Abstract

一种用于H型垂直轴风力发电机的叶片结构,用于解决提高风力发电机风能利用率及低风速启动性能等问题。所述叶片结构由一组竖直设置在旋转主轴周边的叶片构成,其特别之处是:各叶片的横截面轮廓由O-S、O-T、S-Q、Q-P、P-R、T-R六条曲线组成,本发明给出上述各条曲线的坐标点,将这些坐标点用光滑曲线连接起来,即得到叶片的横截面轮廓。采用该叶片,可明显增大风机的风阻力,提高风阻力差,尤其是在较低风速下的风机的发电能力得以大幅度提高。对比试验表明,在风力发电机其它结构类同的条件下,采用本发明叶片,其低风速时发电电压可提高10倍以上,中高风速时发电电压提高2倍左右。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种风力发电装置,特别是用于H型垂直轴风力发电机的叶片,属风力发电技术领域。
背景技术
随工业技术的快速发展,全球性能源危机问题也日益凸现,风能、太阳能等绿色能源的开发使用愈来愈显示出其重要作用。风力发电机根据主轴安装方位分为水平轴和垂直轴,传统风力发电机结构多是水平轴风力发电机。近年来,垂直轴发电机技术发展迅速,应用日益广泛。垂直轴发电机可通过对叶片结构的优化设计,增大风阻力,提高风阻力差,使风机即使在较低的风速下仍可以正常启动运行,无需偏航、变浆装置,因而结构相对简单。垂直轴发电机的旋转主轴垂直设置,旋转主轴通过斜臂或横杆及拉索与叶片连接。垂直轴风力发电机根据叶片相对于旋转主轴的形态分为H型和Φ型,H型风力发电机的叶片为直叶片,叶片平行于中心柱,均布于旋转主轴外围;Φ型风力发电机的叶片弯曲成弧状,叶片两端直接与主轴连接。对于垂直轴发电机而言,无论是H型还是Φ型,其叶片的结构形状都是至关重要的,尤其是H型风力发电机,叶片的横截面翼型设计直接影响到风力发电机的性能。目前H型垂直轴风力发电机存有低风速发电性能差,阻力型风能利用效率较低等问题,因此优化叶片翼型结构是解决上述问题的关键。
发明内容
本发明用于克服已有技术的缺陷而提供一种可明显提高风力发电机低风速启动性能及风能利用率的用于H型垂直轴风力发电机的叶片结构。

本发明针对提高风力发电机风能利用率及低风速启动性能等问题进行了改进,提供了一种用于H型垂直轴风力发电机的叶片结构。所述叶片结构包括设置在旋转主轴周边的一组叶片,各叶片的横截面轮廓曲线是经过对叶片翼型气动性能研究、计算、模拟和反复试验而得出。采用该叶片,可明显增大风机的风阻力,提高风阻力差,尤其是在较低风速下的风机的发电能力得以大幅度提高。对比试验表明,在风力发电机其它结构类同的条件下,采用本发明叶片,其低风速时发电电压可提高10倍以上,中高风速时发电电压提高2倍左右。

具体实施方式
参看图1、图4,本发明叶片结构用于H型垂直轴风力发电机,所述叶片结构由一组竖直设置在风机旋转主轴3周边的叶片1构成,叶片1由斜臂2将旋转主轴与叶片固定连接。各叶片的结构相同,各叶片相对旋转主轴3均匀配制,一组叶片的数目≥2,图4所示为三叶片发电机。
参看图2、图4,本发明叶片1的横截面轮廓曲线是经过对叶片翼型气动性能研究、计算、模拟和反复试验而得出,它的一侧较为细长,另一侧为钩状端,叶片安装时其钩状端远离旋转主轴朝外设置。
