Abstract

搓手取暖器由按摩棒、发电机、电热元件、单向传动轮及惯性环构成,发电机的定子设于按摩棒内,发电机的转子位于定子内,转子与定子之间设有间隙,转子的上轴与惯性环连接,转子的下轴与单向传动轮连接,单向传动轮的外圆与按摩棒固定连接,发电机的电源输出线与电热元件连接,电热元件设于定子外,电热元件之间定子设有隔热层,减少热能的浪费。搓手取暖器不但有取暖的功能,而且还有按摩的功能,同时不使用电能,对节能减排有利。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种取暖器,特别是一种搓手取暖器。
背景技术
目前,人们使用的电手取暖器,需要耗用电能,不利于节能减排。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种搓手取暖器,用于手的按摩及取暖。
本发明的所采取的技术方案是:搓手取暖器由按摩棒、发电机、电热元件、单向传动轮及惯性环构成,发电机的定子设于按摩棒内,发电机的转子位于定子内,转子与定子之间设有间隙,转子的上轴与惯性环连接,转子的下轴与单向传动轮连接,单向传动轮的外圆与按摩棒固定连接,发电机的电源输出线与电热元件连接,电热元件设于定子外,电热元件之间定子设有隔热层,减少热能的浪费。
为了实现手取暖以及按摩的功能,按摩棒的外表面设有按摩球,用于按摩手的穴位,按摩棒由铝合金制造,电热元件固定于按摩棒的内壁上。
为了增加转子的速度,惯性环的外环内设有金属球,金属球的圆心到转子轴线的距离大于按摩棒的半径。
搓手取暖器的工作原理是:利用双手搓按摩棒来回转动,双手搓按摩棒按逆时针方向转动时,与按摩棒连接的单向传动轮带动转子按逆时针方向转动;双手搓按摩棒按顺时针转动时,单向传动轮与转子滑动连接,转子在惯性环的惯性作用下继续按逆时针方向转动,转子与定子相对转动,发电机给电热元件供电,电热元件发热传输到按摩棒;双手再搓按摩棒按逆时针方向转动时,按摩棒再通过单向传动轮带动转子按逆时针方向转动,如此不断循环,一边按摩手部穴位,一边取暖。
本发明的有益效果是:搓手取暖器不但有取暖的功能,而且还有按摩的功能,同时不使用电能,对节能减排有利。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图与具体实施例对本发明进行进一步的说明:
图1所示的搓手取暖器结构示意图,搓手取暖器由按摩棒1、发电机2、电热元件3、单向传动轮4及惯性环5构成,发电机2的定子6设于按摩棒1内,发电机2的转子7位于定子6内,转子7与定子6之间设有间隙,转子7的上轴与惯性环2连接,转子7的下轴与单向传动轮4连接,单向传动轮4的外圆与按摩棒1固定连接,电热元件3设于定子6外,电热元件3与定子6之间设有隔热层8,发电机2的电源输出线与电热元件3连接。
为了实现手取暖以及按摩的功能,按摩棒1的外表面设有按摩球9,按摩棒1由铝合金制造,电热元件3固定于按摩棒1的内壁上。
为了实施转子7的惯性转动,增加转子7的转速,惯性环5的外环内设有金属球10,金属球10的圆心到转子7轴线的距离大于按摩棒1的半径,以利用惯性环5带动转子7转动。

1.搓手取暖器,其特征在于:所述的搓手取暖器由按摩棒(1)、发电机(2)、电热元件(3)、单向传动轮(4)及惯性环(5)构成,发电机(2)的定子(6)设于按摩棒(1)内,发电机(2)的转子(7)位于定子(6)内,转子(7)与定子(6)之间设有间隙,转子(7)的上轴与惯性环(2)连接,转子(7)的下轴与单向传动轮(4)连接,单向传动轮(4)的外圆与按摩棒(1)固定连接,电热元件(3)设于定子(6)外,电热元件(3)与定子(6)之间设有隔热层(8);按摩棒(1)的外表面设有按摩球(9),按摩棒(1)由铝合金制造,电热元件(3)固定于按摩棒(1)的内壁上;发电机(2)的电源输出线与电热元件(3)连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的搓手取暖器,其特征在于:所述的惯性环(5)的外环内设有金属球(10),金属球(10)的圆心到转子(7)轴线的距离大于按摩棒(1)的半径。
3.根据权利要求1所述的搓手取暖器,其特征在于:所述的搓手取暖器的工作原理是:利用双手搓按摩棒来回转动,双手搓按摩棒按逆时针方向转动时,与按摩棒连接的单向传动轮带动转子按逆时针方向转动;双手搓按摩棒按顺时针转动时,单向传动轮与转子滑动连接,转子在惯性环的惯性作用下继续按逆时针方向转动,转子与定子相对转动,发电机给电热元件供电,电热元件发热传输到按摩棒;双手再搓按摩棒按逆时针方向转动时,按摩棒再通过单向传动轮带动转子按逆时针方向转动,如此不断循环,一边按摩手部穴位,一边取暖。
