技术领域
本发明涉及一种推板窑的密封仓，尤其涉及一种氮气氛保护推板窑的密封仓。
背景技术
目前氮气氛保护推板窑是磁性材料生产过程中的烧结设备，氮气氛保护推板窑的密封仓包括密封仓，密封仓上设有一内密封门和外密封门，密封仓内设有导辊，在导辊上有输送推板；其实际的工作过程为先将内、外密封门关闭，在密封仓内氮气的浓度达到5ppm后，然后打开内密封门，使密封仓内和氮气氛保护推板窑的窑体相通，再将氮气氛保护推板窑中烧结好的磁性产品输入密封仓内的输送推板上，再关闭内密封门，然后再由输送推板在导辊上滑动将磁性产品输送到外密封门，打开外密封门将输送推板上的磁性产品取出；由于该密封仓的长度一般在25米上，由此氮气氛保护推板窑每小时氮气的消耗量在25立方米以上，同时输送推板在导辊上滑动输送磁性产品时，磁性产品易掉入到导辊中，从而影响密封仓的安全使用，同时也不便于维修与维护。
发明内容
针对上述缺点，本发明的目的在于提供一种体积小、能降低氮气氛保护推板窑氮气的消耗量及磁性产品不易洒落在密封仓内的氮气氛保护推板窑的密封仓。
本发明的技术内容为：一种氮气氛保护推板窑的密封仓，包括密封仓、内密封门和外密封门，其特征为在密封仓上相邻的仓体上各设有一门孔，内密封门和外密封门分别设置在密封仓上相邻的仓体的门孔处；在外密封门相对的密封仓的仓体的内侧设有一推板，在设有推板处的仓体外侧设有一油缸，油缸的活塞杆穿过设有推板处的仓体和推板相连接。
在上述氮气氛保护推板窑的密封仓中，密封仓的长度可缩短到80厘米，由此氮气氛保护推板窑每小时氮气的消耗量降到8立方米，同时推板通过油缸推动可一次性将进入密封仓的磁性产品彻底的推出密封仓，使得密封仓不会因洒落磁性产品而影响生产，提高了设备的安全性能；同时密封仓体积的减小也便于其维修与维护。
本发明与现有技术相比所具有的优点是：
1、本发明中密封仓的体积大大减小，减低了生产成本。
2、本发明中密封仓的体积大大减小，降低了氮气氛保护推板窑氮气的消耗量。
3、本发明在生产使用过程中不会因洒落有的磁性产品而影响设备使用的安全性能。

具体实施例
如图1所示，一种氮气氛保护推板窑的密封仓，包括密封仓1、内密封门2和外密封门3，其特征为在密封仓1上相邻的仓体1.1上各设有一门孔1.2，内密封门2和外密封门3分别设置在密封仓1上相邻的仓体1.1的门孔1.2处，在外密封门3相对的密封仓1的仓体1.3的内侧设有一推板4，在设有推板4处的仓体1.3外侧设有一油缸5，油缸5的活塞杆5.1穿过设有推板4处的仓体1.3和推板4相连接。
本发明的工作原理为：为先将内、外密封门2、3关闭，在密封仓1内氮气的浓度达到5ppm后，然后打开内2密封门，使密封仓内1和氮气氛保护推板窑的窑体相通，再将氮气氛保护推板窑中烧结好的磁性产品输入密封仓1内，再关闭内密封门2，然后打开外密封门3，推板4通过油缸5推动可一次性将进入密封仓1的磁性产品彻底的推出密封仓1，然后再关闭外密封门3。

1.一种氮气氛保护推板窑的密封仓，包括密封仓(1)、内密封门(2)和外密封门(3)，其特征为在密封仓(1)上相邻的仓体(1.1)上各设有一门孔(1.2)，内密封门(2)和外密封门(3)分别设置在密封仓(1)上相邻的仓体(1.1)的门孔(1.2)处，在外密封门(3)相对的密封仓(1)的仓体(1.3)的内侧设有一推板(4)，在设有推板(4)处的仓体(1.3)外侧设有一油缸(5)，油缸(5)的活塞杆(5.1)穿过设有推板(4)处的仓体(1.3)和推板(4)相连接。
