本发明公开了一种外敷消炎、消肿的中药散剂，它由下列重量百分比的原料药物制成：雄黄20-30％、大黄25-35％、姜黄10-20％、黄柏10-20％、浙贝母10-20％。本发明外敷消肿散剂，仅由五种原料药物相配伍，具有活血化瘀、消肿止痛、祛瘀散结、托毒生肌的功效。本发明配伍简单，疗效显著，疗程短，无毒副作用。本发明外敷消肿散剂可治疗急慢性乳腺小叶增生、淋巴结炎、淋巴腺结核、腮腺炎、跌打损伤、脂肪瘤、疖肿、蛇头疔、甲沟炎、甲癣、外痔、肛门脓肿、血管瘤。治疗范围广泛，成本低廉。还可用于治疗奶牛的乳腺病和口蹄疫，也有很好疗效。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种外敷中药，具体涉及一种消炎、消肿的外用中药散剂。
背景技术
急慢性乳腺小叶增生、淋巴结炎、淋巴腺结核、腮腺炎、跌打损伤、脂肪瘤、疖肿、蛇头疔、甲沟炎、甲癣、外痔、肛门脓肿、血管瘤等疾病，一般西医采用具有消炎作用的抗生素治疗，主要是静脉注射和口服两种，但这些药有的能产生过敏反应，有的长期服用产生抗药性，并且治疗时间长，治疗效果缓慢。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种成本低、疗效好的具有消炎、消肿作用的外敷中药散剂，无毒副作用。
本发明原料药物选择雄黄，功能主治：解毒杀虫，燥湿祛风，治介癣、秃疮、痈疽、缠腰蛇丹、破伤风、蛇虫螫伤、臁疮、哮喘、惊痫、痔瘘。大黄，功能主治：下肠胃积滞、下痢、行瘀血，泻血分实热，湿热、痈疖、疔毒。具有抗菌作用，常用于治疗一般感染和炎症，如痈疖、疮疡，对绿脓杆菌有作用，消炎抗过敏、肿瘤。姜黄，功能治疗：破血行气，通经止痛。治心腹痞满腹痈，臂痛，妇女血瘀、经闭，产后瘀停腹痛，跌打损伤、痈肿。黄柏，功能主治：清热，燥湿，泻火，解毒。治热利泄泻、消渴、黄疽、痿壁、梦遗、淋浊、痔疮、便血、赤白带下，骨蒸劳热、目赤肿痛，口舌生疮、疮疡肿毒。浙贝母也叫大贝，功能主治：清热化痰，散结解毒。治风热咳嗽，肺痈瘰疬、肿毒。散结毒、消痈肿，治乳痈。

具体实施方式
取雄黄15克、大黄20克、姜黄10克、黄柏10克、浙贝母10克，共同研成粉未，即可。
一、本发明外敷消肿散剂临床应用：
1、病例选择标准：20例淋巴腺结核患者，40例急慢性乳腺炎患者，20例长痈患者、20例外痔患者。
2、用酒、醋各半调敷本发明外敷消炎、消肿的中药散剂于患处，或再加入二甲基亚矾，用三种液体等份调敷，每日外敷一次。
3、疗效判断标准：(1)痊愈：疼痛、肿胀消失。(2)显效：疼痛、肿胀基本消失。(3)无效：未达到上述标准。
4、治疗结果，20例淋巴腺结核患者，3-5天痊愈。40例急性乳腺炎患者，3-7天痊愈。20例长痈患者，轻者5-10痊愈，重者20-30天痊愈，20例外痔患者，消肿快，2-3天显效，7-10天痊愈。本发明一种外敷中药散剂，疗程短，成本低，治愈率达100％。
二、20例甲沟炎患者由于甲沟流脓，创口经久不愈，加之治疗后又容易复发，甚至数次拔除趾甲，给患者带来了很大的痛苦。经外敷本发明消肿散剂7-10天即可治愈。

1.一种外敷消炎、消肿的中药散剂，其特征在于：它由下列重量百分比的原料药物制成：雄黄20-30％、大黄25-35％、姜黄10-20％、黄柏10-20％、浙贝母10-20％。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种外敷消炎、消肿的中药散剂，其特征在于：所述雄黄25％、大黄30％、姜黄15％、黄柏15％、浙贝母15％。
