技术领域
本发明涉及一种底座,特别涉及一无需背胶的底座。
背景技术
目前,市场上提供的一些电子产品放置通常设置有一底座,这些底座一般为塑胶产品,其上经常会安装一些橡胶垫,以防震或者防滑。所述橡胶垫通常通过背胶的方式粘贴于所述塑胶产品。然而,进行背胶操作比较麻烦、效率低。并且,当所述橡胶垫或者所述塑胶产品的结构很复杂时,很难进行背胶操作。另外,背胶于所述塑胶产品的橡胶垫极易脱落,从而影响所述塑胶产品的使用效果。
发明内容
鉴于以上内容,有必要提供一种无需背胶的底座。
一种底座,其包括一底座本体及一橡胶垫,所述底座本体包括相互垂直一底板及一侧板,所述底板和所述侧板垂直相交处设有一卡置部,所述橡胶垫卡扣于所述卡置部。
本发明底座较佳实施方式将所述橡胶垫卡扣于所述底座本体,因此,无需背胶所述底座本体即可将所述橡胶垫固定于所述底座本体。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1和图2,本发明底座较佳实施方式包括一底座本体10及若干卡扣于底座本体10的橡胶垫20。
底座本体10包括一底板12及一垂直于底板12的侧板14。底板12和侧板14垂直相交处设有若干卡置部,每一卡置部包括一位于底板12和侧板14的相交端缘的卡孔15、一设置于侧板14的第一凹陷部16及一设置于底板12的第二凹陷部17。第一及第二凹陷部16、17正对卡孔15,并垂直相对。第一凹陷部16开设一与卡孔15相连通的狭长通槽18。第二凹陷部17开设一与卡孔15相连通的卡扣槽19。所述通槽18和所述卡扣槽19垂直相对。
在其他实施方式中,底板12的卡置部无需设置第二凹陷部17和卡扣槽19。所述侧板14也无需设置一第一凹陷部16。
在其他实施方式中,所述底座本体10的卡置部无需设置第一及第二凹陷部16、17,仅在所述侧板14和底板12上分别开设垂直相对的所述通槽18和所述卡扣槽19即可。
请一并参照图3和图4,每一橡胶垫20包括一抵挡部22及一卡固部24。抵挡部22包括相对的一第一侧面220及一第二侧面222。卡固部24自第一侧面220的下端垂直延伸。卡固部24大致呈“U”形,包括相对的两卡扣壁242,所述两卡扣壁242之间形成一垂直于第一侧面220的卡块244。第二侧面222的中部凸设一长条形的固定块224。固定块224远离卡固部24的一端凸设一防脱块226。防脱块226沿着垂直固定块224的方向延伸,且防脱块226的宽度大于固定块224的宽度。
在其他实施方式中,所述橡胶垫20的两卡扣壁242之间无需设置所述卡块244。
在其他实施方式中,所述橡胶垫20无需设置所述防脱块226。
请参照图5和图6,组装时,将橡胶垫20的抵挡部22自底座本体10的底面插入底座本体10的卡孔15。此时,抵挡部22的第二侧面222贴合、并收容于底座本体10的第一凹陷部16。抵挡部22的固定块224卡合于底座本体10的通槽18,抵挡部22的防脱块226止挡于底座本体10。挤压橡胶垫20的卡固部24,使卡固部24变形并收容于卡孔15。此时,底座本体10的第二凹陷部17被夹置于卡固部24的两卡扣壁242之间,卡固部24的卡块244卡合于底座本体10的卡扣槽19。如此,橡胶垫20即安装至底座本体10上而不会自行脱落。
拆卸时,推动橡胶垫20的卡固部24,使卡固部24变形并自卡孔15内脱离。此时,操作者只需拉动卡固部24,即可将橡胶垫20拔出底座本体10。

Claims (9)

1.一种底座,其包括一底座本体及一橡胶垫,其特征在于:所述底座本体包括相互垂直一底板及一侧板,所述底板和所述侧板垂直相交处设有一卡置部,所述橡胶垫卡扣于所述卡置部,所述卡置部包括一位于所述底板和所述侧板的相交端缘的卡孔,所述侧板设有一与所述卡孔相连通的通槽,所述橡胶垫收容于所述卡孔,且所述橡胶垫包括一卡扣于所述底板的卡固部及一垂直于所述卡固部的抵挡部,所述抵挡部设有一卡合于所述通槽的固定块。
2.如权利要求1所述的底座,其特征在于:所述卡置部包括一设置在所述侧板且正对所述卡孔的第一凹陷部,所述通槽位于所述第一凹陷部,所述抵挡部包括一贴合于所述第一凹陷部的第一侧面。
3.如权利要求2所述的底座,其特征在于:所述固定块由所述第一侧面凸设而成,所述固定块凸设一防脱块,所述防脱块的宽度大于所述固定块的宽度。
4.如权利要求2所述的底座,其特征在于:所述抵挡部还包括一与所述第一侧面相对的第二侧面,所述卡固部自所述第二侧面的一端垂直延伸而成。
5.如权利要求4所述的底座,其特征在于:所述卡固部包括相对的两卡扣壁,以夹置所述底板。
6.如权利要求5所述的底座,其特征在于:所述两卡扣壁之间形成有一卡块,所述底板设有一卡扣于所述卡块的卡扣槽,所述卡扣槽与所述卡孔相连通。
7.如权利要求6所述的底座,其特征在于:所述卡置部包括一设置在所述底板,且正对所述卡孔的第二凹陷部,所述第二凹陷部与所述第一凹陷部垂直相对,所述卡扣槽位于所述第二凹陷部。
8.如权利要求1所述的底座,其特征在于:所述底板设有一与所述卡孔连通的卡扣槽,所述卡扣槽与所述通槽垂直相对,所述橡胶垫的卡固部设有一卡扣于所述卡扣槽的卡块。
9.如权利要求8所述的底座,其特征在于:所述卡固部包括夹置所述底板的相对的两卡扣壁,所述卡块位于所述两卡扣壁之间,所述固定块凸设于所述抵挡部,并背离所述卡固部。
