本发明涉及一种发电装置,特别是一种高效率垂直轴风力发电机,属风力发电技术领域。
背景技术
风力发电机根据主轴安装方位分为水平轴和垂直轴,迄今为止应用较为普遍的是水平轴风力发电机。水平轴发电机尽管应用普遍,但结构上存在一些问题,如:需要偏航、对桨等迎风和控制迎风面增大阻力差的结构,这使发电机的结构复杂、占用零部件多且容易造成故障。基于水平轴发电机的结构缺陷,近年来,垂直轴发电机技术发展迅速,应用日益广泛。垂直轴发电机可通过对叶片结构的优化设计,增大风阻力,提高风阻力差,使风机即使在较低的风速下仍可以正常启动运行,无需偏航、变浆装置,因而结构相对简单。垂直轴发电机关键技术是叶片结构的设计,叶片形状优劣直接影响其启动性能和风能利用效率。目前,垂直轴发电机存有升力型叶片自起动性能差、低风速发电性能差,阻力型风能利用效率低等问题,因此优化叶片结构是解决上述问题的关键所在。
发明内容
本发明用于克服已有技术的缺陷而提供一种能量转换利用率高、低风速发电性能优良的具有较高风能利用效率的垂直轴风力发电机。

本发明针对提高垂直轴风力发电机风能利用率及低风速发电性能等问题进行了改进,提供了一种全新结构的垂直轴风力发电机,所述风机通过对叶片及横撑杆截形的优化设计,可明显增大风阻力,提高风阻力差,尤其是风机在较低风速下的发电能力可大幅度提高。对比试验表明,与同类垂直轴风力发电机相比,本发明低风速时发电机发电电压提高近10倍,高风速时发电电压提高50%以上。基于上述特点,本发明在垂直轴风力发电机应用领域,具有良好的应用前景。

参看图1、图2,本发明是一种对叶片及横撑杆进行全新设计的垂直轴大风力发电机,其构成中包括中心柱1、叶片3和横撑杆2,各叶片垂直设置,它们相对中心柱轴线均匀分布,叶片由横撑杆连接中心柱。本发明叶片3的截面形状与横撑杆2的截面形状相同,叶片截形的一侧为一钩状端3-1,叶片及横撑杆安装时,叶片钩状端的钩部朝外设置、横撑杆钩状端的钩部端朝上设置,叶片的钩状端端部与叶片的钩状端端部接合。本发明风机叶片数目≥2,图示为5叶片,叶片通常使用2-12片。
参看图3,本发明叶片2及横撑杆的截形轮廓由O-Q、O-R、P-Q、P-R四条曲线组成封闭曲线,其中O点和R点为截形的两个端点。上述四条曲线由下述参数确定:参看图4,建立平面直角坐标系,以所述叶片及横撑杆截形轮廓的一端O点为坐标原点,将各曲线由相应X、Y值确定的坐标点用光滑曲线连接,即得到叶片及横撑杆截形轮廓曲线。上述X值和Y值具有相同的长度单位。

Claims (3)

1.一种具有较高风能利用效率的垂直轴风力发电机,构成中包括中心柱(1)、叶片(3)和横撑杆(2),各叶片垂直设置,它们相对中心柱轴线均匀分布,叶片由横撑杆连接中心柱,其特征在于:所述叶片的一侧为钩状端(3-1),钩状端朝外设置;所述叶片截形轮廓由O-Q、O-R、P-Q、P-R四条曲线组成、四条曲线由下述参数确定:
建立平面直角坐标系,以所述截形的一端为坐标原点,各曲线相应点的坐标值如下:
