Abstract

本发明提供一种节能灯,包括具有收容孔的底座和具有多个并联回路的发光二极管电路,每个回路上串接有一个或多个发光二极管,该节能灯还包括螺合于底座的旋转部、固接于该旋转部的灯罩及固接于该灯罩回转体底面的导电杆;该导电杆收容于该底座的收容孔中;每个回路均包括一对开路端,该成对的开路端沿着收容孔的轴向依次设置并伸出于该收容孔内表面;用户转动旋转部带动该灯罩转动,从而带动该导电杆在收容孔中移动,该导电杆依次接通沿着该收容孔的轴向设置的开路端,从而导通该开路端所在的回路,串联于该回路上的发光二极管被点亮。该导电杆可与数量不同的的成对开路端接触从而控制对应数量的发光二极管被点亮。

节能灯
技术领域
本发明涉及一种节能灯,尤其涉及可调节亮度的节能灯。
背景技术
一般情况下,传统的节能灯不能根据用户的需要来调节亮度,从而不能应用于一些有着特殊要求的场合。例如,为了节能或装饰目的,节能灯亮度可能不需要很强的亮度,传统的节能灯因无法调节亮度而无法满足要求。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种节能灯,可根据用户的需要来调节亮度。
一种节能灯,其包括具有收容孔的底座和具有多个并联回路的发光二极管电路,每个回路上串接有一个或多个发光二极管,该节能灯还包括螺合于底座的旋转部、固接于该旋转部的灯罩及固接于该灯罩回转体底面的导电杆;该导电杆收容于该底座的收容孔中;每个回路均包括一对开路端,该成对的开路端沿着收容孔的轴向依次设置并伸出于该收容孔内表面;用户转动旋转部带动该灯罩转动,从而带动该导电杆在收容孔中移动,该导电杆依次接通沿着该收容孔的轴向设置的开路端,从而导通该开路端所在的回路。
本发明的节能灯,导电杆在收容孔中移动,从而控制电路的多个回路的接通与断开,进而控制发光二极管工作的数量,以调节该节能灯的亮度。

具体实施方式
请参考图1,本发明的节能灯100包括底座10、照明部11、螺合于底座10的旋转部20及固接于旋转部20的灯罩30。
请一并参考图2,底座10为阶梯状的圆柱体,其包括承载照明部11的承载部12、与承载部12固定连接的连接部13及固定连接于连接部13的固定部14。底座10为绝缘体材料制成。
请一并参考图3,承载部12包括沿着其轴向延伸的收容孔123及自其外表面凹陷形成的腔体122。腔体122自其端面121沿轴向延伸。
照明部11环绕于承载部12上,其包括正负极导电片15和16、电连接正负极导电片15和16的导线17和18、串接于导线17和18上的发光二极管19。正负极导电片15和16嵌接于承载部12的腔体122内,且电连接于电源201(如图5所示,从而形成一电路。导线17和18环绕于承载部12周向外表面,导线17包括电源连接端171和开路端172,导线18包括电源连接端181和开路端182。电源连接端171和181分别与正负极导电片15和16相连接。
成对的开路端172和182自承载部12的外表面沿着承载部12的径向伸出于收容孔123的内表面,请一并参考图4,多对开路端172和182沿着底座10的轴向依次设置。所述成对的开路端172和182至少有两对。
连接部13的两端分别与承载部12和固定部14固定连接,该连接方式可以是一体成型或者铆接等。连接部13的周向外表面形成外螺纹。
固定部14呈圆盘状,直径大于连接部13,借此固定部14节能灯100可固定于墙面、桌面等处。
旋转部20包括空腔21及自端面23沿其轴向延伸的凸起24。空腔21的内表面设有内螺纹,旋转部20螺合于连接部13。旋转部20周向外表面还设有多条沿其轴向延伸的细纹22,可增强摩擦力,方便用户旋转操作。凸起24的数量至少为三个,用以与灯罩30固接。
灯罩30包括中空的回转体31,设置于回转体31内的导电杆32及用以固接于旋转部20的边缘部33。回转体31包括底部311及垂直于底部311的边缘延伸的侧壁。导电杆32固接于底部311内表面的中心位置,且收容于底座10的收容孔123中,用于接通开路端172和182,从而使得开路端172和182所在的电路由断路变为通路。本实施例中,导电杆32为圆柱体,由金属材料制成。边缘部33设置于回转体31的开口处,且沿着开口处的边缘向外延伸。
灯罩30固接于旋转部20,固接方式例如粘接、铆接、套接等。本实施方式中,边缘部33设置有凹孔34,旋转部20的凸起24卡合于凹孔34从而将灯罩30固接于旋转部20。凹孔34与凸起24的位置对应且数量相同且至少为三个。灯罩30呈具有边沿的帽形,由绝缘透明材料制成。
图5为图1中的节能灯100对应的电路200,电路200包括电源201、多个并联的回路、串接于每一回路上的发光二极管19及开关202。开关202由成对的导电端172和182构成。
使用时,用户拧动旋转部20沿着其螺纹轨道转动带动灯罩30转动,从而带动导电杆32在收容孔123中移动,依次接通沿着收容孔123的轴向设置的开路端172和182,从而导通开路端172和182所在的回路,使得该回路上串接的发光二极管19被点亮。藉此,导电杆32在收容孔123中移动,从而控制电路200的多个回路的接通与断开,进而控制发光二极管工作的数量,以调节节能灯100的亮度。

Claims (10)

1.一种节能灯,其包括具有收容孔的底座和具有多个并联回路的发光二极管电路,每个回路上串接有一个或多个发光二极管,其特征在于,该节能灯还包括:
螺合于底座的旋转部、固接于该旋转部的灯罩及固接于该灯罩回转体底面的导电杆;
该导电杆收容于该底座的收容孔中;
每个回路均包括一对开路端,该成对的开路端沿着收容孔的轴向依次设置并伸出于该收容孔内表面;
用户转动旋转部带动该灯罩转动,从而带动该导电杆在收容孔中移动,该导电杆依次接通沿着该收容孔的轴向设置的开路端,从而导通该开路端所在的回路。
2.如权利要求1所述的节能灯,其特征在于:该发光二极管电路包括嵌接于该底座的正负极导电片,该正负极导电片分别电连接于电源正负极;每个回路还包括一对电连接于该正负极导电片的电源连接端。
3.如权利要求2所述的节能灯,其特征在于:该节能灯的底座包括承载部、与该承载部固定连接的连接部及固定连接于该连接部的固定部;所述收容孔沿着该承载部的轴向设置。
4.如权利要求3所述的节能灯,其特征在于:该承载部自其外表面凹陷形成一腔体,该腔体自其端面沿该承载部的轴向延伸且嵌接该正负极导电片。
5.如权利要求1所述的节能灯,其特征在于:该旋转部的内表面设有内螺纹,该连接部的外表面设有外螺纹,该旋转部螺合于该连接部。
6.如权利要求1所述的节能灯,其特征在于:该灯罩包括中空的回转体,所述导电杆固接于回转体底部的内表面。
7.如权利要求1所述的节能灯,其特征在于:该灯罩上设置有多个凹孔,该旋转部自其端面沿其轴向延伸多个凸起,所述凸起与凹孔卡合从而将灯罩固接于该旋转部。
8.如权利要求7所述的节能灯,其特征在于:该灯罩包括固接于旋转部的边缘部,多个凹孔设置于该边缘部。
9.如权利要求1或5所述的节能灯,其特征在于:该旋转部周向外表面还设有多条沿其轴向延伸的细纹。
10.如权利要求1或6所述的节能灯,其特征在于:该导电杆为金属材料制成。
