Abstract

用于电池锌筒的冲棒的制造方法,选用35CrMnSiA材料,进行渗碳或碳氮共渗,渗层深度为0.8-1.2mm,然后直接淬油或者空冷后870-910℃淬油,150-200℃回火1-3小时,冲棒两头针顶桩中心孔为B1.5GB145-59。制出的冲棒既具有较好硬度和强度,又具有足够的塑性和韧性,使用寿命可达8-9万次,材料便宜,热处理工艺简单。

Description

本发明是用于电池锌筒的冲棒的制造方法,涉及金属材料的选用及其热处理工艺。
制造电池锌筒用的冲棒,要求有较高的硬度和强度,足够的塑性和韧性。目前一般都采用高速钢W18Cr4V或高铬钢Cr12Mo,Cr12MoV等贵重金属材料进行普通热处理工艺而成,它们一般可满足硬度和强度要求,但塑性和塑性和韧性较差,使用过程中容易开裂和折断,以1号电池筒冲棒为例,一般每根使用寿命为3-4万次。
本发明的目的是要提供一种新的电池锌筒冲棒制造方法,在选材和热处理工艺上创新,使冲棒既能满足硬度和强度要求,又能满足塑性和韧性要求,不用高速钢,降低材料成本,提高冲棒使用寿命。
发明的方案是选用35CrMnSiA材料,经锻造、车削加工后,进行渗碳或碳、氮共渗,渗层深度控制在0.8-1.2mm,然后直接淬油或者在空气中冷却后加热到870-910℃淬油,150-200℃回火1-3小时。冲棒两头顶桩中心孔为B1.5GB145-59,以保证在磨削过程中的同心度和工作头部与顶针桩接触处的硬度和强度。
渗碳或碳、氮共渗的渗层深度根据冲棒大小决定,其中1号电池冲棒的渗层深度以1.9-1.2mm为最佳。

本发明方法制出的冲棒心部洛氏硬度为HRc47-52,表面洛氏硬变为HRc62-65,使表面有好的硬度和强度,心部有较好的塑性和韧性,工作时不易开裂和折断,寿命一般可达8-9万次,为现有技术的2-3倍,且材料便宜。

1、电池锌筒冲棒制造方法,其特征在于:选用35CrMnSiA材料;经渗碳或碳、氮共渗,渗层深度控制在0.8-1.2mm,然后直接淬油或者空冷后870-910℃淬油,150-200℃回火1-3小时,冲棒两头顶针桩中心孔为B1.5GB145-59。
