Abstract

一种商用红外线燃气灶,它由灶壳包容泥质线外线燃烧灶膛和自动供水箱,而泥质红外线燃烧灶膛的构成是隔空安置在一个向上开口的凹槽内,泥质燃烧灶膛外部和凹槽内侧之间的空间灌注石膏,石膏中间设置容水腔,容水腔的水由一侧的自动供水箱供给,容水通过石膏体吸收保持泥质红外线燃烧灶膛潮湿实现长时间猛火燃烧不回火,不老化损坏。本发明创造的特征在于保持灶膛潮湿用猛火长时间燃烧不回火,不老化损坏,同时转化的水气亦能产生热能实现前人对商用灶无法采用红外线强热能辐射的实现,从而达到节约大量的能源资源。

一种商用红外线燃气灶,特别是一种能够经受长时间猛火燃烧不回火,不损坏的红外线和火焰双辐射的燃气灶。
背景技术
在现有的技术中商用燃气灶,由于它需要猛火、快速、长时间燃烧操作的特殊性,对其制造设计只有采用加压、加大空气、加大燃气流量直接喷射燃烧其燃烧值和热效率相当底而且污染大,燃料资源浪费非常严重,也有的尝试采用加装红外线加大热辐射但现有市场上无一成功先例。
本发明创造的目的在于提供一种可以采用红外线和火焰双重辐射的同时又能够达到猛火、大火长时间燃烧不回火、不损坏,而且火更猛、更快,又能达到大量节约燃料资源,减少使用成本,提高经济效率和社会效益。
发明内容
为了达到上述的目的本发明创造采用下述的技术方案:
在灶壳内设置红外线燃烧灶膛和自动供水箱,其特征在于红外线燃烧灶膛的构成是采用一个一端带有进气管口和另一端中间空心下方有两个对称搁脚的托板,由搁脚将托板隔空固定在一个向上开口的凹槽内,托板的进气管口一端穿插凹槽外面,托板的中间空心面中央安置一个外层以泥料中间以石膏构成的阻气平衡挡,托板沿边安置一个泥质圆圈,泥质圆圈上面安置一块瓷质红外线燃烧板,泥质圆圈的外围、托板中间的空心下面、凹槽内侧等之间的空间部位采用石膏灌注连体成型,成型石膏下部设置一个容水腔,容水腔的水源由设置在一侧水箱通过小管与容水腔连接,水箱内安置一个浮球自动开关自行设限外部进水,容水通过石膏体自行吸收、自行补充消耗、起到对整个灶膛的保护。
本发明创造与现有的技术相比较具有如下显而易见的优点,通过吸水保湿能使红外线燃烧灶膛猛火长时间燃烧不损坏、不老化、经久耐用,同时转化的水气亦能产生热能加红外线的强热辐射实现大量节约使用成本,保护有限的能源资源。

具体实施方式
灶壳1内设置红外线燃烧灶膛3和自动供水箱6,而红外线燃烧灶膛3的构成是采用一个一端带有进气管口另一端中间空心下方有两个对称搁脚的托板9,托板9下方的搁脚将托板隔空固定在一个向上开口的凹槽2内,托板9的进气管口一端穿插凹槽2外面,托板9的中间空心面中央安置一个外层以泥质中间以石膏构成的阻气平衡挡10,托板9的沿边安置一个泥质圆圈4,泥质圆圈4的上面安置一个瓷质红外线燃烧板5。泥质圆圈4的外围、托板9的中间空心下面、凹槽2的内侧等之间的空间部位采用石膏灌注连体成型,成型石膏下部设置一个容水腔8,容水腔8的水源由设置在一侧的水箱6通过小管和容水腔8连通,水箱6内安置一个浮球自动开关7自行限制外部进水,容水通过石膏体自行消耗吸收起到对整个灶膛3的保护。

1.一种商用红外线燃气灶,其特征在于红外线燃烧灶膛的构成是采用一个一端带有进气管口、中间空心、下方具有两个对称搁脚的托板,由搁脚将托板悬空固定在一个向上开口的凹槽内,托板一端的进气管口穿出凹槽外面,托板的中间空心面中央安置一个外层以泥料中间以石膏构成的阻气平衡挡,托板沿边安置一个泥质圆圈,泥质圆圈上面安置一块瓷质红外线燃烧板,泥质圆圈外围、托板中间的空心下面、凹槽内侧之间的空间部位采用石膏灌注连体成型,成型石膏下部设置一个容水腔,容水腔的水源是设置在凹槽一侧的水箱,水箱通过小管和容水腔连接,水箱内安置一个浮球自动开关自行设限外部进水,容水通过石膏体自行吸收自行补充消耗起到对整个灶膛的保护。
