技术领域
本发明涉及拉链可再封件，当其在自动包装类型的包装中使用时，提供了一种改进的包装。
背景技术
虽然消费品包装领域中的现有技术，特别是关于可再封包装，发展良好并且非常适合的达到预期用途，但本领域中的技术人员还在探寻进一步的改进。具体来说，在自动包装设备(flow-wrapper equipment)上生产的现有技术中的一些包装对于消费者来说可能使用起来比较麻烦，这种包装的一个好例子就是典型的块状奶酪(chunk cheese)包装，其中大体积的块状奶酪使得消费者难以将可再封部分(reclosure)对准。此外，在这种包装生产过程中的第二个问题是在保持高的生产率的同时持续不断地生成密封(hermetic seal)。这种类型的包装物的拉链可再封部分(zipper reclosure)的增加通常要求转换器降低生产线的速度以便围绕拉链轮廓获得足够的密封。
发明内容
因此，本发明的目的在于提供可再封的包装，在保持持续的密封的同时，该包装能以高的生产效率被生产。
因此，本发明的进一步的目的是提供可再封的包装，可以让消费者更容易操作。
通过提供具有四凸缘拉链(four flange zipper)的可再封包装实现这些和其他目的。四凸缘拉链进一步包括双重轮廓，该双重轮廓增加了使用者再闭合的容易性。此外，预激活的剥离密封(pre-activated pell seal)位于轮廓下方的拉链凸缘上。在拉链上增加预激活的剥离密封来代替充分挤压拉链末端密封，通常是为了转换器(converter)获得更高的线速度(line speeds)。也就是说，只要预激活的剥离密封处于轮廓下方，并且包装的末端密封被恰当地设置到预激活的剥离密封，拉链的可再封件不必须具有密封的末端密封(end seals)。

具体实施方式
现具体参考图，其中在所有几个视图中，相同的标号表示相同的部件，从图1和图2中可以看出，本发明的包装10包括正面12和背面14。正面12和背面14能由单片的聚合物网(polymeric web)或薄膜形成，或者能由分开的片形成，该分开的片在包装10的底部或侧面密封在一起，具体取决于包装10的容纳物100的尺寸和形状。如果正面12和背面14是以分开的片来提供的，那么正面和背面12，14通常通过侧面密封16，18和底部密封20进行连接。如果以单个的片来提供正面12和背面14，那么密封16，18，20中的一个可以由正面和背面12，14之间形成的折叠代替。

容纳物100例如奶酪以方块图示出。然而，同样可以想象到以片状，薄片和类似食品或其他物品形式的容纳物。
上边缘27，29通常微弱地(weakly)密封在一起，或者坚固地密封在一起但具有不牢固的连接线(lines of weakness)，以便在初次购买之后使上边缘27，29可以被用户容易地分开，具有拆封警示(with tamper evidence)功能。然后，用户分开上部联锁轮廓44，46，下部联锁轮廓48，50和预激活剥离密封56。然后，用户能够移走容纳物的一部分并且再闭合包装10。双重轮廓的构造使用户更加容易闭合包装10并保持密封。
通过将双重拉链32与在拉链32下方的剥离密封56(如上所述，该剥离密封56提供密封性，而不是通过充分挤压拉链末端密封来提供密封性)、并非在拉链末端充分挤压的拉链末端密封以及与剥离密封56重叠的侧面密封结合，能实现更快速地生产装载物品的包，同时又能保持密封性。换句话说，不存在充分挤压拉链末端密封提供了增加的生产效率。

Claims (20)

1.一种用于可再封包装的拉链，包括：
第一轮廓组件；
第二轮廓组件，其中所述第一和所述第二轮廓组件的末端密封是不密封的；以及
剥离密封，在所述第一轮廓组件和所述第二轮廓组件之间，从而提供密封。
2.权利要求1的所述拉链，其中所述第一轮廓组件包括第一上部联锁轮廓和第一下部联锁轮廓，并且其中所述第二轮廓组件包括第二上部联锁轮廓和第二下部联锁轮廓。
3.权利要求2的所述拉链，进一步包括在所述第一下部联锁轮廓下面的第一下部凸缘，和在所述第二下部联锁轮廓下面的第二下部凸缘。
4.权利要求3的所述拉链，其中所述第一下部凸缘通过剥离密封与所述第二下部凸缘连接。
5.权利要求4的所述拉链，其中所述剥离密封延伸至第一和第二轮廓组件的末端，借此在包装生产中随后形成的侧面密封与所述剥离密封重叠。
6.权利要求3的所述拉链，包括在所述第一上部联锁轮廓上方的第一上部凸缘，和在所述第二上部联锁轮廓上方的第二上部凸缘。
