Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及允许消费者在零售店中于购买之前测试产品-尤其是个人护理液体产品的装置和方法。
背景技术
零售店以及尤其是百货商店和专业化妆品店具有展示敞开包装的柜台，以允许消费者测试产品。这些产品中的有些产品是包含奶油的开口罐。更常见地，试样放置在泵配送器瓶中。通常，几乎不存在对试样的监管。微生物污染的机率很高。尽管表面上看是固定的，但甚至有时要旋开泵瓶，以便消费者能更准确地闻到陈列装置上的洗液/奶油的香气成分。
在消费者乐意倾向于在试样之后购买的情况下，产品可能难以定位。这起因于样品配送器没有紧密地定位成邻近可购买的产品单元。
另一问题是货架空间的不足。零售商更喜欢将货架空间用于可购买的产品，而非大量地用于不产生收益的样品配送器。
因此，本发明的主要目的是将可销售的产品单元与配送器定位在同一地点，以允许消费者在购买之前评价产品。此外，本发明旨在使样品配送器在货架上的覆盖区最小化。
发明内容
本发明提供一种组合的样品配送器和销售单元产品陈列装置，其包括：
(i)细长托盘，其包括第一端和第二端、具有用于使每个都包含可流动物质的多个销售单元产品直立的开口顶部的上隔室、以及直接布置在上隔室下方的下隔室；以及
(ii)样品配送器，其包括相对于托盘的第一端布置的配送单元和保存可流动物质的试样量的储存器，该储存器与配送单元连通，而储存器布置在下隔室内。

具体实施方式
现在已发现一种结构布置，其中可将样品配送器的覆盖区与相关的销售单元产品陈列装置设置在同一地点。不仅消费者能评价产品，而且填充有与样品相同的产品的可购买容器容易被拿到。
本发明用于在零售店的货架上横靠多排塑料瓶或其他托盘放置包含可购买产品的多排塑料瓶。消费者在购买之前能从样品配送器试用少量液体产品。
图1示出了组合的样品配送器2和销售单元产品陈列装置4。组合的配送器和陈列装置搁置在零售店的货架6上，与保存相同产品、但具有不同的容器大小和形式(例如泵和翻盖)的一系列四个相关陈列装置8相邻。这些相邻的陈列装置不具有任何样品配送器。相反，与装配有样品配送器2的陈列装置4互锁地设置这些相关陈列装置。
图2示出了组合的样品配送器和销售单元产品陈列装置的更多细节。为了清楚起见，已拆除了图1所示的竖立叠置的单元产品容器10。该陈列装置包括具有第一和第二端14、16的细长托盘12。细长托盘12的特征是具有上隔室18，该上隔室18具有一对侧壁20、22、底板24、第一和第二端壁26和28、以及由侧壁和端壁的上边缘限定的开口顶部30。
图3最佳地示出了样品配送器2的机械部件。U形壳体32环绕泵34。该泵由从壳体突出的杠杆36起动。配送喷嘴38布置成从壳体的上叉40指向下。试样量的可流动物质储存在用作储存器42的柔性壁细长囊中。细长的矩形纸板箱44环绕储存器42并且配合地插入细长托盘的下隔室31内。纸箱44在纸箱的、靠近与泵汲取试样量的端部相对的端部的侧壁中装配有狭缝。当将纸箱插入下隔室时，该狭缝允许纸箱壁稍微压缩，以通过下隔室壁的凹口46。这些凹口将储存器和样品配送器锁定地固定至托盘。当设法分开前述部件时，相对于凹口46向内的用拇指施加压力即可释放储存器和环绕的纸箱。
图4以顶部平面图最佳地示出了上隔室18。沿底板24是一组平行轨道48、50。产品10的容器(在图1中示出但在图4中未示出)在托盘的上隔室内以叠置关系直立。沿平行轨道48、50由螺旋弹簧54可移动地推压支撑面板52。该支撑面板确保多个产品容器10保持以相对彼此齐平并且尽可能靠近托盘的第一端14的方式竖立。通常，托盘可容纳从4到40、优选地从6到25、最理想地从8到15个的任何数量的产品容器。
组合的样品配送器和销售单元产品陈列装置以下述方式操作。希望评价广告产品的消费者将他们的手掌向上放置在样品配送器的U形壳体内。然后，消费者的手相对于杠杆36施加向上的压力。杠杆的向上运动启动泵34的下行行程，导致离散量的样品从柔性囊储存器42向下运动至泵，并从泵通过导管56在喷嘴38处排出。产品从储存器42的排出引起柔性囊的真空收缩，并最终需要替换。伸缩机构不需要用于从底部封闭端朝泵输送液体的汲取管。在本系统中，囊的远端处的样品产品是待排空的产品的最后一部分。
可通过纸箱44的窗口62监控试样物质的量。在优选实施例中，有色区域位于柔性囊储存器42下方。当囊排空时，其变平并且变得更透明。继而，当从窗口62观察时，有色区域变得明显更强烈。颜色强度的水平指示残留的试样量的水平。
图5最佳地示出了如何替换样品配送器。在托盘第二端的任一侧上朝凹口46用拇指施加压力。这帮助相对于托盘的第一端14从接合状态释放样品配送器2。将由壳体32、泵34、杠杆36、配送喷嘴38和导管构成的配送装置向外拉动离开托盘的第一端。伴随地，该运动抽出具有柔性囊储存器的纸板箱。如果再装样品配送单元2可用，则以与上述拆卸程序的操作相反的操作插入该再装样品配送单元2。如果不能立即进行替换，则能通过可从储存位置沿上隔室18的第一端向下运动的门60对下隔室第一端处的开口58进行密封。
原理、但不是本发明的唯一原理是用于驱动配送装置以及储存器42的杠杆36位于配送喷嘴38下方。该布置允许人手在单个动作中容易地进入，以伴随使杠杆运动而从喷嘴接受少量样品。该类型的系统通常将产品收集器设置在喷嘴/杠杆附近。通过使收集器或储存器在泵和喷嘴/杠杆下方运动，将空间留给上端，以允许产品陈列装置处于销售单元中。
图6最佳地示出了储存器42的细节。该储存器由作为中密度聚乙烯的柔性箔的细长囊41构成。该囊的特征是彼此相对地沿囊的长度延伸的横褶侧壁64a和64b。囊的靠近壁28的远端用于用诸如洗液或奶油的样品物质填充囊。通过施加热量的皱褶来密封远端。样品物质的配送出现在囊的、靠近壁26和泵34的前端。该前端的特征是热焊接或胶焊接至囊的壁的出口导管66。
在囊的内部沿囊的长度设置有防塌梁68，以支撑上下囊壁70和72。该防塌结构可具有各种不同的形状，但都用于确保当从囊中泵取样品物质时，所产生的真空应不会引起囊的可能阻止样品物质完全排空的部分坍塌。结构68可包括壁内的空隙，可以为T形，和/或仅具有塑料线框，以将过多的结构塑料减到最少。
环绕囊的是细长的矩形纸板箱44。沿纸箱44的侧壁中的一个侧壁胶合纸板的第二壁74。第二壁74确保在托盘的下隔室31的壁内的良好的摩擦装配。第二壁74未完全延伸至储存器的前端，从而使该端部具有单壁横截面覆盖区。前端处的尺寸较小的覆盖区允许纸箱在壳体32中与接纳狭缝76接合。

Claims (9)

2.根据权利要求1所述的组合的样品配送器(2)和销售单元产品陈列装置(4)，其中，所述配送单元由壳体(32)、机械泵(34)和用于驱动所述泵(34)的杠杆(36)形成，所述壳体(32)具有用于配送试样量的可流动物质的喷嘴(38)，所述杠杆(36)从所述壳体(32)向外突出。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的组合的样品配送器(2)和销售单元产品陈列装置(4)，其中，所述储存器(42)包括由纸板箱(44)环绕的柔性囊，当配送试样量的可流动物质时，所述柔性囊可收缩。

(B)将所述组合的样品配送器(2)和销售单元产品陈列装置(4)放置在零售店的货架(6)上；以及
(C)在所述细长托盘(12)中存放每个都包含可流动物质的多个销售单元产品。
