Abstract

一种鼠标,其包括一上壳、一下壳、一弹性元件及一切换机构,所述上壳包括两分别枢转安装于所述下壳的挤压部,每一挤压部凸设一挡杆,所述弹性元件可推顶所述挡杆使两挤压部转动张开,外力使两挤压部相互靠拢,所述切换机构可滑动地卡扣于所述挡杆以使两挤压部相互靠拢;当所述两挤压部张开时,挤压或松释所述两挤压部,以达到进行握力训练的目的。

本发明涉及一种鼠标。
背景技术
鼠标是电脑系统最重要的输入设备之一。鼠标一般包括壳体、按键及滚轮。所述壳体包括相组接的上壳和下壳,所述上壳的前部为手指操作区,所述下壳的后部为手掌握持区。所述按键及滚轮配置于所述上壳的手指操作区以方便手指按压。所述手掌握持区呈弧形拱起,以配合使用者的手掌握持。
使用者长时间操作鼠标,容易导致使用者手部及腕部肌肉疲劳、神经麻木及血液循环不良,对使用者的手指、手腕甚至于肩部造成伤害。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种具有握力训练功能的鼠标。
一种鼠标,其包括一上壳、一下壳、一弹性元件及一切换机构,所述上壳包括两分别枢转安装于所述下壳的挤压部,每一挤压部凸设一挡杆,所述弹性元件可推顶所述挡杆使两挤压部转动张开,外力使两挤压部相互靠拢,所述切换机构可滑动地卡扣于所述挡杆以使两挤压部相互靠拢。
相较现有技术,当使用者相向挤压或松释本发明鼠标的两挤压部时,所述挤压部相互靠拢或张开,以达到进行握力训练的目的。

具体实施方式
请参照图1与图2,本发明鼠标较佳实施方式包括一上壳12、一下壳18、两定位件182、一固定板20、一弹性元件30、一切换机构40及两固定件50。
该上壳12包括按键区14及两挤压部16。按键区14包括两按键142及转动设置于所述两按键142之间的滚轮146,按键142及滚轮146用于配合使用者的手指按压动作,以对电脑系统进行相关操作。每一挤压部16的顶部呈弧形拱起,以便于使用者的手掌握持。每一挤压部16的内表面凸设一固定柱162及一挡杆164。固定柱162设有一螺孔165。挡杆164邻接末端的周缘处设有一卡槽166。
所述下壳18包括一底壁及沿底壁的周缘凸伸的一圈凸缘。下壳18的底壁上设有一收容孔188及两可转动收容固定件50的台阶孔186。
每一定位件182具有弧形的截面,且每一定位件182向一侧凸设一止挡部184。
该固定板20设有两分别与上壳12的固定柱162相对应的枢转孔22,以供固定柱162可转动地穿过。该固定板20设有两可固定收容两定位件182的弧形固定槽24。固定板20设有一通孔26,该通孔26位于所述两固定槽24之间。
在本实施方式中,该弹性元件30为一扭簧,其包括两卡脚32。
该切换机构40包括一卡固件42、一固定于该卡固件42的按压件46及一套设于该按压件46的弹性件48。在本实施方式中,该弹性件48为一螺旋弹簧。
该卡固件42大致呈T形,其包括一卡扣部422及一自卡扣部422的中部垂直延伸呈圆杆状的固定部444。固定部444沿轴向设一固定孔(未标号)。卡扣部422于固定部444的两侧分别设有一长形的卡固孔446。
该按压件46包括一尺寸较大的按压部462及一自按压部462垂直延伸的尺寸较小的连接部464。
请结合参照图3,组装时,该切换机构40的卡固件42的固定部444穿过固定板20的通孔26。切换机构40的按压件46的连接部464穿过该切换机构40的弹性件48,并固定于固定部444的固定孔。于是,切换机构40可上下滑动地安装于固定板20。固定板20通过其两固定槽24套设于所述两定位件182,且利用若干螺丝(图未示)将所述两定位件182分别固定于所述下壳18。此时,所述固定板20位于下壳18与所述定位件182的止挡部184之间。按压件46和弹性件48位于固定板20与下壳18之间,且按压件46的按压部462正对所述下壳18的收容孔188。该上壳12的两挤压部16的固定柱162分别可枢转地收容于固定板20的两枢转孔22。该弹性元件30置于所述两定位件182之间,且位于卡固件42的上方。此时,弹性元件30的底部抵顶于定位件182的止挡部184。弹性元件30的两卡脚32分别抵顶于该两挤压部16的挡杆164。两挡杆164分别收容于卡固件42的两卡固孔446,且卡固孔446的边缘卡扣于对应挡杆164的卡槽166。此时,弹性件48弹性变形而抵顶固定板20和按压件46的按压部462。两固定件50分别转动穿过下壳18的台阶孔186并旋入固定柱162的螺孔165,以防止下壳18及两挤压部16自固定板20脱落。此时,两挤压部16以固定柱162及固定件50为转轴相对固定板20及下壳18转动。在本实施方式中,可利用多个螺丝(图未示)将所述固定板20与所述下壳18固定在一起,或者在下壳18的凸缘及固定板20的周缘之间设置若干卡扣结构将固定板20与下壳18卡扣在一起,以防止固定板20自所述定位件182上脱落。上壳12的按键区14固定于下壳18的前部,且两挤压部16的前端面抵顶按键区14。
请一并参照图4和图5,当使用者将本发明鼠标作为握力训练器材使用时,挤压上壳12的两挤压部16,切换机构40的卡固件42的卡固孔446的边缘脱离上壳12的挡杆164的卡槽166。切换机构40的弹性件48恢复变形迫使切换机构40的按压件46向下壳18运动,从而带动卡固件42远离该上壳12。于是,挡杆164自卡固孔446内脱离,此时,弹性元件30恢复变形,两挤压部16在弹性元件30的两卡脚32的推动下张开。此时,使用者可以不停的挤压、松释该两挤压部16,进行握力练习,以达到进行手部锻炼的目的。
当需要使用本发明鼠标对电脑系统进行操作时,可相向挤压上壳12的两挤压部16使其相互靠拢,从而使弹性元件30变形。自下壳18的收容孔188处按压切换机构40的按压件46的按压部462,并向上壳12的方向顶动卡固件42。于是,挤压部16的挡杆164分别收容于卡固件42的卡固孔446。松释该两挤压部16,弹性元件30略微恢复变形,该两挤压部16在弹性元件30的两卡脚32的推动作用下稍稍张开使挡杆164的卡槽166卡合于卡固孔446的边缘,进而对两挤压部16的挡杆164进行限位,而使两挤压部16不再继续张开。

Claims (10)

1.一种鼠标,其包括一上壳及一下壳,其特征在于:所述鼠标还包括一装设于该下壳的弹性元件及一装设于该下壳并能够沿垂直于该下壳的方向滑动的切换机构,所述上壳包括两分别枢转安装于所述下壳的挤压部,每一挤压部凸设一挡杆,所述弹性元件的两端分别挡止于该两挡杆并可推顶所述挡杆使两挤压部转动张开,外力使两挤压部相互靠拢,该两挡杆相向移动使弹性元件的两端相向弹性变形,外力使所述切换机构向上壳滑动并卡扣于所述挡杆以使两挤压部保持相互靠拢。
2.如权利要求1所述的鼠标,其特征在于:所述下壳固定设有两定位件,所述弹性元件置于所述两定位件之间,所述弹性元件包括两卡脚分别抵推所述挡杆。
3.如权利要求1所述的鼠标,其特征在于:每一挤压部凸设一固定柱,每一固定柱设有一螺孔,所述固定柱枢转地穿设于一固定板,所述下壳设有两台阶孔,两固定件分别可转动地穿过所述两台阶孔并旋入所述固定柱的螺孔。
4.如权利要求3所述的鼠标,其特征在于:所述下壳固定设有两定位件,所述固定板设有两固定槽,所述定位件分别卡固于所述两固定槽。
5.如权利要求4所述的鼠标,其特征在于:每一定位件凸设一止挡部,所述弹性元件止挡于所述止挡部,且所述固定板位于所述下壳与所述止挡部之间。
6.如权利要求4所述的鼠标,其特征在于:每一定位件具有一弧形的截面,所述弹性元件置于所述两定位件之间,所述弹性元件包括两卡脚分别顶抵于所述挡杆。
7.如权利要求3所述的鼠标,其特征在于:所述切换机构包括一滑动安装于所述固定板的卡固件,所述卡固件设有两卡固孔,每一挡杆设有一卡槽,所述卡固孔的边缘卡合于所述卡槽。
8.如权利要求7所述的鼠标,其特征在于:所述固定板设有一通孔,所述卡固件包括一滑动穿过所述通孔的固定部,所述固定部的末端固定设有一按压件。
9.如权利要求8所述的鼠标,其特征在于:所述按压件包括一按压部及一连接部,所述连接部套设一弹性件,且所述连接部固定于所述卡固件的固定部,所述弹性件抵顶于所述按压部及所述固定板。
10.如权利要求9所述的鼠标,其特征在于:所述下壳设有一正对所述按压部的收容孔。
