本发明涉及一种反应釜插板式放料阀，主要用于具有一定粘稠状的反应釜釜底放料。其结构包括阀体(1)、阀板(11)和压板(12)；阀体(1)中部的阀孔(15)下部有一个凸台和插槽(10)，阀板(11)插入插槽(10)，阀板(11)在插槽(10)内前后推动，阀板的上板面使阀孔(15)密封或打开，或改变阀孔(15)开启的大小；本发明结构简单，安装方便，不易损坏、成本低，使用方便。

本发明涉及一种阀门，特别是一种反应釜插板式放料阀。主要用于具有一定粘稠状的反应釜釜底放料。
背景技术
目前阀门种类多种多样，反应釜放料阀一般是采用法兰球阀，采用法兰球阀容易损坏、成本高、放料不方便等缺点。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的不足，提供一种结构简单，安装方便，不易损坏、成本低，使用方便，维修容易的反应釜插板式放料阀。
本发明解决问题的技术方案是：一种反应釜插板式放料阀，包括阀体1、阀板11和压板12；阀体1中部的阀孔15下部有一个凸台，凸台两边设有槽口相对的插槽10，插槽10与凸台面相平；阀板11插入插槽10，阀板11在插槽10内前后推动，阀板的上板面使阀孔15密封或打开，或改变阀孔15开启的大小；在阀板11的下板面有压板12加压；所述的压板12用螺钉14锁紧在万向铰链压盖13上；带有转动手柄8的丝杆7通过横臂6上的横臂螺母座9，抵压住万向铰链压盖13；其中横臂6由横臂铰链5支撑，横臂6的自由端锁入锁扣4中。
上述锁扣4的锁扣铰链3固定在阀体1边缘。
进一步地，上述阀体1上部做成法兰盘，用螺钉通过螺孔2与反应釜釜底相连。
进一步地，为了便于阀板11抽插操作，在阀板11的一边设拉手16；通过拉手16使阀板11水平前后推动控制阀孔15开启的大小。
本发明通过螺孔与反应釜釜底相连，安装简单。使用时，阀孔开启的大小可调；不需要密封材料及填料，简单实用，维修成本低。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，反应釜插板式放料阀，包括阀体1、阀板11、插槽10、锁扣4、压板12、丝杆7、横臂6组成，丝杆7通过横臂螺母座9支撑，压板12与丝杆7通过万向铰链连接，丝杆7、横臂6、压板12组成一个活动臂，由横臂铰链5支撑；阀孔15下部有一个凸台，凸台面与插槽10槽内上面水平，阀板11插入插槽10，阀板11插到位后阀孔15关闭，横臂6锁入锁扣4，转动手柄8，压板12压在阀板11上使阀孔15密封。阀体1上部做成法兰盘，用螺钉通过螺孔2与反应釜釜底相连；压板12与丝杆7由万向铰链压盖13用螺钉14锁紧，组成万向铰链；由丝杆7、横臂6、压板12组成一个活动臂与锁扣10组成锁紧装置，对阀板11锁紧密封；通过拉手16使阀板11水平前后推动控制阀孔15开启的大小。

1.一种反应釜插板式放料阀，包括阀体(1)、阀板(11)和压板(12)；其特征在于：阀体(1)中部的阀孔(15)下部有一个凸台，凸台两边设有槽口相对的插槽(10)，插槽(10)与凸台面相平；阀板(11)插入插槽(10)，阀板(11)在插槽(10)内前后推动，阀板的上板面使阀孔(15)密封或打开，或改变阀孔(15)开启的大小；在阀板(11)的下板面有压板(12)加压；所述的压板(12)用螺钉(14)锁紧在万向铰链压盖(13)上；带有转动手柄(8)的丝杆(7)通过横臂(6)上的横臂螺母座(9)，抵压住万向铰链压盖(13)；其中横臂(6)由横臂铰链(5)支撑，横臂(6)的自由端锁入锁扣(4)中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的反应釜插板式放料阀；其特征在于：所述的锁扣(4)的锁扣铰链(3)固定在阀体(1)边缘。
3.根据权利要求1所述的反应釜插板式放料阀；其特征在于：所述的阀体(1)上部做成法兰盘，用螺钉通过螺孔(2)与反应釜釜底相连。
4.根据权利要求1所述的反应釜插板式放料阀；其特征在于：所述阀板(11)的一边设拉手(16)。
