Abstract

一种废机油再生工艺,将废弃的机油经加温沉淀出大部污物后,用工业压滤机、高目数滤网将油体中剩余的悬浮杂质滤出,此时的油体如已达到近乎正品机油颜色即为成品,如果油体颜色还较深,再经活性白土吸附脱色,滤出即为成品。

本发明提供一种废机油的再生工艺,具体指利用废弃的机油经再生处理后用做机械润滑油。
背景技术:
废机油的来源较多,发动机定期更换出的,拆船公司于轮机舱舱底抽出的等等。纵观废机油再生的方法均为“酸碱法”,经浓硫酸处理后滤出的沉淀物为强酸性质,属次生污染物,无论如何处理都会污染环境或空气;“酸碱法”再生处理的时间周期长,需耗费酸碱化工原料和较多的加温燃料,加工成本高。
发明内容:
本发明提供一种废机油的再生工艺,针对其再生后一般为机械润滑,对品质要求不高的特点,经加温排水、沉淀,压滤弃除杂质后即可使用。
技术方案:
本发明所采用的技术方案是:将废弃的机油经加温排出水分、沉淀出大部污物后,再用工业压滤机高目滤网压滤,将废油中的悬浮杂质成份滤出,如果油体颜色深,最后用活性白土吸附脱色,如果经高目滤网压滤后油体颜色接近正品机油,即可为成品。
本发明的有益效果是:采用加温沉淀和压滤的方法弃除悬浮杂质,不用酸碱,缩短加工周期,降低加工成本和避免次生污染物对环境的污染。
具体实施方式:
首先,将废机油置于反应釜或金属容器,加温100-120℃,视含水量不同维持1-3小时以排除水分,然后自然降温静置24小时,沉淀出大部分悬浮杂质;
第二步进行压滤:使用工业压滤机和采用高目数滤网,将油体中的剩余悬浮杂质滤出。滤出悬浮杂质后的油体如果接近正品颜色即可为成品;
第三步吸附脱色:经高目压滤后的油体颜色如果较深,还必须经吸附脱色。将油体加温到130℃左右,根据油体颜色深浅,按重量百分比,取油体重量1%-4%的活性白土,在对油体中速搅拌的情况下,加入白土,再搅拌1小时左右。停止搅拌,油体静态保持温度110-120℃约4小时后,冷却、沉淀、滤出即为近乎正品颜色的成品。

Claims (4)

1.一种废机油再生工艺,将废弃的机油经加温沉淀出大部污物后,用工业压滤机并采用高目数滤网,将剩余悬浮杂质滤出,如果油体颜色较深,再用活性白土吸附脱色,其特征是:使用“非酸碱法”的高目工业压滤机滤出油体中剩余悬浮杂质,避免化工原料消耗和简化工艺流程、缩短加工时间、降低加工成本。
2.根据权利要求1所述的废机油再生工艺,其特征在于:所述的废机油再生工艺,是将废弃的机油经再生净化加工处理后,替代正品机油在机械润滑方面使用。
3.根据权利要求1所述的废机油再生工艺,其特征在于:所述的将废弃的机油经加温沉淀出大部污物,为利用油体的黏度随温度升高而降低的特性,先行经加温、沉淀、分离出废油中的水分和大部分污物,以减少流程时间和加工成本。
4.根据权利要求1所述的废机油再生工艺,其特征在于:所述的用工业压滤机将剩余悬浮杂质滤出,避免了“酸碱法”次生污染物对环境的污染。
