技术领域:本发明属于机械设备技术领域,具体涉及一种潜水电机绝缘稳定的无能耗防凝露方法。
背景技术:目前国内潜水电机上采用的防凝露装置的原理是:当电机腔内有凝露发生时,防凝露装置将接通,信号传至控制柜中的专用保护器后,启动12V回路,电机发热后消除凝露。
上述防凝露装置的不足之处是:需要配套专用保护器且有能耗,造成了资源、能源的消耗。
发明内容:本发明的目的是为克服现有技术不足而提出的一种用于潜水电机的无能耗防凝露方法。
本发明是这样来实现的:潜水电机装配的前道工艺是烘箱工艺,采用加热的方法使电机定子绕组内的水分蒸发;潜水电机组装后利用真空泵将电机腔内抽真空,然后注入压力为0.25-0.35MPa的氮气。
本发明方法对电机定子绕组进行加热除湿并将电机腔抽真空后,电机腔内只含有微量的带水分子的空气,压力为0.25-0.35MPa的氮气的注入确保了空气不再进入电机腔。氮气是惰性气体,在震动、热和电火花作用下都较稳定,电机运行时产生的温升对氮气的性能也不会产生影响。这样就确保了绕组的绝缘电阻可始终保持在300MΩ以上,使电机能正常、可靠运行。
具体实施方式:下面结合实施例对本发明加以详细描述。
实施例:
必备设备:罗茨真空泵和氮气瓶。真空泵的规格型号为:ZJ-15,抽速15l/s,功率:0.55kW。氮气压力为0.25-0.35MPa.
本实施例实施步骤:首先抽真空:电机组装后,电机腔外留有试气螺孔,将罗茨真空泵接至试气螺孔处,对电机腔进行抽真空。抽真空时间可视电机腔的大小与真空泵的抽速而定。
然后充氮气:将氮气瓶接至试气螺孔处,打开气阀进行充气,充气时间可视电机腔的大小与真空泵的抽速而定。
最后密封:将试气螺孔用螺塞密封。
本发明方法实施步骤简单易操作,绝缘稳定。

1.一种潜水电机无能耗防凝露方法,其特征在于在潜水电机装配的前道工艺采用烘箱加热的方法使电机定子绕组内的水分蒸发;潜水电机装配后利用真空泵将电机腔内抽真空,然后注入压力为0.25-0.35MPa的氮气。
