背景技术
现在水产加工的扇贝，开始把扇贝的两个壳撬开时，必须先在扇贝的边上用钳子开个小口，然后用刀子在小口处插入扇贝内部先把壳打开，再用刀把扇贝肉取下，这样操作比较麻烦，使用起来很不方便，大大降低了劳动效率。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的，就在于克服上述的缺点，而提供的一种扇贝加工专用刀。
本实用新型是这样实现的：一种扇贝加工专用刀，其特征是：在刀体的下面的中部加工有凹槽，在刀体的前部加工成锋利的“U”形状的刀刃。

具体实施方式
刀刃1刀体2和凹槽3采用厚度为3毫米的不锈钢钢板加工制作成一体，刀体2的前部、前下部和前上部加工成锋利的“U”形状的刀刃1，刀刃1用来把扇贝从扇贝壳上切掉，刀刃1加工成双面刀刃，凹槽3的作用是开始在扇贝的边上加工成一个小口，刀体2和凹槽3加工完后需要进行热处理，以提高刀体2和凹槽3的硬度和刀刃的锋利度，提高其使用寿命，刀柄4采用塑料材料在模具中与刀体2加工为一体，图2中局部剖视图显示刀体2和刀柄4的连接情况。
本实用新型使用时，先用凹槽3把扇贝的边上加工一个小口，然后把刀刃1顺着小口插入扇贝的内部撬开扇贝的2个壳，在用刀刃1把扇贝肉分别从2个扇贝壳上取下。
综上所述，本实用新型不仅减轻工人的劳动强度，大大提高了工作效率。
