Abstract

轴流泵叶片角度调节对准装置,包括叶轮体和安装在叶轮体上的叶片,叶片安装位置的转动轴心上安装有不锈钢刻度盘,在刻度盘的圆周上冲压若干组通孔,每组通孔呈直线排列并指向叶片转动轴的轴心,每组通孔具有三个孔,每个孔的孔径为2mm。通过上述设计的角度调节对准装置,可以很直观的从转轴部位看到轴流泵叶片的偏转角度,并且与划线刻度相比,通孔不存在磨损、模糊、看不见的问题,可以达到快速、准确的调整叶片角度的效果。

技术领域
本发明一种轴流泵,具体的说是轴流泵的叶片调节对准结构。
背景技术
轴流泵通过叶片角度的调节,可对泵的流量及扬程产生影响,以此达到调节流量和扬程的作用。传统的的调节为划线画出角度,时间长了,易磨损、腐蚀,带来了角度对准不精确的问题。
发明内容
针对以上缺陷,为解决现有技术轴流泵叶片角度调节对准装置采用划线的方式显示角度,容易磨损而无法看清的问题,本实用新型提供一种。
为实现上述目的,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
轴流泵叶片角度调节对准装置,包括叶轮体和安装在叶轮体上的叶片,叶片安装位置的转动轴心上安装有不锈钢刻度盘,所述刻度盘盘面为球面弧状,与叶轮体形状吻合;在刻度盘的圆周上冲压若干组通孔,每组通孔呈直线排列并指向叶片转动轴的轴心,各组通孔形成360度,每组通孔具有三个孔;所述叶片。通过螺帽和垫片安装在所述叶轮体上,每个孔的孔径为2mm。
通过上述设计的角度调节对准装置,可以很直观的从转轴部位看到轴流泵叶片的偏转角度,并且与划线刻度相比,通孔不存在磨损、模糊、看不见的问题,可以达到快速、准确的调整叶片角度的效果。

具体实施方式
下面根据实施例和附图对本发明作进一步详细说明。
如图1-6所示,轴流泵叶片角度调节对准装置,包括叶轮体1和安装在叶轮体上1的叶片2,叶片2安装位置的转动轴心上安装有不锈钢刻度盘3,所述刻度盘3盘面为球面弧状,与叶轮体1形状吻合。在刻度盘3的圆周上冲压若干组通孔,每组通孔呈直线排列并指向叶片转动轴的轴心,各组通孔形成360度,每组通孔具有三个孔;所述叶片通过螺帽和垫片安装在所述叶轮体上,每个孔的孔径为2mm。
通过上述设计的角度调节对准装置,可以很直观的从转轴部位看到轴流泵叶片的偏转角度,并且与划线刻度相比,通孔不存在磨损、模糊、看不见的问题,可以达到快速、准确的调整叶片角度的效果。

1.轴流泵叶片角度调节对准装置,包括叶轮体和安装在叶轮体上的叶片,其特征在于,叶片安装位置的转动轴心上安装有不锈钢刻度盘,所述刻度盘盘面为球面弧状,与叶轮体形状吻合;在刻度盘的圆周上冲压若干组通孔,每组通孔呈直线排列并指向叶片转动轴的轴心,各组通孔形成360度,每组通孔具有三个孔;所述叶片通过螺帽和垫片安装在所述叶轮体上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的轴流泵叶片角度调节对准装置,其特征在于,每个孔的孔径为2mm。
