本发明涉及太阳能空气集热板,具体地说是一种可以用来制造太阳能空气集热器,也可以用来建造太阳能墙体的太阳能空气集热板。
背景技术
在太阳能空气采暖技术中,重要的一个关键是如何大面积地收集到太阳光,并高效率地把它转变成空气热能。所以研究开发新型的、可以较大面积采集到太阳光、具有较高的热转换效率、结构简单、成本低廉、寿命长久的太阳能空气集热板,是太阳能空气采暖技术最重要的研究发展方向。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种新型的、可以较大面积采集到太阳光、结构简单、成本低廉、寿命长久、空气吸热效果更好、一次循环升温更快、热转换效率更高的的太阳能空气集热板。
本发明的技术问题是按如下技术方案实现的:构造一种太阳能空气集热板,其特征在于所述集热板由复合材料制成,包括水泥、石粉及有机粉料、高分子纳米材料,钢丝网或玻璃纤维网格布。
按照本发明提供的太阳能空气集热板,其特征在于:所述集热板是方形薄平板,由复合材料制成,板的外表面密布蜂窝形孔或方格形孔,每个孔的直径由大逐渐变小贯穿板身。
按照本发明提供的太阳能的太阳能空气集热板,其特征在于,所述集热板的外表面和孔的表面涂有高效太阳能吸热涂料。
实现本发明的太阳能空气集热板,具有如下优点:升温快、吸热效率高、结构简单、成本低、寿命长、易于普及,可以广泛地应用于城乡的太阳能采暖中。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示,太阳能空气集热板为方形薄平板,板的外表面密布蜂窝形孔或方格形孔。如图3、图4所示,太阳能空气集热板的外表面蜂窝形孔或方格形孔,其孔径由大逐渐变小贯穿板身,板的外表面和孔的表面涂有高效太阳能吸热涂料。
当太阳光照射在太阳能空气集热板A向表面时,加热方格形孔内的空气,当抽风机启动时,在板的另一面形成负压,方格孔内被加热的空气被抽风机吸入热风管,送向需要的地方。

1.一种太阳能空气集热板,其特征在于该集热板是方形薄平板,由复合材料制成,板的外表面密布蜂窝形孔或方格形孔,每个孔的直径由大逐渐变小贯穿板身,板的外表面和孔的表面涂有高效太阳能吸热涂料。
