Abstract

本发明涉及一种内置电源型LED日光灯管安全灯头,其特征在于:具有圆形壳体,所述壳体被隔板分隔为前、后二部分,前面为封闭式腔体,后面为用于与灯管灯体结合的敞口结构,所述封闭式腔体的前端面装有一对灯头插针,腔体中间设有与壳体内径松配合的位置传感器单元,所述位置传感器单元为绝缘材料,所述位置传感器单元与前端面之间装有暴露于前端面外并具回缩功能的位置传感球,位置传感器单元与隔板之间装有压簧,所述位置传感器单元和隔板上分别设有相互对应的施电触点和受电触点,所述灯头插针与施电触点电连接。本发明使用方便,并极大的提高了用电的安全性。

Description

一种内置电源型LED日光灯管安全灯头
技术领域
 本发明涉及一种灯具,尤其涉及一种LED日光灯管安全灯头。
背景技术
内置电源型LED日光灯管的接线方式受到安全认证的严格限制。由于LED日光灯管的驱动电源是内置方式,供电电源不能像荧光型日光灯管那样从灯管的两端供电,如果采用从灯管两端供电的方式,由于LED驱动电源内部是通过一个桥式整流方式供后级电路采用,那么,当内置型LED日光灯管的一端与灯座的电极接触时,灯管的另一端就会带有供电电网的交流电压,人体接触时就会触电,这在UL等安全认证中是严格限制的,为此,通常的处理方式是采取与荧光型日光灯管不同的接线方式,即,只能从LED日光灯管的一端供电,这存在以下弊端:
1、一端供电的安全隐患
LED日光灯管采用一端供电方式,可能存在一端两针距离较近而线路短路。
2、灯管安装不方便
由于是一端供电,另一端不供电,在安装灯管时,会有50%的机会灯管供不上电,这时就需要将灯管取下,灯管水平旋转180度重新安装,增加了安装的时间和难度。
3、与传统的荧光型日光灯管的供电方式不同,人们在进行线路改造时容易产生错误。
发明内容
本发明主要是解决现有技术所存在的不足,从而开发一种安全方便的内置电源型LED日光灯管安全灯头。
本发明的上述技术问题主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的:一种内置电源型LED日光灯管安全灯头,其特征在于:具有圆形壳体,所述壳体被隔板分隔为前、后二部分,前面为封闭式腔体,后面为用于与灯管灯体结合的敞口(开放)结构,所述封闭式腔体的前端面装有一对灯头插针,腔体中间(内)设有与壳体内径松配合的位置传感器单元(位置传感器单元的外径略小于壳体内径),所述位置传感器单元为绝缘材料,所述位置传感器单元与前端面之间装有暴露于前端面外并具回缩功能的位置传感球,位置传感器单元与隔板之间装有压簧,所述位置传感器单元和隔板上分别设有相互对应的施电触点和受电触点,所述灯头插针与施电触点电连接。
本发明的技术方案还可以进一步完善:
作为优选,所述位置传感球固定在位置传感器单元中心,所述前端面的中心开有略小于位置传感球直径的圆孔。
作为优选,在施电触点的背面设有二片与其电连接的施电引线电极,一对灯头插针通过施电引线与相邻的施电引线电极电连接;在受电触点的背面设有与其电连接的受电引线电极,在受电引线电极上连接有受电引线。
作为优选,所述壳体包括塑料壳体和铝壳体,所述铝壳体套合在隔板前面部分的塑料壳体外面,所述塑料壳体前端面为敞口结构。
作为优选,所述压簧通过固定螺钉连接在隔板上。
作为优选,所述施电引线电极与施电触点通过电极固定铆钉固定在位置感器单元。
作为优选,所述受电触点与受电引线电极通过电极固定铆钉固定在隔板上。
作为优选,所述位置传感球通过位置传感球固定螺钉固定在位置传感器单位上。
用新型的有益效果是:
采用本发明的内置电源型LED日光灯管安全灯头,可以在以下几个方面表现出明显的优越性:
1.安全性提高
由于LED日光灯管在被安装到灯管支架上之前,内置电源与灯管的两个灯头,或者其中的一个灯头是断开的,所以不会出现因一个灯头上通上电而通过内置电源传导到另外一个灯头造成的触电危险,极大的提高了安全性。
2.与传统的荧光型日光灯管的安装使用方式相同,LED日光的安装更加方便。
采用本发明的内置电源型LED日光灯管安全灯头后,LED日光灯管的安装不需要考虑灯管的极性,与传统的荧光型日光灯管的安装使用方式完全相同,只要安装到支架上就能正常点亮。
3.由于电源的两根供电线在支架上分开接线,供电的安全性提高了,减少了因电线老化可能造成的线路短接引起的火灾事故。

下面通过实施例并结合附图,对本发明的技术方案作进一步具体说明。
实施例:
如图1、2所示的内置电源型LED日光灯管安全灯头,具有圆形壳体,所述壳体被隔板16分隔为前、后二部分,前面为封闭式腔体,后面为用于与灯管灯体结合的敞口(开放)结构,所述壳体包括塑料壳体5和铝壳体1,所述铝壳体套合在隔板前面部分的塑料壳体外面,塑料壳体前端面为敞口结构,而铝壳体前端面封闭。所述封闭式腔体的前端面装有一对灯头插针11,腔体内设有与壳体内径松配合的位置传感器单元14,位置传感器单元的外径略小于壳体内径,所述位置传感器单元为绝缘材料制作,位置传感器单元14与前端面之间装有暴露于前端面外并具回缩功能的位置传感球12,位置传感球用螺钉固定在位置传感器单元上,前端面的中心开有略小于位置传感球直径的圆孔,使传感球得以外露于前端面而又不致于脱出前端面。位置传感器单元14与隔板16之间装有压簧3,压簧通过固定螺钉4连接在隔板16上。位置传感器单元14和隔板16上分别设有相互对应的施电触点6和受电触点8。施电触点6的背面有二片施电引线电极15,施电触点、位置感器单元、施电引线电极三者通过电极固定铆钉7连接在一起,一对灯头插针11通过施电引线2与相邻的施电引线电极15电连接。所述受电触点8为U形,在受电触点8的背面设有受电引线电极9,受电触点、隔板、受电引线电极三者通过电极固定铆钉7连接在一起,在受电引线电极上连接有受电引线10。
 使用时,当灯头插针11插入灯座的电极,此时外露于前端面的位置传感球12与灯座的电极接触而内缩,进而推动位置传感器单元14后退,压簧3压缩,使施电触点6和受电触点8接触,达到施电引线2与受电引线10导通。

Claims (7)

1.一种内置电源型LED日光灯管安全灯头,其特征在于:具有圆形壳体,所述壳体被隔板(16)分隔为前、后二部分,前面为封闭式腔体,后面为用于与灯管灯体结合的敞口结构,所述封闭式腔体的前端面装有一对灯头插针(11),腔体中间设有与壳体内径松配合的位置传感器单元(14),所述位置传感器单元为绝缘材料,所述位置传感器单元(14)端面之间装有暴露于前端面外并具回缩功能的位置传感球(12),位置传感器单元与隔板之间装有压簧(3),所述位置传感器单元和隔板上分别设有相互对应的施电触点(6)和受电触点(8),所述灯头插针(11)与施电触点(6)电连接;在施电触点(6)的背面设有二片与其电连接的施电引线电极(15),一对灯头插针通过施电引线(2)与相邻的施电引线电极(15)电连接;在受电触点(8)的背面设有与其电连接的受电引线电极(9),在受电引线电极上连接有受电引线(10)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的内置电源型LED日光灯管安全灯头,其特征在于:所述位置传感球(12)固定在位置传感器单元(14)中心,所述前端面的中心开有略小于位置传感球(12)直径的圆孔。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的内置电源型LED日光灯管安全灯头,其特征在于:所述壳体包括塑料壳体(5)和铝壳体(1),所述铝壳体套合在隔板前面部分的塑料壳体外面,所述塑料壳体前端面为敞口结构。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的内置电源型LED日光灯管安全灯头,其特征在于:所述压簧(3)通过固定螺钉(4)连接在隔板(16)上。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的内置电源型LED日光灯管安全灯头,其特征在于:所述施电引线电极(15)与施电触点(6)通过电极固定铆钉(7)固定在位置感器单元(14)。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的内置电源型LED日光灯管安全灯头,其特征在于:所述受电触点(8)与受电引线电极(9)通过电极固定铆钉(7)固定在隔板(16)上。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的内置电源型LED日光灯管安全灯头,其特征在于:所述位置传感球(12)通过位置传感球固定螺钉(13)固定在位置传感器单元(14)上。
