Abstract

本发明公开了一种干式变压器结构,包括变压器铁心(6)和柔性铝排(7)输出端子(9)压紧装置。变压器铁心(6)由多组非对称H形硅钢片偏转交错重叠,每组有两片单边加宽的H形硅钢片夹一片同厚度的铝片(5),端面形成自然风道散热,用螺栓(4)连接压紧各组硅钢片成一体,铁心四角开通弧型窄条作为限流槽,减少涡流损耗;等距的柔性铝排(7)或柔性铝排(10)端部插入铝输出端子(9)并利用L形槽的弹性变形由螺栓(8)压紧联接。本发明可做成不同容量等级,省铁,节铜。

H型铁心变压器
技术领域
本发明涉及一种干式变压器结构,特别是变压器铁心,可做成不同容量等级系列;本发明还涉及输出端子压紧装置。 
背景技术
变压器作为电子电力工业产品,已经历了漫长的发展阶段,其成熟的理论及基本结构几乎没有大的变化,以小型变压器铁心结构为例,有一字形、山字形、日字形、F字形,在一些低电压、大电流使用场合,由于散热、绕组连接等难以解决的应用瓶颈,例如现有的钢筋对焊机全都采用水冷,制造工艺复杂,使用不方便。因此,变压器结构上的技术突破值得期待。 
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种性价比更好的干式单相变压器,其制造工艺简化,变压器铁心材料利用率高;为此,本发明还要提供一种次级单匝柔性铝排输出端子低电阻联结装置。 
为解决上述技术问题,本发明变压器铁心由多组非对称H形硅钢片交错重叠,每组端部拼接同片数的一字形硅钢片,而每组有两片单边加宽的H形硅钢片,其中间夹一片同厚度的铝片,铝片宽度为H形硅钢片超出主铁芯部分的宽度;用螺栓连接压紧各组硅钢片成一体,铁心四角开通长度不等四个垂直于涡流方向的弧型窄条作为限流槽,减少涡流损耗;由于每组硅钢片在中心线交点轴向有180度偏转,两个方向交叠使整个铁心四端散热面积增加且自然形成风道,夹心的铝片特别是外露部分可带出铁心的热量。 
为保证变压器次级绕组接头连接安全可靠,本发明输出端子采用电工厚铝板开一排L型槽,等距的多条柔性铝排端头插入槽中,利用L型槽的弹性变形,用二只螺栓压紧联接,此法尽可能加大了压接面积,从而最大限度的减小了接触电阻。 
上述变压器铁心在等体积下,具有较大的铁心和窗口面积,由于散热条件的改善,可采用铝绕组替代昂贵的铜,风冷又替代了制造工艺复杂的水冷;在电气性能方面,铁心柱宽度是铁轭宽度的二倍,磁路双侧分流,漏磁小,空载电流小;该变压器铁心可做成不同的尺寸系列,热轧硅钢片无废料排样冲裁,装配和制造工艺较简单,易于规模化生产。

具体实施方式
图1为本发明应用于对焊机的变压器结构立体图。变压器铁心6包含各组的夹心散热铝片5由支撑槽钢1和槽钢3以及螺栓4压紧连接,次级单匝柔性铝排7或10以及保持铝排等距的垫板13由螺栓15压紧联接,绝缘柱14起支撑作用。初级绕组12引出接线为铝扁丝包线11,在变压器四周凹槽风道中通风散热采用风量大、风压小的轴流风机2,焊接夹持锁紧机构此图略。 
铝输出端子9从局部放大图2可见,等距的柔性铝排7端部插入L形槽并利用L形槽的弹性变形由螺栓8压紧联接。 
图3、4、5是从图1变压器铁心6中抽取三组硅钢片的三视图,图6是立体图。每组硅钢片包括:H形硅钢片61,单边加宽H形硅钢片63,一字形硅钢片62及夹心铝片5。图4、7中可看出二片加宽H形硅钢片63所夹铝片5在铁心上下形成凹槽,其凹槽深度等同铝片宽度即加宽H形硅钢片63单边增加的宽度,夹心铝片5与硅 钢片间加粘接剂。图5中H形硅钢片61加一字形硅钢片62每组间的错位交叠也形成凹槽。图3中41为螺栓过孔,不同长度的窄条孔43为限流槽,42则两者兼之。 
下面用二组变压器铁心硅钢片叠装分解示意图图8再做说明:如果每组硅钢片是10层,图6视图所示一组加宽H形硅钢片63加一字形硅钢片62相当于图8的一组第一层a,依次H形硅钢片61加一字形硅钢片62加夹心铝片5为一组第二层b,各层六个对称孔位41、42一一对应,一组第三层c同一组第一层a,一组第四至第十层d为H形硅钢片61加一字形硅钢片62;其要点在于二组旋转第一层e是以一组第一层a中心线交点O为旋转轴旋转180度,二组旋转第二层f同理,以此类推,简言之就是每组硅钢片在相同中心线交点O轴向有180度偏转。 
从图8可知,每组十层的H形硅钢片61、加宽H形硅钢片63同一字形硅钢片62接缝没有像通常上层和下层互相错开,在铁轭形成的磁路中产生磁滞,形成涡流,限流槽43较好的解决了这个问题。 

Claims (2)

1.一种干式H型铁心变压器,变压器铁心结构由多组H形硅钢片(61)交错重叠而成,每组端部拼接与H形硅钢片(61)同片数的一字形硅钢片(62),其特征在于:所述H形硅钢片(61)每组有两片单边加宽的H形硅钢片(63),其中间夹一片与硅钢片厚度相同的铝片(5),所加宽度与铝片(5)宽度相等。
2.按照权利要求1所述的干式H型铁心变压器,其特征在于:变压器铁心(6)四角开通长度不等弧型窄条(43)作为限流槽。
