本发明公开了一种电池镍片的焊接,所述的电池镍片焊接使用铝合金铜点焊针进行点焊。铝合金铜通过添加铝制作合金,提高其软化温度在1100℃左右,即使调大电流也能保证铝合金铜不会被软化,能有很好的焊接效果,它能点焊0~0.30mm厚的镍片。

本发明涉及一种电池镍片的焊接。
背景技术
现有电池生产厂商一般都采用0.15mm以下的镍片(包括纯镍和镀镍),使用黄铜点焊针进行点焊。目前,随着工业配套产品的需求越来越大,对于电池的大电流性能要求也增强,因此,使用厚的镍片进行点焊是趋势所在。由于黄铜点焊针其黄铜软化温度在600℃,在点焊厚的镍片时,由于电流调节大,使得温度高,接近或达到黄铜的软化温度,没有焊接性。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种电池镍片的焊接,它能点焊厚的镍片,焊接牢固。
为了达到上述目的,本发明由以下的技术方案来实现。
一种电池镍片的焊接,其特征在于:所述的电池镍片焊接使用铝合金铜点焊针进行点焊。
本发明有益效果在于,电池镍片使用铝合金铜点焊针进行点焊,铝合金铜通过添加铝制作合金,提高其软化温度在1100℃左右,即使调大电流也能保证铝合金铜不会被软化,能有很好的焊接效果,它能点焊0~0.30mm厚的镍片。

下面对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细地描述。
本发明提供一种电池镍片的焊接,其主要改进之处在于:电池镍片焊接使用铝合金铜点焊针进行点焊,点焊工艺采用现有电池镍片焊接工艺,本发明的镍片可以为纯镍或镀镍。本发明由于使用铝合金铜点焊针进行点焊,铝合金铜通过添加铝制作合金,提高其软化温度在1100℃左右,即使调大电流也能保证铝合金铜不会被软化,能有很好的焊接效果。它能点焊0~0.30mm厚的镍片,有效地解决了传统黄铜点焊针不能点焊厚的镍片。
