Abstract

In the invention, according to the principle of expansion and contraction, a fastener which is rusted and cannot be loosened is subjected to flash freezing in a detachment process to make a required gap between structural members bonded into a whole due to rust corrosion, so that the solvent oil, synthetic ester, sulfonate and the like, which are sprayed out together with the refrigerant, can permeate into the gap for derusting and lubricating; and thus, both the fastener and the structural members get necessary repair and the loosening of the screw is realized naturally.

the sulfonate rust inhibitor is a sulfonate.
