桐油或以半干性油脂炼制的桐油)掺入石粉而成,期缺点是固化慢(约需一个月),成本高。
本发明的任务是提供一种新型的玻璃腻子,具备固化快、成本低、粘结牢固、寿命长的优点。
本发明的任务是以如下方式完成的:选用氯化镁、石英粉、氧化镁、木粉、钙镁磷肥、硫酸亚铁六种物质按以下比例(重量比)混合:氯化镁25-35%、石英粉20-35%、氧化镁30-45%、木粉2-6%、钙镁磷肥0.2-0.5%、硫酸亚铁0.2-0.5%,其最佳配方是:氯化镁30%、石英粉28%、氧化镁37%、木粉4.5%、钙镁磷肥0.2%、硫酸亚铁0.3%。其中氯化镁与氧化镁形成氯氧粘合剂,木粉、石英粉为填充剂,钙镁磷肥的作用是防止吸潮,硫酸亚铁的作用是助强。
以下以最佳配方为例说明其工艺程序。
先将细于80目的氯化镁30份与细于100目的石英粉28份充分混合,使石英粉对氯化镁颗粒进行包裹封闭,阻止其与空气接触,再加入细于100目的氧化镁37份、细于80目的木粉4.5份、钙镁磷肥0.2份、硫酸亚铁0.3份,充分搅匀后密封包装,使用时每公斤加水2两搅匀即可。
本发明的水溶性玻璃腻子固化快(24小时完全干固),成本低(每公斤0.42元),施工面积大(是桐油腻子的1.7倍),粘结牢固,耐候性好,寿命长,仓储期一年以上。

Claims (2)

1、水溶性玻璃腻子,其特征是用氯化镁、石英粉、氧化镁、木粉、钙镁磷肥、硫酸亚铁六种物质按以下比例(重量比)配料混合而成:氯化镁25-35%、石英粉20-35%、氧化镁30-45%、木粉2-6%、钙镁磷肥0.2-0.5%、硫酸亚铁0.2-0.5%。
2、按权利要求1所述的水溶性玻璃腻子,其特征是其最佳配方为:氯化镁30%、石英粉28%、氧化镁37%、木粉4.5%,钙镁磷肥0.2%、硫酸亚铁0.3%。
