本发明公开了一种快接式管路抽空接口，包括有管状接头，管状接头前端螺合有锁紧螺母，锁紧螺母前端具有一环形挡圈，所述的环形挡圈内设有套在被检漏管路外的密封装置。适用于对管道安装过程中密封要求较高、使用过程中管道流体纯净度要求较高的设备、实验装置管道抽空捡漏。它具有对安装后的管道捡漏时管道与捡漏设备快速连接的作用，且具有制做、安装方便等优点。此方法设计的管道快接嘴已在大型实验装置EAST主机管道安装捡漏过程中及EAST2kW制冷机低温管路安装过程中得到广泛的应用，大大地提高了管道捡漏的工作效率及捡漏成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种管路抽空、低温传输线、设备抽空捡漏装置，特别是系统密封要求较高的系统捡漏时应用的管路抽空接口。
背景技术
对于大型托卡马克实验装置及其附属系统建设过程中涉及到多种型号的管道安装，如：低温管路、真空腔体等，以往捡漏是在一段管路安装焊接完成后在接口处再焊一捡漏抽口，对于不同管径设计不同接口，且每次检漏都需要先焊接接头，然后再进行捡漏降低了工作效率。
发明内容：
本发明的目的是提高不同管径捡漏的工作效率，提供制造简单、安装方便、使用效果较好的快接式管路抽空接头。
本发明的技术方案如下：
本发明可根据不同管道直径设计一种锁紧螺母及接头即可重复使用，不需要焊接而在管道安装告一段落后直接快速连接进行抽空捡漏，大大提高了捡漏工作效率，而且接口结构简单，安装使用方便，因此较受欢迎。
本发明主要应用于实验装置管道真空系统检漏、航空航天装置系统捡漏及低温设备管路系统捡漏方面。适用于对管道安装过程中密封要求较高、使用过程中管道流体纯净度要求较高的设备、实验装置管道抽空捡漏。它具有对安装后的管道捡漏时管道与捡漏设备快速连接的作用，且具有制做、安装方便等优点。此方法设计的管道快接嘴已在大型实验装置EAST主机管道安装捡漏过程中及EAST2kW制冷机低温管路安装过程中得到广泛的应用，大大地提高了管道捡漏的工作效率及捡漏成本。

参见图1。快接管路抽空接口，包括有管状接头1，所述的管状接头1套在被检管路6外，管状接头1前端螺合有锁紧螺母3，锁紧螺母3前端具有一环形挡圈，所述的环形挡圈内设有套在被检漏管路外的密封衬环3与O型密封圈4。

1.快接管路抽空接口，其特征是包括有管状接头，管状接头前端螺合有锁紧螺母，锁紧螺母前端具有一环形挡圈，所述的环形挡圈内设有套在被检漏管路外的密封装置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的快接管路抽空接口，其特征在于所述的密封装置是指密封衬环与O形密封圈。
