Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种滑动限位机构，特别适合机柜和面板的连接。
背景技术
目前，无论是在抽屉上还是在旋转框架限位上，均采用按钮方式使其脱离限位，这种方式操作起来很不方便。有的环境要求限位可靠，势必增加压簧钢度，靠手按动难以实现。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的缺点，本发明提供一种滑动限位机构，它可以通过拉动手柄解除限位，操作方便，省力。
本发明解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是：机柜的前面有面板，面板与机柜平动，机柜的侧面上固定导轨，导轨上装有滑块，滑块与面板固定，面板上有通孔，通孔内安装手柄，手柄的前端为销轴，销轴上套有压簧，销轴插在所述导轨的凹槽内。
所述的手柄通过铜螺套与所述面板的通孔固定。
本发明可以通过拉动手柄解除限位，操作方便，省力。

具体实施方式
如附图所示，机柜1的前面有面板8，面板8与机柜1平动，机柜1的侧面上固定导轨3，导轨3上装有滑块2，滑块2与面板8固定，面板8上有通孔，通孔内安装手柄7，手柄7的前端为销轴5，销轴5上套有压簧4，销轴5插在所述导轨3的定位槽内。
所述的手柄7通过铜螺套6与所述面板8的通孔固定。
所述的手柄7、压簧4、滑块2和导轨3的连接结构左右各一套。
当需要滑动面板8时，拉出手柄7，将面板8沿着导轨3滑动到下一位置，松开手柄7，手柄7前端的销轴5插入导轨3的定位槽内，将面板8与机柜1锁定。

1.一种滑动限位机构，机柜(1)的前面有面板(8)，面板(8)与机柜(1)平动，其特征在于：机柜(1)的侧面上固定导轨(3)，导轨(3)上装有滑块
(2)，滑块(2)与面板(8)固定，面板(8)上有通孔，通孔内安装手柄(7)，手柄(7)的前端为销轴(5)，销轴(5)上套有压簧(4)，销轴(5)插在所述导轨(3)的凹槽内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的滑动限位机构，其特征在于：所述的手柄(7)通过铜螺套(6)与所述面板(8)的通孔固定。
3.根据权利要求1所述的滑动限位机构，其特征在于：所述的手柄(7)、压簧(4)、滑块(2)和导轨(3)的连接结构左右各一套。
