所属技术领域
本发明涉及一种悬浮环外伸锥形斜面磁悬浮风力发电机,该风力发电机是将两个内侧锥面轴向充磁大磁环安装在外壳的两侧,将两个外侧锥形斜面轴向充磁小磁环安装在其内侧,大小磁环的锥形斜面平行;将风力发电机叶轮和两个轴向充磁小磁环共同安装在主轴上;两个其中小磁环的长度大于大磁环的程度,这样可以使轴向偏力保持均衡。属于磁悬浮技术领域。
背景技术
目前,根据我们所知,锥形环可以用于径向磁悬浮轴承,由于其存在轴向不稳定性,所以过去的设计还不能实现轴向悬浮。现在我们将锥形斜面悬浮环的长度对称向外延长,这样就实现了风力发电机的轴向悬浮平衡。
发明内容
本发明的原理是将两个内侧锥面轴向充磁大磁环安装在外壳的两侧,将两个外侧锥形斜面轴向充磁小磁环安装在其内侧,大小磁环的锥形斜面平行,风力发电机叶轮和两个小磁环共同安装在主轴上;轴向充磁锥形小磁环的长度大于大磁环的长度,并且对称向外延伸。

1.一种悬浮环外伸锥形斜面磁悬浮风力发电机,其特征是:内侧锥面轴向充磁大磁环(1)、外侧锥形斜面轴向充磁小磁环(2)、外壳(3)、主轴(4)、叶轮(5)等;两个内侧锥面轴向充磁大磁环(1)安装在外壳(3)的两侧,将两个外侧锥形斜面轴向充磁小磁环(2)安装在大磁环(1)的内侧,风力发电机叶轮(5)和两个轴向充磁锥形小磁环(2)共同安装在主轴(4)上;轴向充磁锥形小磁环(2)长度大于大磁环(1),并且对称向外侧延伸。
