现有的切豆腐刀是普通刀子，所以在市场上出售豆腐时，营业员用刀划出顾客所需要大小的豆腐，这动作最少是划两刀；然后根据各地风俗习惯不同的要求，需要将所购的豆腐划成小块，方可交给顾客。于是要对这块豆腐横向划上不少于五刀，再纵向划上不少于五刀，有必要时还要对此块豆腐拦腰再划上五刀，则每块豆腐要划上十七刀。由此，若顾客较多，营业员将忙得不可开交，费时费力。
发明内容
本发明是要提供一种切豆腐专用刀。这种切豆腐专用刀是加工一个有手柄的方框，框内设多条长条刀片，每片刀片相隔1-1.5公分。于是像上述所述的十七刀，现在只需要三刀即可解决，顾客满意，营业员也方便省力，又加快了售货速度。
